The hotel staffs always greeted us warmly and went extra miles to help us. Rooms and bathrooms are satisfactory, although there is room for improvement. The location is a bit away for the main action but the stunning view from the top makes up for it.

I chose it carefully because it was a trip with my mother. The accommodation condition was very good, but it was a little difficult because it was cold in the early morning. They were kind enough to provide a heater, but I had difficulty sleeping because of altitude sickness.

It isn't quite new but its a nice hotel, it feels very classy. The only downside is that our heater stopped working but that wasn't a big problem. I would recommend this hotel especially if they have a good deal.

The accommodation is in a beautiful place and the Lord is charming, but we had some disadvantages: you forgot to book the transport to go to the station, which was very early, and we also had to remind you several times that he brought us the coat. However, the location and nearby treatment partly compensate for these failures.

I like the hotel very much, it is very clean and has a colorful decoration as it is Cusco, I like there was water available to fill my bottle as in other hotels it was not and generate so much plastic generates conflict to me in addition to the cost of the The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable.

The internal environment of the hotel is very good, the decoration is very beautiful and very clean.
The room is also clean and tidy, but there is no exhaust fan in the room. The smell of the bathroom is difficult to disperse, especially the closed room without windows.
The service is difficult to say. I booked a superior room with windows and balconies. When I checked in, I said that the room was gone. The room I upgraded was the result of the ”upgraded” room. It was a fully closed room without windows! I don't agree, but the hotel said there was no room. The ”discussion” result was to give me free dinner. I didn't have a choice. I could accept...

LLvjingjingThe hotel environment is really nice, and the location is also very good, not far from the Temple of the Sun and the Plaza de Armas. What is incredible is that Ctrip booked us a basement on the first night, and after negotiation, we moved to the first floor for the second stay. SSham LatiffThis is a lovely hotel very near to the train station with lots of restaurants next to it. Its also very conveniently to go to the bus station up to the citadel. The hotel staff are very friendly and accommodating. They even helped us get a really good guide for our visit to the incan city. Highly recommended

DDavid & MichelleThe hotel location was great! The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff was helpful. And the breakfast was plentiful and accomodating for people that need to take the first 5am bus up to Machu Picchu.
