"The hotel location is strategic; many shops nearby the area. Apart from that, it's newly renovated with a huge size bedroom. It has a comfortable and clean king size bed with toilet, washroom and sink; all separated. We can open 3 pieces of luggage at the same time! Furthermore, it's a modern hotel embedded with robots to control the lighting, curtains, etc... The receptionist even arranges for a robot to deliver us a shower cap and bath towels (very advanced hotel). On the final day, the staff even called didi to fetch us to the airport, complimentary service. Overall, we are very happy with our stay and definitely chose this hotel again if we were to visit Chengde again although the breakfast is not fantastic but it doesn't matter to us. Recommend to stay!"

Há um Grande pátio no primeiro andar, há camas de garoto, esquisto, xixi, etc. Você Pode andar de cavalo, e as crianças são Muito felizes.A porta TEM um carregador conveniente, e você Pode ver a China Mazhen lançar fogo à noite. O pequeno-almoço é geralmente, muitas são legumes, as crianças não podem comer. A localização é Mais perto, longe do Centro, não há luzes de estrada à noite, há cães Ao Lado Da estrada, cuidado.

UUsuário convidado地理位置：離大灘鎮中心和馬鎮車程大約20分鐘，離百里天路南口車程大約10分鐘，對面就是雲中草原零距離。比鎮中心安靜太多了，那裡吵得讓人鬧心。但晚上還是有零星的煙花聲音。
酒店環境：院子設計挺好看的，依山而建錯落有致，房間裝修和設施都比較簡單，但也很清爽。
服務：旺季滿房，服務響應有點慢，但都很熱情。每天晚上9點還有篝火晚會。
餐飲：早餐有基本的粥牛奶主食小菜等，味道還可以；餐廳烤羊腿好吃，就是太難等了；酒店裡有家咖啡廳，美式很好喝，咖啡廳的風景也超讚。
其他：酒店裡有個巖石馬場，專業教騎馬的，可以騎馬體驗；酒店門口也有牧民經營的騎馬體驗。

UUsuário convidadoWe had a pleasant stay. Communication in English was smooth, which we appreciated as non-Chinese speakers. Our cabin was clean and rustically furnished and had a cosy atmosphere. The staff was helpful and even provided us with a fridge for the room upon request. They also assisted us with booking the activities we were interested in, like horse riding in the grasslands.

Ao redor de Jogar a surpresa, a exposição popular de Zhu Dento Fez com que as crianças abrissem OS olhos e compreendissem a cultura de Mong; no Festival Da Cultura de Cavalos de Neve de Ulanbu, Xiaojiang Xiaojiang, exposição de roupas mongol, as crianças estavam intactas e interagiram EM estreita relação com o Cavalo pequeno; A pesca de inverno de Toron é ainda UMA Fonte feliz de toda a família. Quando você cozinhou o gelo e esperava pelo Grupo de peixes. O peixe fresco recolhido FAZ o hotel trabalhar e cortar o cabelo!O hotel também está Muito preparado para beber e cozinhar aquecimento para crianças e pequenos pratos. GGary Ong Wei KiatAbsolutely loving this place! The vibes is totally awesome and a nice place to chill with lots of activities to do, though unfortunately we only had one night here as we only planned to hike Jin Shan Ling, but we will definitely be back for more next round!
Service and hospitality is top notch and absolutely grateful to have such a nice bunch of staff who were super friendly and warm. The hotel was near Jin Shan Ling (about 5 mins drive) and they even offered to drive and pick us to and fro the hotel and Jin Shan Ling. Within the hotel, they were concerned with us feeling cold so they ferried us to our room as our room was a few mins walk away, and fetched us from our room to the lobby when we wanted to hang out at their chill areas there which turned out to be really relaxing.
They served super sumptuous meals including a hot pot set which was great for winter and even offered us complimentary dishes as part of winter solstice.
One of the staff named Henry Zhang gave us a tour at their exhibition centre showing the various scenic areas in 四季山, 金山岭 and 北京城! We enjoyed the experience sharing from him and the explanation to the various attraction sites, appreciate the sweet gesture as he didn’t actually had to do that but he did so!
Room was absolutely great and spacious, extremely clean and comfortable with heaters inside the restrooms which was super nice. It was a good night rest for us.
Breakfast was their local dishes which was great too and super filling (buns, eggs, porridge, dough sticks, specialty cold dishes).
All in all, we had no complains from the time we checked in, super loved the experience and it definitely make us want to book another trip here again soon!

UUsuário convidadoO parque é Muito grande, o animal de estimação é amigável, o parque é Rico EM projetos de parque de diversão, e a Rua russa de estilo, muitos lugares para comer, especialmente adequado para evitar o Turismo de viagem de finais de semana, sentir a paisagem de pradaria.
A sala do hotel é limpa, não há odor, o quarto é Muito BOM EM isolamento de som, e as camas também são boas.
Desvantagens: Muito poucos tipos de pequeno-almoço, pequena localização do restaurante, não é BOM encontrar UMA localização no pico Da comida.
A Sala não TEM água quente, não Pode sair de água quente por Muito tempo, e a recepção provisória abriu o banheiro do quarto Ao Lado de ninguém

UUsuário convidado到店的時候比較晚了，工作人員給升級了家庭房，非常感謝！工作人員也很熱情，前台的經理（男），文質彬彬，快速解決客户的實際問題與需求；工作人員牛先生也是，有很強的服務意識，給人以賓至如歸之感覺…後面還有動物園，小朋友一定喜歡，唯一拖後腿的就是餐飲，早餐一般般，第二天早餐，可能因為人少，感覺都快不提供了…要啥沒啥！我們簡單的吃一口，返京！而且想着出去吃麻煩，吃了一回晚餐，真的太難吃了！希望改進…其他都挺好，性價比很高！👍🌹🌹

ZZhuzishengluolan優點:訂的親子房，房間很大，有搖搖馬和小帳篷。洗澡熱水穩定，房間乾淨，保潔大姐每天都有打掃，各種消耗品齊全。所有崗位服務都特別好。草原最好酒店🥰🥰。樓下就是吃飯的地方，離景點近，，直對大舞台，晚上還有放花，很👍🏻。
缺點:房間沒有空調，好像每家酒店都沒有，但是晚上真的真的很熱，七月十幾號，就算是下雨都很熱，最後沒辦法叫了客房送了兩個被單蓋，就這樣都熱🥵。床墊很軟，腰不好的真的很難受。兩宿因為熱+床墊軟沒睡好😂。入住第一天發現被罩上有不乾淨的東西，跟客房説了，第二天幫忙換了。非常感謝。另外提個建議，房間地板磚有鬆動翹起，因為是親子房，建議酒店還是要修繕一下，不然小孩容易絆倒。

UUsuário convidadoI don’t speak Chinese, but the staff there were very friendly and helpful. From checking in to checking out, the front desk staff helped me like a personal assistant. She even scheduled a massage and taxi service. Local guests I met at the hot pools were also very nice and welcoming. This is somewhat old place, but I like places with history. Be aware of the large portion of dishes you get at the restaurant. I couldn’t finish all the dishes as a solo traveler.
