Hotel Emion Sapporo

It has to be one of the best hotels i have ever stayed in. We were attended by a english speaking staff which made our check-in process really easy and smooth. Hotel was well equipped with high quality facilities and amenities, room was spacious for a 3 bedded room! The shower/bathtub and toilet were separate which made it convenient to share the bathroom at the same time. We will come back again!

This is the second time for me to choose this hotel within same month, in terms of location, it is really close to JR station, just only 5 to 10 mins walk. There are also many restaurants around the hotel. Most importantly, staff are all helpful and professional, they helped me to reserve taxi, share with me a location map on telling restaurants around the hotel. Even though there are other hotels, but this definitely be my first choice if I visit Sanapporo again.

We had a great stay at the Hotel Emion! The hotel is new, modern and very clean with some nice amenities. Our room was great and it was very comfy and quiet. There were lots of extras in the rooms like a kettle and mini fridge, a TV with casting abilities, pyjamas and all kinds of hygiene products. We had a very good night's rest here. The bathroom for the room had nice bathroom products with big bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The shower pressure was great and it was easy to control the temperature. A highlight of visiting Japan is always using the Japanese toilets and they had a nice new model that even had a sanitation feature. The hotel has some good amenities like the onsen and baths on the second floor. Again, very clean and some good high temperature pools to soak in as well as a sauna and cold bath. The nice bathroom products from our room were also available in the baths area. The onsen has a nice change room and the ladies have a separate spa card to access their change area. The hotel lobby was very comfy and cozy with direct access to a 7-11 by the front desk. The second floor also had quite a few vending machines and laundry machines available. The laundry machine washed and dried our clothes for 600 yen in 2 hours and had self feeding laundry detergent which was a nice touch. The location is pretty good and we found we were within a 20-30 minute walk to most of the places we visited while in Sapporo. The hotel even has access to Sapporo Train and metro station via entrance 15 and you can stay indoors the whole way if you follow the corridors and pedways all the way. It just opened but we wish the sidewalks in front could be cleared a bit better because it was pretty slippery and icy during our stay. We'd also recommend having a change machine and more laundry machines because it was very popular. I waited in the area for a machine to be available and two people showed up right when my laundry was done at 12:40 am. The laundry machines do require you to put in a code before you start and after you finish to make sure no one else unloads for you.

Really near to every where. It’s about 8 mins walk to Sapporo station during winter. It’s a new hotel and they are only about a month old. We love the spacious room, the bed, the toiletries and even the public natch. It’s rather a big hot public bath and they even have a sauna. Love how the staffs allow us to check in earlier around 11am. I must say their front desk is very good looking and speaks very fluent English. Very grateful. There’s a 7-11 connected to the hotel. Just one block behind you could find plenty of food and restaurants. Will definitely return. Thank you, we had a good time. Overall it’s a great hotel giving the price we are paying

Very nice and new hotel. It was snowing quite heavily when we check in. The view from the hotel room is great. The front desk staff are amazing as well, speak fluent English.

This is a very convenient hotel very close (around 5mins) to JR Sapporo station. You can get by through underground that connects to almost everywhere. However one point to note they should give more English directions to the closest JR entrance to the airport. The hotel is Very new and love it that they have c-type sockets in the room. Really appreciate the hotel let us in 3 hours before check in time as they have a room available. Beds are comfortable and rooms are very clean. We had a family room that houses three people in 3 single beds. Barely enough luggage space but we managed. (We had three cabin luggages). We also went to the Onsen at the hotel, lovely experience as it’s new, clean and spacious. I will definitely come back again if I transit in Sapporo again. Thank you once again and it was a happy experience!
