"Como planejava chegar tarde da noite, entrei em contato com o hotel com antecedência e a recepção esperou até por volta da 1h da manhã. O quarto estava limpo e oferecia todas as comodidades necessárias, incluindo escovas de dente, toalhas de banho, xampu e sabonete. A única decepção foi a falta de água quente no chuveiro. Tentei ligar o aquecedor na potência máxima, mas só saía água fria. Tentei novamente pela manhã, mas também só saía água fria e não consegui tomar banho."

"I recently stayed at Luna Hotel and had a very pleasant experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, courteous, and efficient, making the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. The room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, with complete amenities already prepared upon arrival. Housekeeping did an excellent job keeping everything tidy throughout my stay, and I really appreciated the comfortable bed after a long day. One of the best features of the hotel is its location. It is conveniently situated near major roads, restaurants, and shopping areas like MOA, making it easy to get around the city. The hotel also offers nice facilities such as a rooftop restaurant, bar, and even a KTV area, which added to the overall experience. Despite being close to busy areas, the rooms were quiet, allowing for a relaxing stay. Overall, Luna Hotel offers excellent value for money. It’s a great choice for travelers looking for a budget-friendly, clean, and comfortable place with friendly service. I would definitely stay here again."

"The location was nice, it is nearby to the closest LRT station, you just have to walk for a little. If it is not such a hassle, choose this hostel. When we first came in, the room smelled nice. Even though there is only one fan in the room, the room is still comfortable to stay in, it is not hot. Also, if you’ll be staying for a night this is the perfect place to stay in because they only provide beds for you to sleep in, but if you’d like to have more stuff that you can actually use while you’re at your stay, that has more amenities, this is not for you. Lastly, I actually commend the shared bathroom. It is clean and has a bidet and also a toiletry that you can use. All in all, our stay is good. This is also our first time to check-in, so, not bad for the first time. Also, it is a budget-friendly place to stay in. Keep it up!"

"The budget hotel we've ever stayed, don't expect too much when it comes to cleanliness and amenities. Medyo matagal din ang service if you booked advance, aantayin pa nila sa system nila. But okay for its price per night naman depending sa room type."

"Love this place if you are seeking calm, silent surroundings. However, sad to say they don't have an elevator, so you have to use the stairs—and we were on the 4th floor! A bit tiring climbing up, if you have heavy luggage u can ask for assistance from them, but otherwise very nice. The room we have sleepers, TV in chinese 🤔😂, complete toiletries, a clothe rack, no ref, with a cozy sofa. Also near to MOA & airports."

"The hotel is located in prime location easy accessible to Restuarant’s, cafe’s and metro stations etc. Hotel maintain neat and clean with warm welcoming staff. As per the room rate, its quite satisfied stayed 13 days without any problem. Only thing is bathroom little congested for normal type of body big size can’t fit well. Requested room service and they arranged timely."
