A sala é muito básica e padrão, a TV só TEM canais locais.

Hanya saja lahan parkir nya saja yang tidak memadai,
Karena kendaraan pribadi pengunjung hotel perlu juga terjamin lokasi parkir nya, tidak kepanasan atau kehujanan.

My families booked 3 junior suite rooms for 2 nights. The room are spacious and the room prices were reasonably cheap for junior suite type. We think the only drawback is that the parking lot is the same with the mall next to the hotel, so when you arrived in the afternoon/ evening, it might be hard to find spot. On top of that, the parking signage is a bit unclear. If you’re staying at the hotel, make sure to enter through the left gate with the barrier, and go straight down to the basement.

One of the best hotels we stayed in. Large comfy room with huge window providing great mountain or sea view.
I haven't seen a breakfast buffet with so many options yet, could not try everything but everything we tried tasted great.
Nice pool area, gym would be better could with aircon

Untuk kebersihan lumayan lah cuma ada sedikit aja bagian toilet.tpi masih nyaman sih digunakan.
Untuk kasur agak ribet ya soalnya kasur nya tipe single,1kamar jdi 2 kasur single.keluarga kecil yg bawa 2 anak balita agak ribet tidur nya kirain kasur nya bisa digeser dijadiin 1 ternyata gak bisa 🤭 kalo untuk lain²nya bagus,breakfast nya enak².

HHoriyantoHotel location near mall however there’s nothing surrounding the hotel. The mall itself not much to see.
The room is very basic and standard, the TV only have local channels.
The breakfast though many choices and they are tasty.

JJose SergioThe hotel has a nice setting out around the pool. The rooms are ok , but lack maintenance (cabinet door jammed and the faucets were lose …and other stuff like that ) . The staff is very friendly. . The overall facilities are limited , is a medium size hotel . Restaurant and breakfast on the average side , not much to offer and not that good . Expected a little better standard’s for a Sheraton ; yet still a good stay .

Ssancao13The room was large, and the bed was large, but the sheets weren't clean enough. The garden below was beautiful, and the pool was on the basement level. The breakfast was excellent, with both Western and local options. We had dinner in the restaurant, and the hotel staff were very friendly.
