Love this cosy little hotel! There’s no elevator but the staff very kindly brought our luggages up to the third floor! The room was small yet included everything we needed & the bedding/pillows were fantastic! Location was close enough to the main city sights, yet tucked away in a quiet lane to let us have a good night’s rest. There’s also a very cute dog here!! Will 100% stay here again in future! Thank you for the wonderful stay.

The host is very friendly, they let me checked in earlier ahead of schedule, help me warm the room upon request and the room is super comfy, toilet is comfy as well (the toilet seat warmer is tje game changer)! As for the location, its really walking distance to the attractions (Humbe Adm Garden, Suzhou Museum and Lions Grove Garden) Surrounding the inn you can find lots of convenient stalls, halal restaurants (for muslim)! Tootally recommended!

Facilities: Generally, the shower is bad, half of the water is out of the cockroach Hygienic: Generally, the toilet door is facing the bed, and there is a big smell. It is obviously not cleaned up, but the better thing is that when I checked in the next day, I found that the room had been cleaned up and the smell was much smaller, but I didn’t tell me before I cleaned up. Environment: The environment is good, the windows are large, although it is broken and cannot be opened, the corridors belonging to the gray space are very dark, there is no light, all rely on moonlight and the lights on the other end, it is scary to walk at night, the water is not cleaned in time, the laundry room is very dim, and the facilities are relatively old. Service: Great, the attitude of the service staff is very good, but a bit too good, so that someone in my circle has been crying in the middle of the night like **, the hotel staff said that it was dissuaded but the guest did not listen, so she let her disturb our circle of guests sleep, We came to the store to rest, not to the adventure, this matter had other solutions, but she let her cry all night, resulting in our circle of guests not sleeping all night

This was my second time staying here, and it was great! I stayed for several days, and the service was excellent. The front desk staff were particularly helpful. The environment and hygiene were both very good. Even though it's in a scenic area, it was surprisingly quiet, and getting to other places was very convenient.

The hotel hasn't been open for long, and the service is excellent. They even have self-service laundry machines, and the front desk offers complimentary snacks. I wasn't disappointed at all! It's located near Guanqian Street with plenty of local snacks, and it's also very close to the subway station and Suzhou Station. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Suzhou. Li's service was particularly good, always ready to answer any questions. Thumbs up!

The location is fantastic, right in the city center with two malls nearby, making shopping incredibly convenient. It's just one subway stop to Sanyang Plaza, Wuxi's CBD, and not far from Nanchang Street and Huishan Ancient Town, which is super handy. Plus, the prices in Wuxi, especially for taxis, are quite reasonable. The breakfast spread was excellent, and the afternoon tea set was a real highlight; you can tell the hotel puts a lot of thought into things. Upon arrival, I received a small gift, which, though small, was a lovely touch and made me feel very welcome. The room itself was spacious, and being on the 20th floor, the night view from the window was absolutely stunning, with all the city lights twinkling. The only downside is for guests driving, as the parking situation isn't great due to its prime location. There are only 2 or 3 parking spots, and they're very cramped. Luckily, I arrived at noon and found an empty space, but leaving was tricky with limited turning room, definitely testing your driving skills! This wouldn't be an issue at all for guests arriving by high-speed train.

This hotel offers incredible value for money! First off, the location is fantastic. It's close to Beisi Pagoda, and within walking distance of many major attractions in Gusu District, like the Humble Administrator's Garden, Pingjiang Road, the museum, and Lion Grove Garden. The hotel is super easy to find, right across from the subway station – just cross the road and you're there. Public transport is really convenient; it's only one subway stop to Suzhou Station. There are also plenty of local restaurants right across the street. But most importantly, the front desk staff and the owner are genuinely warm and welcoming. I didn't have to carry my luggage once, from start to finish. Their service attitude and room service are excellent and very responsive. They even kindly upgraded my room type, and soaking in the bathtub was pure bliss! I was really surprised to get such great service for this price point. The hotel facilities are also quite comprehensive, with smart toilets, microwaves, refrigerators, and even disposable bathtub liners and toilet seat covers. Most importantly, the cleanliness is superb – not a speck of dust anywhere. Everyone can definitely stay here with peace of mind. Highly recommend! 🤗

This is the seventh time I have booked this hotel. Really, the young ladies at the front desk are very warm and enthusiastic, adding unlimited temperatures to the cold Lianyungang. The room is also arranged very well. Arranged differently according to personal needs. highly recommended

Staying at the Totoro Spirit Hotel for my business trip was an amazing experience! The smart amenities here are incredibly thoughtful; the zero-pressure mattress really helped relieve my travel fatigue. The smart toilet and screen casting feature also significantly enhanced the comfort of my stay. Plus, the service was convenient and efficient; check-in at the front desk was super fast. The free parking and laundry room perfectly met my essential business travel needs. The value for money here is just unbeatable!

Facilities: Excellent location! It was great; with elderly parents and children, we didn't need any transportation to reach the attractions. Nanchang Street is right next door, and Nanchansi Temple is just in front, both with plenty of food—so convenient. I genuinely recommend it! Hygiene: Clean and great value for money. Environment: Good and comfortable, perfect for bringing the family with ease. Service: So enthusiastic! It was my first time in Wuxi, and the front desk lady was incredibly warm; she helped us with everything we asked for and offered solutions—sincerely appreciated. Meeting such enthusiastic hotel staff really makes a trip enjoyable. The cleaning staff were also very welcoming. This hotel is a must-recommend! 👍🏻
