Public transportation, including buses and subways, is also easily accessible.

A kind gentleman helped us with our luggage from the car to the room and proactively offered warm water multiple times. **Breakfast:** Our family room originally included two breakfasts, but we were given an extra breakfast voucher. As for the breakfast itself, it was rich and varied, with self-service coffee available for free all day. **Free Parking:** Free parking service was provided. When we checked out, the gentleman helped us with the parking voucher to exit. **Environment:** As soon as I entered the lobby, I fell in love with the decor style – very modern and chic. Our room was a loft with twin beds; the lower level was for lounging, and the upper for sleeping. The bathroom had a dry and wet separation, with clearly defined functional areas. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied. I booked based on online reviews, and it definitely didn't disappoint. Everyone can confidently stay here; I'll certainly be back on my next visit.

The price is very reasonable, offering better value than other hotels near the airport in the same area. It's suitable for business travelers, those on a layover, or exhibition attendees. Came here for a New Year's getaway, stayed a few nights at the hotel, and overall it was pretty good. The facilities are comprehensive, and the service is attentive. Housekeeping cleaned the room every day. The only downside was that it was a bit noisy, probably because there were so many guests during New Year's Day. Other than that, everything was fine.

It is also convenient for traveling, as it is not far from Changsha South High-Speed Railway Station, which is great for trips to Zhangjiajie. There are many local restaurants around the hotel with affordable prices and good taste. The room is clean, modern, and comfortable. Overall, it offers great value for money and I would recommend this place.

Consequently, ride-share or taxi drivers may occasionally choose to drop passengers at the main road or the nearest intersection rather than the front entrance. A thoughtful touch was the complimentary coffee provided at reception, which added great value to our experience.

This time they only gave two bottles of water, but their strongest selling point, which really sets them apart from competitors, used to be giving out nine bottles of mineral water. That's a unique advantage that they should definitely bring back and promote!
