We enjoyed our brief visit at Springhill Suites. We weren't there long enough to use the amenities, but we did observe at the pool a film on top of the water. Weren't quite sure what it could be. Room was very comfortable and clean.

A nice hotel with spacious rooms and a good, regular shuttle to the airport—if it’s 10-15 minutes, so not exactly an airport-adjacent hotel. I arrived late and left early but the staff was helpful and welcoming and the room was quite large, a good bathroom in which to freshen up. I would happily stay again.

Very good hotel, comfortable and quiet. The environment is very good. There were some problems with the breakfast included in the room, which were solved smoothly after communication with Ctrip. The American breakfast is eggs, bread, coffee, and there are beef patties here, which is very good

The hotel is connected to the mall Tyson 1,  How special is this mall.  The hotel has a bus to the second phase, and the shops there are very attractive.  There are choices for all kinds of famous brand-grade food.  This time it is a business trip. If you want to go sightseeing, you have to take Uber to Washington for about 45 minutes. The traffic is far away. The hotel is spacious and comfortable

As we checked in, we were told that the hotel was having problems with the system that activate the keys for the room door and that if we played around with the key at our hotel room door that it would eventually work. We tried getting into our room for over 20 minutes and couldn't. Went back to the desk and this time she was able to activate the key because it let us in this time. Then, it says on the door of the pool ( in which our room was directly in front of) that the pool closes at 10pm. We'll, at 1am people were still in the pool and the children were screaming like crazy. We didn't get rest at all. We would never stay here again

I felt very cozy. The content of the meal was very good. The staff was friendly. It is a hotel that can be seen comprehensively.

One day f the best locations to stay while in Williamsburg.The housing is top rate with all amenities including washer and dryers, full kitchen, fireplace and many other extras. For the rate you get a house away from gone.

Very very clean, it is not like leaving the hotel for clean guests. A very atmospheric hotel with a comfortable environment. The lobby is very warm and warm, you can sit for an afternoon.

We had a bad Airbnb experience and needed a reliable, comfortable place to stay for the night. This hotel is at a Golf Course and it is very beautiful!! We got a great price but I chose 1 King instead of 2 Queens on accident. They we're super happy and kindly changed the room at no cost to us. When we got to our room, a sticker was over our door showing that the room had been cleaned and no one had entered. The beds were huge, plush and very clean. I slept like a baby. The room was very clean, too and the A/C was pumping out the cool air. The room was clean, quiet and cool. We enjoyed it very much!

The only thing I liked was that there was a party and people made a lot of noise if they were near the room. They should put the party people in another part of the hotel.
