During this trip to Chengde, I stayed at the Shenghua Hotel for 2 days (August 19-20). I booked a single room on Ctrip.com. The hotel upgraded me to a king bed (1002) on the first day. There was construction work downstairs at night and the noise made me unable to sleep. I didn't get a good night's rest. The next day, I asked to change rooms to a single room. This single room (604) is different from the room photos seen online. The TV channels are inconsistent with the room channel guide, some channels cannot be seen, and the waf signal is unstable. The room phone couldn't be reached. At about 7 o'clock this morning, I needed to draw paper and the room phone could not reach the service desk. I had no choice but to contact the hotel through Ctrip.com and was told to use 2271188 to contact the hotel. As a result, the call could not be reached at all. I called Ctrip 4 times and asked Ctrip to contact the hotel and ask them to deliver tissue paper to room 604. After a while, the robot came, but the robot crashed and could not get the tissue paper. I contacted again and asked the waiter to come, but the waiter did not come. In the end, I had to go downstairs, go to the service desk, and ask them to deliver the paper. Just such a problem, does it need to be so troublesome? Can it be solved? This is the story of me, an old man, asking for a pack of tissue paper. I hope the hotel manager will be patient and take a look. I can only give a low rating.

There is a staircase for pedestrians to go up and down, which is closest to the B&B (100 meters).
