Estava no Swiss-Belhotel Kuantan e foi uma experiência tão relaxante.O Ambiente é tranquilo e perfeito para uma fuga curta da cidade.O hotel está localizado à beira da praia, por isso você TEM UMA bela vibração natural durante toda a sua estadia. A sala estava limpa, espaçosa e confortável, e havia espaço suficiente para relaxar e desfrutar.As instalações do hotel são ótimas, incluindo piscina, sala de fitness, áreas amigáveis para crianças e opções de refeição, todas bem mantidas e confortáveis para casais e famílias. A ênfase é certamente a vista 🌅 Você Pode atravessar o surgimento e o pôr do sol na praia, o que o torna extra especial.Acordar até a vista do mar e terminar o dia com momentos de pôr do sol dourado é perfeito.

Happy to stay here even just one night, we went there on weekdays it's not crowded at all. Room is clean and well designed. Breakfast is buffet line. you can pick whatever you want and for the taste itself i will just say it's standard. Location is not far from eating place but takes around 30 mins to go to genting. Some downside here.. there's construction site on the way to hotel so, road is quite bumpy, lots of hole, dust and the room that i got is connected room sometimes when others room laughing too loud, We also hear them 🤣

We had a very enjoyable stay at the AC Marriott Hotel. The pillows and bed were incredibly comfortable, allowing me to sleep soundly throughout the night. The breakfast spread was quite simple, but it was sufficient and satisfying. The staff were highly professional and showed excellent hospitality. I will definitely be coming back again.

Fast process for check in.. Clean rooms. Requested room to be at the same level, as we had a brother with limited disability but not granted. Requested rooms with nice view but we got 2 suites facing construction site. Expected both rooms had bath tubs but only suites with 2 rooms had it. Jacuzzi not functioning for hot tap. Husband whatsapp to the given no, but no reply. I called the room service by myself but was given info that need up to 4 hours to get heated. We waited with hopes, but not functioning. My husband called up, and said will send the management team but somehow did not turn up until checked out. So, NO POINT OF HAVING JACUZZI IF THE HOT TAP WATER IS NOT FUNCTIONING. Many playgrounds. Even we had one at level 21, however, so dusty. The indoor playground only has 1 slides and foosball. No other attraction inside. As for arcade, we paid to play Air hockey table for nothing! Indoor swimming pool with heated water and outdoor playground were good. The sauna was not up to par. Not heated regardless of how much water we poured on. Not so many halal outlets for Muslim at the mall. Conclusion: Will not repeat.

Spent an amazing romantic getaway at Oakwood Hotel & Apartments Cameron Highlands and it truly exceeded our expectations. The atmosphere was peaceful, cool, and perfect for couples looking to escape the city. Our unit was beautifully designed, clean, and very comfortable — and the best part was the stunning golf course view right from our room, which made the stay even more special and relaxing. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, adding a warm touch to our experience. We especially loved the cozy ambience and quiet surroundings, making it feel very private and intimate. Waking up to the fresh air and enjoying breakfast together with such a beautiful view was definitely a highlight. Highly recommended for couples seeking a romantic and refreshing retreat. Would definitely come back again! 💕

The room is bigger than i expected. The service from the receptionist is so so so good, they explained very well about the room and share some suggestions to us for taking a good picture. The meh thing is the cleanliness is not in top notch service. The toilet bowl is so so so dirty, there is yellow stain a lot! The bath tub also was not in good condition. There is some mold at toilet. Please please please improve this problem. Not to forget that there is spider web at some lamp. For outside of the hotel, there are a lot of goose poop at road. I know the hotel isn’t the new hotel but i hope you will improve the facilities. For breakfast, i will give 2/5 because the food isn’t hot and the taste is kinda bland also doesn’t have a lot of options. Please improve the cleanliness thing first ya

Quiet, clean, comfortable, safe, and very convenient, located next to the highway, making it easy to go anywhere. Check-in is simple, and there's a supermarket across the street, making shopping easy.

Me and my husband booked this hotel for our staycation before Ramadan start. The price offer affordable with our budget since we went there during school holiday and CNY. We choose superior room which located in front of the pool. The resort are huge/big, a bit classic since the room interior quite oldies. I guess it's true this resort was build on 1987~ somewhere. The resorts well maintain, the staff are welcoming, polite, good PR with guests inquiries. The resort have great access to the beach that you may walk from the room/pool/restaurants. They have 2 pools, the one are surround by the villas/superior room and they have pool theme park (small theme park), require to wear the bands (will provide during check-in), the kids definitely enjoyed playing at the pool so do adults too. The other side of theme park pool, the have pool facing the beach and besids the restaurant, and of course their lifeguard always monitor the guests in pool area. There so many type of rooms you may choose in future. Furthermore, their breakfast menus are satisfied to enjoy, staff that always ready to clean up once guest finished their meal. Overall it's very comfy, nice and beautiful resort to choose for staycation/holiday. Definitely will come again in future.

Without Mr Aidil’s help to change my bedsheets and room, I would give this hotel 1/10. The first room I entered has very strong unpleasant old furniture smell and very dusty. There was a long hair on the bedsheets under the pillow. Comforter got red stains looked like blood stains. I wanna call receptionist, the phone’s covered with dust. Balcony gate was very dusty. The bathroom bulbs were burned, the switches mostly broken. Very disappointing 4 stars hotel…. After we lodged a complaint, Mr Aidil came n brought us to level 3, this room was much more better but the bedsheets looked like got people slept on it before, untidy and wrinkled. Luckily Mr Aidil helped us to change a new bedsheets… Breakfast was decent, not many choices. First day got nasi tomatoes and chicken. Second day nasi lemak with ayam rendang.

Beautiful place to stay, right infront of the beach, room and toliet was very clean and alot of facilities, swimming pool was absolutely beautiful i loved it, watched the sunrise at the beach too
