I stayed here for 4 days, I have nothing bad to say! I was in a single room, it's very basic but personally, I don't need anything else from a hotel apart from a bed and bathroom, so in that respect it was perfectly adequate. Reception were friendly and helpful and multilingual, the location is right outside the station alongside many shops and restaurants. Overall very happy with my stay, I would definitely stay here again!

Positives: Cleanliness and Comfort: The campsite and units were well-maintained and comfortable. Adequate Pool: The pool, though small, served its purpose for cooling down. Negatives: Restaurant Service: The restaurant staff seemed indifferent, lacking basic hospitality such as a smile. Pricing: The food was considered overpriced for the quality and service provided. Unconventional Serving Style: The practice of serving starters and side dishes together, followed by a main dish without a side dish, was confusing and potentially inconvenient. Recommendations: * Improve Restaurant Service: Consider training staff on hospitality and customer service skills. * Review Pricing: Evaluate the pricing of food items to ensure they align with the quality and value offered. * Clarify Serving Style: Provide clear information about the restaurant's serving style to avoid confusion among guests. Conclusion: While the campsite itself was enjoyable, the restaurant experience was disappointing. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Kept our luggage for us. Breakfast was good! Scrambled eggs were superb, good bacon and European cold cuts. Room a little small and AC was a little slow to cool us down due to sun exposure. We were on the first floor a bit exposed, wish we had been higher. Train station, subway station and all services right across the street. A good place to spend a little time as a tourist in Rome.

Just a road down from Roma Trastevere station, it is a two-block hostel. Many common areas for you to hang out and relax with a kitchen, ping pong table, laundry room, and fussball table. The biggest standout for me would be the clean and spacious bathrooms. Also, it’s walkable to the station which gets you around the city.

WiFi was not working inside the room for two days. We had to come out in the lobby to get a connection. Breakfast was very simple. The location is good as it is very close to Rome Termini. The room was clean and big enough. The bathroom was tiny and it was difficult to take a bath for even a single person. No glasses/cups were provided in the room to drink water. No coffee or tea provided in the room. We requested an electric kettle and the staff told us that it will be given in the morning when breakfast/kitchen staff will come.

Very helpful and professional at the reception. The single room was spacious, clean and warm. A wide range of options for breakfast but just bread and jam and fresh fruit for vegans. Great position: 2 minutes from Termini metro and train station or 20/25 minutes walking from all the main attractions like Trevi fountain or Colosseo. The area seemed very safe to me. Highly recommend.

Hotel is conveniently located 4min walk from the train station and is in a busy yet nice area. The staff were super friendly and helped us quickly with a couple of issues we ran into. A little bit of hike to some of the large destinations but if you don’t mind walking 15min + then you’re good to go. The only dislike is the shower. The water pressure is so good that the shower head wants to move around like a snake and we found it difficult to have it stay in it’s holder and therefore would spray water all around the bathroom if you’re not careful and paying constant attention. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend!

Room is spacious, neat and clean washroom, friendly staff. Big disadvantage is the location however its near to bus stops and for metro station it’s takes 20 mins by walk. No eateries near by.

As part of our ongoing Europe trip, I stayed with my aunt and my friend for 4 nights; we booked 2 rooms, our bed looked like a double but was 2 single joined so it was great for me and my aunt as we separated the beds. The hotel had good amenities - private bathroom was huge although for some reason the lights would just turn off randomly? I don't know if it was just our room or everyone else's. The swimming pool is only opened in the summer!! so it was closed for us, which was sad. The staff was really nice and they gave us extra blankets, coffee machine and a kettle when we asked for it! Really appreciated their help and trust me there was so many large groups always arriving at this hotel so they were doing amazing. We paid for dinner once and a breakfast. Dinner was hit or miss - I loved my Chicken salad, but the others weren't impressed with the burgers they had but breakfast was definitely better. I think the star was the beans because wow they were good. The only major cons about the stay was that our room was located right next to the elevator (same as Florence) and it was noisy all morning and late at night, plus some construction at like 8am ish so please if you can, ask for a faraway room! Also the distance from the city centre was quite tiring, yes it is only 23 mins metro from the Torre Angela station but an 11 mins walk from the station to the hotel and with our suitcases and the station exit not having any elevators, it was hard work. To get to the hotel side, you need to first go down the stairs, then up the stairs and go down again so if you are walking from the station to the hotel, be prepared!

My only complaint is my room had kind of strong odor of cigarettes. The staff was nice, helpful and spoke English. The room was nice, small, but nice; I was just looking for a place to sleep after leaving the airport. The location is the biggest plus. It’s just off the Parco Leonardo stop, which is the first train stop after Fiumicino, so it’s really convenient coming from the airport and quick. It’s also set next to a shopping mall. The area is a little dirty and run down around it, but that didn’t bother me. It’s the not the part of Rome you go pictures, but it’s perfect if the first thing you want to do after a long flight is sleep. I should also mention it was cheap but a great deal for what you get.

Hotel a short distance from Fiumicino airport, functional, welcoming, very clean and comfortable rooms and with an excellent quality/price ratio. There is a restaurant inside where you can eat various traditional Italian and Lazio dishes. It also has a swimming pool and shuttle service to and from the airport

Good only for overnight sleep while catching our next flight. Don't expect much in terms of services and amenities except for the very basic. Transfer was convenient. Do look out for the 'hotel shuttle' sign which is quite small and not prominent as you exit the airport.

First of all, the free 24-hour airport shuttle bus is definitely the highlight of this hotel. You can wait for the bus on the safety island in the middle of the road when you exit Gate 3 of Terminal T3. It takes a short time to get to the hotel. It is also very convenient to get to the airport by bus at the hotel entrance. Second: The storage service is great. I left my suitcase at the front desk of the hotel when I went to Mallorca for three days, and it was completely free when I checked in when I came back. It saved me 800 yuan in luggage fees! Third: The hotel requires a card to enter the room, which is safe. The room is medium in size, but the bathroom is very large. If I were in Rome, I would like to stay in this hotel and take the T-brand bus to the airport for 12 euros round trip. It is very cost-effective (the bus goes directly to the central railway station in 45 minutes. The price on Ctrip is very good

The room is nice, the restaurant's food is also good, it's very close to the airport, many flight attendants choose to stay here, the hotel's airport drop-off service is very thoughtful, I will come again next time.

Service: The service of this hotel is very thoughtful. Our flight was delayed. The first time I arrived, the front desk guy called my name and patiently explained to us that we almost missed the last business hours of the hot spring and restaurant because it was too late. Although their lobby boy (I found out the next day that it was a black guy) had gone off work, he led us and sent our luggage to the room. He also helped me book a taxi for the next day (cheaper than taking an Uber taxi myself). The environment of the hotel is really beautiful, very Italian countryside, you can explore it by yourself, it is very suitable for a few days of vacation. In addition, the breakfast is really rich. I want to come to this hotel again!

The room is very large ... suitable for a family outing ... a loft booked with one bedroom and one living room, there are three beds in it, and a separate bedroom with a large bed is very suitable for family outings! Because there is only one toilet, the family travel is ok to sleep four or five people. The shortcoming is that the heating is not good ... there is only central air conditioning in the room but there seems to be no hot air ... but the room is not cold ... there is a radiator in the toilet😂

The location was great being so close to the airport, we were able to take our cart of luggage with us and return to the terminal. The staff were friendly and helpful and we appreciate the extra touch of helping with directions and other things. A good stay, we would recommend it to others
