I want to bring my whole family again next time. It was the impression that the training of employees was good. Meals around the area are convenient.

The hotel is far from Universal and you would need car to travel any of the parks. The shuttle service is not at all useful as they have very limited seats. We never used to get any reservation which we had to do atleast 24hours earlier (still we could never get any seats). And the timings for shuttle were really awkward as they would leave 2 hours or earlier before the parks open up. The rooms are spacious but very basic. The room service is very basic and they would not even deliver a simple disposable cups or spoons to the room. We need to go down to the reception everytime to collect it. The only advantage was that it was close to Walmart. Overall it is a decent property where you can expect very basic service linke room cleaning and nothing else.

The room was cleaner than I expected and very comfortable. Amenities are minimal, so it's a good idea to bring your own water and slippers. They don't offer luggage storage, so those planning to leave their bags at Miami Airport to go explore should be aware of that.

I booked this hotel from 4-7 July to have a resting place after a long day in universal studio. We took a LYNX bus 42 from MCO airport, 45mins to 1hour and walk around 15 minutes to hotel. The hotel provide a free shuttle bus(20 seater bus) to go to universal studio Orlando at 8.25am(only one timing and will go to other nearby hotels to pick up passengers) and pick up at 6pm(only one timing) from universal studio. I highly suggest to wait at the hotel entrance 10-15 mins before the pick up timing to get seats. No advance reservation needed. Uber less than 10USD back to hotel. We got room 313. Two queen beds, bed is comfy and enough pillows. Enough clothing racks/hanger. Only mini fridge is available in the room. No water kettle. Microwave only available at the front desk Cleanliness was good, from the bedroom to the bathroom. Bathroom amenities are only shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body lotion. Housekeeping is done daily. Breakfast is from 6am to 10am, only hard boiled egg, cereals, milk, yoghurt, apple juice, orange juice, bagels, jams, cream cheese, and oatmeal. The hotel has a microwave, and it's about a 15-20 minute walk to the supermarket. I imagine most people staying here are visiting Disney or Universal, so this distance is easily walkable. It's an older hotel, but it's clean, not dirty, and well-maintained. The shuttle bus times aren't great, but if you want to save money, it's a good option since an Uber can cost ¥2,000-¥4,000 one way. All in all, having a microwave, a nearby supermarket, and the affordable price makes it worth it!

Our family of six rented an Airbnb for 6 days but me and my youngest daughter wanted to stay for an extra couple of days; so we rented the room at the Rosen. It looked great in the pictures and I'm happy to report that it was even more beautiful in person. There are so many amenities and the food was excellent! I highly recommend the pulled pork nachos poolside from The Cattails Bar (by the way large enough for 3 people to share. Our room overlooked the lakes and golf course. What a beautiful view! I actually saw an eagle air diving into the lake for his meal! There were so many shady beautiful places to sit if you wanted to spend your time outdoors (which I did) and lovely seating inside if you needed to come in to cool off. The market is open 24 hours if you need a tasty snack or something to drink. Warning; the market is pricey but very convenient. If you want grocery store pricing, the Publix is a shuttle ride away and just a short walk across the street. I should have read the fine print the parking will be $28 a day if you self park. And though they say there are no resort fees; there is a fee for incidentals that I thought was quite hefty so be prepared to put this on your credit card temporarily. If I had had more time I definitely would have enjoyed the spa offerings. The staff was professional and very friendly. We would definitely stay here again and plan on doing so!

The hotel is spacious and clean. It is a brand hotel with a good reputation. There are two 1.5-meter beds, which can sleep two people and are suitable for a family of three. The front desk is very welcoming and they also gave cookies made by the hotel 🍪, which is very considerate. The hotel provides 24 hours There is an airport shuttle. Because I have an early flight, I booked a shuttle bus at 4 a.m. with the front desk clerk. It takes 7 minutes to reach the airport Terminal B. It is very convenient for guests with early flights. There are several restaurants around the hotel. I found an internet celebrity restaurant and it’s about a ten-minute walk away.

Clean rooms. Nice pool and gym. There is a little traffic due to the area but we were satisfied with the room

New hotel, beautiful pool, excellent location, very clean, friendly and efficient staff. We will definitely be back.
