Hotel has been constructed from 88 shipping containers and is fascinating. Unfortunately it was not busy during our visit and this resulted in sparse staffing and shortages at the complimentary breakfast.

Eu tive UMA boa estadia Neste hotel durante a minha recente viagem para Lusaka. É especialmente adequado para visitantes chineses, porque muitas instalações e instruções escritas são fornecidas EM chinês e inglês, o que torna a navegação do hotel muito conveniente.O serviço de toda a minha estadia foi excelente. Gostaria de reconhecer especialmente a Grace, que é UMA excelente recepcionista e hoteleira, sempre profissional, bem-vinda e atenta, e que a sua assistência Quente ajudou a aumentar a experiência. A sala estava limpa, bem mantida e confortável, tornando fácil relaxar após um dia ocupado.Em geral, esta é UMA boa opção para uma viagem de negócios internacional, oferecendo um BOM serviço e instalações a um preço razoável.

Very good hotel, located fairly centrally in lusaka about 20 minutes from the airport. It's safe, the staff are exceptionally friendly, the breakfast was great and the restaurant/bar was also fantastic. There's a pool downstairs in the bar area which is perfect for lounging around and enjoying the Zambian skies. Would definitely stay again!

I usually have a good time at the resort and stayed a couple of times. This time from the start, there were a few things: I had asked reception because we were going early, to have the breakfast boxes for the kids early to take at 5:30. When we got to the restaurant in the evening it took a while to be served. When we got the kids in the shower, there were no towels and when we phoned it took a while. We also phoned to ask for normal milk as my child can’t have creomora and they said they would bring but never did. Then our taxi driver let us down so I called reception to book an airport shuttle in the morning and she said she would call back but never did. Eventually after I called back, they got back to me with results. Didn’t tell me the price though. When we checked out at 5:30, they didn’t have the breakfast boxes. And told us our taxi was K400 per head! So all in all, wasn’t a great one.

Good location, near shopping mall and university campus. The stake house in the hotel is excellent.

The reception was amazing and I loved the food. However I feel the hotel should invest more in their recreational facilities for example the hotel does not have a spa.The room itself was nice and the bathroom clean though not spacious as I expected.The dining area is very clean as well and I loved it.
