Hotel is very old, however staff is amazing and very friendly. Breakfasts were bad and didn’t have decent options, no boiled eggs or omelette and only weird color scrambled eggs. They didn’t have also lactose free milk option during the breakfast which is not acceptable.

The location is convenient, close to the airport and the convention center, but there aren't many shops or restaurants nearby. The room itself was decent, and surprisingly quiet despite being close to a main road. However, the front desk staff were quite cold, and I had to remind them multiple times to clean the room. Breakfast was nothing special, and the two times I ordered dinner from their restaurant, the dishes were disappointing.

Что понравилось: приятные девушки на ресепшене, разрешили заселиться чуть раньше, всегда были на месте и помогали. Осталось очень хорошее впечатление! В номере тепло, даже жарко, есть телевизор, рабочий стол, шкаф — для удаленщика отличный минимальный набор. На территории отеля чрезвычайно дешевая и вкусная столовая, фастфуд, минимаркет, кофейня.
Что не понравилось: сначала сказали, что нет чайников, но когда я переехала в другой номер, то он там оказался. Кулер в коридоре был только с холодной водой и не подключался к сети. Завтраки подаются очень рано, с 6 до 9, редко успевала на них.

GGuest UserLocated on the Volga River, the hotel is quiet and convenient. We were able to check in a few hours early, and due to a delayed flight, we were given a late checkout. The service was very thoughtful and considerate. I'd definitely stay here again. It's also very close to popular attractions!

The front desk and service staff were very enthusiastic and would smile and greet each time they met. The breakfast is rich in variety and tastes good. The location of the hotel is very convenient, the surrounding dining and attractions are very close. I will choose here next time, and I highly recommend it to friends who come here for travel or business trips!
