"Our favorite hotel for this trip. Love the beautiful room with comfortable bed and modern bathroom with a huge bath tub. We could also see sunrise from our full height window which had a great view of the city. Breakfast spread was good with dinosaurs decorations on the tables. The hotel also had a dinosaur activity for kids. Location was excellent too. Near the train station and shopping malls with many food options."

"Staying Dormy Inn many time in different cities in Japan. Most attractive thing are having public Onsen, seafood rice in breakfast and free soup noodles at night. Rental price is reasonable."

"A cosy hotel with really friendly and helpful hotel staff. Room was a little small compared to what we have been used to. But the helpfulness and friendliness of the Hotel staff made up for everything. Air conditioning on the first night was a little hot (we went to Fukui in the summer time), but was OK on the 2nd night. You can choose your own pillow and amenities (shampoo, conditioner, bath salts, cotton buds, sewing kit etc) from the 5th floor - so funny! But reception is on the 5th floor (not the 1st). The hotel thoughtfully provided a laundry drying rack so you can dry laundry in the room. The shampoo, conditioner and body foam (made with Royal Jelly) made my hair really soft and manageable! Very convenient to drive to Tojinbo Cliffs too!"

"Our stay at this heritage hotel, which consists of beautifully renovated old houses scattered throughout a charming town, was a unique and mostly pleasant experience. The facilities and room amenities were excellent, and we thoroughly enjoyed the local atmosphere and the authentic dining options nearby. However, as a Michelin-recommended establishment, there is significant room for improvement regarding communication and attention to detail. 1. Repetitive and Inefficient Communication: After booking through an OTA (Ctrip), we received multiple calls from agents asking the same questions (arrival time, dietary restrictions, gender for amenities). Despite answering these repeatedly, it became clear that the information was either not recorded or not transmitted to the hotel staff. 2. Critical Lapse in Dietary Requirements: Our most serious concern involved a severe dairy allergy. We informed the OTA agents multiple times and even sent two separate emails directly via the hotel’s official website to ensure the message was received. Unfortunately, the hotel never replied to our emails, and upon arrival, the staff claimed they had no record of our request. Consequently, dairy-containing dishes were served to the allergic guest during the first meal. 3. Resolution: While the issue was eventually resolved and the second day went smoothly, the lack of coordination between the hotel, the booking agent, and the hotel’s own email system was frustrating. For a hotel of this caliber, one expects a seamless flow of information—especially regarding guest safety and allergies. Conclusion: Everything else about the hotel was wonderful, but these service ”softwares” are what separate a good hotel from a truly great one. "Self-driving tour! There is a free parking lot. Meals have to be opened in 17-20 minutes to the city. If there is no car, call the car or taxi. Because the address is relatively mountainous, there is no car to go! But the environment is first-class, there are indoor and outdoor soup pools (not hot springs) remember to be soup pools 😅6pm-10pm, it is recommended to stay 2-3 night to rest and enjoy!"

"Usei-o para ir ao Sundome para o LIVE. Em termos de localização, é longe da estação, então não é conveniente, mas se você for de carro, não há problema, há muito estacionamento gratuito e muitos supermercados, home centers, Don Quixote e restaurantes nas proximidades, então é conveniente. O quarto era limpo e foi bom poder fazer o check-in quando fui colocar minha bagagem primeiro. A cama era grande e foi ótimo. Além disso, é o hotel que eu quero usar por todos os meios."
