O quarto era bom, mas nada de especial e com isolamento acústico deficiente.
A área para fumantes fica fora do hotel, então é preciso caminhar bastante.
As piscinas são ótimas, mas há muitas crianças.
O serviço pode ser muito melhorado (muitos erros).
O buffet de café da manhã é incrível e muito variado.

This hotel has a free shuttle. Ask at Information at the airport and they will show you where to find it. It's easy. From friendly reception to good breakfast to arrangement of quick tour, I enjoyed my stay here. Comfy pillows and bed. Everything here was to my satisfaction, including a nice, hot shower and late checkout. I recommend this hotel.

The staff were all great, especially all the restaurant staff. I especially appreciated the hotel making special arrangements to celebrate my birthday. However, some of the shortfalls included the very slow and inconsistent WIFI at our building (500), the bathroom door couldn’t be kept closed, and the in room jacuzzi never got hot. But on the positive note, the in room AC was very good, the room, bathroom and shower were spacious and had hot water.
P.S. I was underwhelmed by my undercooked tomahawk during dinner.

Amazing amazing amazing! I want to go back already! Hot springs were amazing, I love the option of having at least one of the hot springs open 24/7, they change it each night for cleaning purposes, they’re very strict on the towels, each one is literally accounted for otherwise there is a fee per towel, no big deal as long as you keep track, didn’t really need to carry a towel around anyway, the only downside I’d have to say was the Italian restaurant was much better then the buffet option, also the slides are pretty intense, I actually hurt my foot on one of them, but it didn’t stop the fun. Wish I were back there!

在哥斯達黎加住過這麼多家酒店，這家絕對是我們心中的TOP 1！從踏入酒店的那一刻就被驚喜包圍 環境好到像闖進了熱帶雨林裏的祕密花園，每間房都是獨棟木屋，自帶温馨感，最讓人意外的是居然有空調（要知道當地很多酒店都沒有，這點太加分了）！酒店裡的設施也超讚，泳池乾淨寬敞，泡温泉的池子更是多到讓人眼花繚亂，每天換着泡都不重樣，舒服到不想走。帶娃的話完全不用擔心，農場可以和小動物互動，小孩遊樂場更是能讓娃撒歡兒玩，大人也能趁機放鬆。必須重點誇誇餐廳！菜品好吃到驚艷，價格卻特別親民，而且擺盤超有儀式感，感覺像在高級餐廳用餐，性價比絕了。工作人員更是熱情得像家人，全程笑臉相迎，還會主動遞上自製飲料，暖心又貼心。最關鍵的是，這樣的體驗，價格居然比我們住過的其他酒店都便宜，真的是物超所值！如果來哥斯達黎加，選這家絕對不會後悔，強烈推薦給所有人！真的中國人不騙中國人 真的很推薦！下次來還住這家👍 真的後悔沒多住幾天😭 真心建議想讓大家住這 不吃以前我住的酒店的虧！這個酒店在哥斯達黎加是數一數二的了💖

GGuest UserWe found the shuttle from the airport to the hotel quite easily :) Once at the hotel, check-in was seamless and the staff were kind. The room was spacious and clean. We found the restaurant downstairs to have really delicious food (our supper and next day day breakfast buffet were amazing). We would highly recommend this hotel to other travellers!

This is the cleanest Hampton by Hilton I have so far stayed at!
One thing to consider in lactose and gluten free options for a breakfast, other than that, I have absolutely enjoyed my stay and will be back again and again!

GGuest UserGreat location and facilities. Lodges had everything. Helpful concierge, cafe and reception staff. Restaurant is a little soulless and somewhat pretentious as the food is average which was a bit disappointing as everything else was of a very high standard.
