Hotéis 3-Star em Cheshire, United Kingdom

"Rooms are extremely light and clean, sturdy beds. On the hotels official website, it states the rooms air air conditioned, however, this is not true. When we asked the guy on reception, he tried to convince me that I’ve read it wrong and tried to make me out as being stupid, but it clearly states the rooms have aircon but only the reception/lobby has air con. The room was very comfortable, could do with having some netting as looks directly into the offices across the way, unless you close the curtains."

"The Mill Hotel & Spa is in an ideal location, just 5 minutes walk from Chester train station and the centre of Chester itself. So, what is a stay in this hotel like? I stayed in the Business Class Double room with a view of the canal. The room is a fair size, with the king size bed being very comfortable and clean. A big drawback for the room, however, is the lack of air conditioning facilities available. I stayed at the end of July, and whilst the outside wasn’t hot, the room itself was stuffy and opening the window didn’t really help too much. I can’t imagine what it would be like staying here in during a heatwave, which is becoming more common! The room also comes with decent tea and coffee making facilities, along with a desk for working. The bathroom is a good size, but it could do with a bit of cleaning. There are two shower nozzles - the smaller standard nozzle was fine but the rainfall shower nozzle was extremely dirty. It looks like it hasn’t been used in a while - and I’d recommend not using that particular shower if you stay here. The extractor fan vent is also very dusty and obviously hasn’t been cleaned in a while! Over to the spa facilities - they are nothing short of exceptional. This is the real draw when staying here, with the swimming pool and sauna being to an excellent standard. Use of the swimming pool and gym is free to all guests whilst staying here, so make good use of the facilities! I opted for the inclusion of breakfast during my stay, and I’d say it was ok rather than great. The amount of food available isn’t huge, though the likes of the croissants and cooked breakfast are to a good standard. As the hotel is in need of an update - it firmly feels like it’s stuck in the mid noughties - the hotel does excel in the standard of service provided to its customers. Whether that be from the cleaners, the reception staff or the waiting staff, everyone is smiling and friendly. It makes all the difference! Would I stay here again? Yes, I would. I hope they do update the rooms soon enough - they really do need air conditioning! And I also hope the bathrooms were thoroughly cleaned a little more. But everything else was to a good standard and for the price paid (£90 for two people with breakfast and spa facilities included), you can’t find much better than that!"

"A sala estava limpa e confortável e serviu a clientela de Cinco estrelas.Aceite o acesso a Manchester.E encontrei um espião fresco. 100% ficará novamente"

"Hotel is a bit old and lack of refurbishments. The room doesn't have good insulation especially during cold night one radiator still feel very chilly inside the room. Only one soft and no chair to sit in front of desk, the bed was a bit tilted. Overall it's an okay hotel if you want to have a short stop."

"The hotel is fairly nice although it is let down with the lack of aircon which I understand has been broken for some time. I was offered to move rooms from one swelteringly hot room to another only to be sandwiched in between two rooms who were obviously having a party. I was offered to move back to my original room which I finally got some sleep. A nice hotel, let down by the lack of air conditioning."

"It's had a complete refurbishment. Everything is immaculate at the time of writing. 5 minutes from the train station. Check in from 1500h - Reception isn't staffed beforehand. Drop off key and self check out in the morning. Hotel lives up to its name. A clean comfortable lodging if you are popping into Macclesfield. My room was quiet at the rear of the property."

"Nice rooms clean no food in hotel but you can order from restaurant outside 100ft away so not to bad and was nice takeout but no pets allowed"

"Fiquei aqui duas vezes antes e estava satisfeito com a experiência. Infelizmente, desta vez, tive de mudar a sala, porque as cortinas estavam a descer e não estavam fechadas. A sala de substituição que me deram cheirou de suor e suor. Além de que o hotel é bonito e a preços razoáveis.O estacionamento é bom.A limpeza deve ser prioritária para melhorar a experiência"
