"My first trip to Sapporo was made truly amazing by staying at this hotel. The location is flawless—easily accessible from Exit 8 or 10 of the Sapporo Underground Walkway, which connects directly to the Namboku Line Sapporo Station. This makes commuting effortless even during rainy or snowy weather. The hotel’s exterior and lobby are elegantly designed, but the most captivating feature is its view—it directly faces the ”Former Hokkaido Government Office,” and the scenery is as picturesque as a painting. The room was incredibly spacious; even with three large suitcases fully opened, there was still plenty of room to move around comfortably. As for the facilities and dining: the breakfast on the 2nd floor offers a lavish spread of seafood delicacies full of Hokkaido’s local flavors. The public bath is also spacious, featuring both hot and cold pools as well as a sauna, which was perfect for relieving travel fatigue. Toiletries are provided in the lobby on the 1st floor for guests to pick up as needed. Overall, this hotel offers a perfect balance between strategic location and high-quality accommodation. I highly recommend it for both business and leisure travelers!"

"We experienced an earthquake last night. It was so scary. Overall stay is good. We decided to check out earlier than our plan and went to the train station to Sapporo. Only that the room we had is too small. Can't put our 2 big luggage The staff was very good and accommodating. From the front office to the House keeping."

Eu entendo apenas UMA Pequena parte Da população japonesa que ELA entende inglês.Eu falei com ELA EM inglês e EU lhe disse que EU estava falando inglês e ELA sabe que EU estou falando inglês. No entanto, ELA continua a usar um dispositivo de bolso de tradução mandarina e não percebeu que a língua cantânica é diferente.Vejo que o inglês é o idioma franco, MAS não é a opinião da senhora e do seu colega. "We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights, then left our luggage here while we spent a night at a hot spring hotel in Noboribetsu, before returning for another 2 nights. The front desk staff were extremely thoughtful and helpful in storing our luggage and making all the arrangements smoothly. We stayed in a triple room, which was said to be the largest available. However, for 3 people, it did feel a little bit small. Unfortunately, the breakfast restaurant was closed for upgrade for a month, so we only had the chance to enjoy it once. That was a bit of a pity."

"We stayed for 2 nights, and had a pleasant stay. The hotel is 3 mins walk to Susukino and 5 mins walk to 狸小路 with many convenient stores and restaurants around. The front desk staff helped us to check in with the check in machine and the process was fast. We like the beds and room size, and the free flow of Haskap juice throughout afternoon and evening. The drawbacks are the front desk staff have limited English and didn’t understand our request to have a cleanup in our room as we were sleeping late and missed morning cleanup. The nearest airport shuttle bus stop across from hotel abest Sapporo is 4 blocks away and we have to take a taxi around 950yen with luggages to get there in the slushy snow. There are many Thai tourists in both evenings when we went back to hotel so the hotel is quite popular and crowded. Nevertheless the hotel was able to give us a high floor room away from elevators per our request and we had a quiet room which we appreciate a lot. Will definitely consider staying again given the hotel room is a good price!"

"The location is fantastic, just some minutes walk from Sapporo station. From the hotel, it is easy to reach to other places such as Susukino on foot. The room and hotel are fantastic, clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. They even offer free snack bar with lots of soft drinks, coffee and cookies that you can use as much as you want during the day and night. Highly recommended and will definitely be back in the future!"
