First time in this hotel, quite good. Good location, good room, separate shower and closet, coffee maker in room. No parking, but there is a valet service. If you bring car you can park in the next block in Jefferson st, comfortable and reasonable price. Housekeeping and waiting quite slow response for services. Overall happy with the stay

시내에 위치하여 교통이 편했습니다. 침대시트에 얼룩이 묻어 있었는데 다음날도 똑같았습니다. 로비 직원들이 여러명이 계시는데 친절도는 상이했습니다. 방은 좁은데 화장실이 넓고 깨끗해서 좋았습니다.

I am writing to formally express my serious concern and disappointment regarding the handling of my personal belongings left in the refrigerator during my recent stay at your hotel. We stayed at Hilton Portland Downtown from December 23 to December 24, occupying Rooms 416 and 417. Upon checkout, a full box of prescription medications was accidentally left inside the refrigerator in one of the rooms. I want to be very clear about the nature of these items: The box was full and intact It contained injectable prescription medications, clearly medical in nature The medications were stored inside the refrigerator, not left out in the room These items were obviously not trash and are easy to identify as medical supplies Given these facts, I find it extremely concerning and unacceptable that: The items were apparently discarded or mishandled, and No attempt was made to contact me to confirm whether these medically critical items should be kept. At a minimum, I would expect hotel staff to recognize that refrigerated injectable medications are not garbage, and that such items require verification with the guest before disposal. The failure to do so reflects a serious lack of care and responsibility, especially considering the medical importance of these medications. These medications are essential for managing chronic health conditions, and their loss has caused significant distress and inconvenience. This situation could and should have been avoided with a simple phone call.

O Hotel Lucia está localizado em uma parte do centro da cidade que é um pouco mais tranquilo do que o habitual fanfarre e ainda muito próximo das boas refeições.A apenas dez minutos a pé da Cidade Velha e a cinco minutos a pé da Praça Pioneer. Muitos autocarros, Como Linhas de equipe, estão a correr para você sair Da cidade.A minha única sugestão é ter água quente servida Na mesa de bebidas no lobby o dia todo.E também teria gostado de um par de calças.

O quarto é Muito limpo e limpo. A localização do hotel é Muito boa. O estacionamento é conveniente, MAS é cobrado. Compras e comida Ao redor são Muito convenientes, bonitos, seguros, recomendados. Eu escolho este hotel aqui.

It was perfect location me and my daughter had a nice new years there the pool was clean and kids friendly across the street from the mall and lost of eatery’s we will be staying there again

酒店在downtown，沒有自己的停車場，但對面雪鐵龍加油站旁的寫字樓下有public parking，大概一晚上35刀。距離酒店步行5分鐘，過個十字路口轉角到。 房間較小，一張床兩個牀頭櫃，加一個衞生間，非常compact。衞生間的洗手液很好聞。 前台服務不錯，因為睡眠較淺，協商能否換背靠馬路的房間，也欣然幫忙。 距離酒店10分鐘走路有一家墨西哥菜，Lechon，值得推薦。推薦其中的mushroom，grilled Ribs也不錯。
