The late night snack service is very good, the restaurants outside close very early, and the hotel restaurant is open until 11:30, which is very good! The hotel staff are really serious and responsible. My daughter, who is over one year old, accidentally touched the phone and pressed it out. Unknown to us, the person in charge of the hotel came to the room to ask if something had happened! This is really good! Breakfast worth mentioning! On the first day, we woke up the baby very early to have breakfast. She was so angry that she kept crying. Later, the restaurant staff said that we could just order food directly to the room without waking the baby up. The next day we enjoyed a sumptuous meal. The breakfast was simply fantastic! When you leave, the front desk will ask if you have any comments! I can really say that this hotel is very cost-effective! It’s not in vain that I drove more than 300 kilometers to get here! Next time I come to visit relatives, I will book here! The only drawback is the wooden furniture in the room. The parent-child room can consider collision prevention. The child was knocked twice. "I booked a discounted room for one person, which was supposed to be the same as other rooms except for a narrow window. Why was there no hot water in the shower? Luckily it was afternoon. I contacted the front desk, and they said they'd send someone to check it right away. Half an hour passed and no one came. I called again, and a repairman finally arrived after 10 minutes. He fiddled with it for a while before getting hot water, but it wasn't much. I managed to take a quick shower. Before leaving, I told the front desk I'd complain and ask them to fix it again. Only then did they say there was a bath and sauna at the new location 200 meters away, which was included in my room booking. They didn't even tell me where the bath and sauna were when I checked in. Last time, I also booked the Ni's Haitai Resort on Ctrip, and the front desk didn't mention the included hot spring bath. We only found out after check-out that our room booking included it. The air conditioner was old; the remote didn't turn on the lights. I thought it wasn't working, so I called the front desk staff, who operated it, but it took a while to start. The hotel's location is quite good, opposite the Wulie River walkway, which is nice for a stroll in the evening. This is the main branch, which also caters to tour groups. The new branch is not far away and is larger."
