Отель приятно удивил интерьером, чистотой, уютом. Отличный персонал, общительный и готов во всем помочь. Номер был стандарт, всё необходимое есть: чайник, вода, халаты (белоснежные и очень мягкие), тапочки, туалетные принадлежности. Порадовал кулер с водой на этаже. Есть спа зона, правда на массаж не смогли сходить, не было записи на этот день, мы бронировали номер в отеле только на одни сутки. Поэтому, если хотите попасть на массаж, лучше записаться заранее. Персонал приятный и общительный, во всём готов помочь. Завтраки прям замечательные, пельмени, яйца, колбаски, овощи, нарезка разных сыров и колбас и др. Особенно вкусные каши порадовали, не во всех отелях увидишь. Номер у нас был на первом этаже, вид во двор, ничего интересного, а вот вид с 5 этажа со спа зоны на прекрасные горы и море. Спасибо большое замечательному коллективу отеля за наш прекрасный отдых. Мы остались довольны отелем и советуем 💯🤗👌

Отдыхали тут ,пока в мае народу не много ,было хорошо ,вкусный завтрак,большой бассейн и спа .Чистенько,уютно -для Абхазии редкость !
В спа не работала баня ,только хамам
Из минусов далековато от центра -ездить только на такси .И слышимость из коридора ,вечером каждого гостя кто по лестнице поднимется слышно (

Очень удивил отель своей чистой! Уютный и чистый номер, обалденный завтрак, все что хочешь. Хочу отметить про персонал, очень отзывчивый. В этом отеле приятно находится. Есть подогреваемый бассейн что редко встретишь в Абхазии. Обязательно вернемся.

Симпатичный отель в городе Сухум. Достаточно удобное расположение (рядом с набережной и центральным рынком, откуда можно добраться на общественном транспорте до аэропорта). Номера чистые и тихие, каждый день меняют полотенца и банные принадлежности). Персонал приятный и отзывчивый. Рекомендую!

Eco-Papa is a family-run resort hotel just a 3-4-minute walk from the beach. The marine climate, the purest mountain air, saturated with the aromas of unique vegetation. The hotel consists of 3 buildings made of natural wood. The distance from the hotel to the airport is 79 km, to the railway station - 2.8 km, to the center of Gudauta - 3.8 km.
The hotel has a total of 60 standard and family standard rooms. The rooms on the ground floor have their own entrance. All rooms are equipped with a desk, a flat-screen TV, a private bathroom, bed linen and towels.
The pearl of the hotel is one of the largest swimming pools in Abkhazia with a children's compartment. The hotel's outdoor heated pool is open from May to early October. There is a recreation area nearby, sun loungers are provided. Next to the pool there is a bar where you can order refreshing drinks and snacks.

I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's interior, cleanliness, and comfort. The staff was excellent, friendly and ready to help with everything. The room was standard, with everything you need: a kettle, water, robes (snow-white and very soft), slippers, and toiletries. We were also pleased to see a water cooler on the floor. There's a spa area, but we couldn't get a massage as we hadn't booked one for that day; we only booked a room for one night. So, if you want a massage, it's best to book in advance. The staff is pleasant and friendly, ready to help with everything. The breakfasts are simply wonderful: dumplings, eggs, sausages, vegetables, a selection of different cheeses and cold meats, and more. We were especially pleased with the delicious porridge, which isn't something you'll find in many hotels. Our room was on the first floor, overlooking the courtyard; nothing special, but the view from the spa area on the 5th floor was stunning, with beautiful mountains and the sea. Thank you so much to the wonderful hotel team for our wonderful stay. We were very pleased with the hotel and highly recommend it 💯🤗👌
