Hotéis 4-Star em Gansu, China

We were travelling as 2 couples so 2 rooms under the same booking. While my room was fine the other room had a leaking shower and my son and girlfriend ended up having to move from room 626 to 602 late at night. This should have been a known issue and that room should not have been given to us in the first place. Also they ended up having a room which was cheaper and we didn’t get any compensation for it so not happy with that.

Clean, good service and very high quality rooms! Bad points: curtains have no blackouts, which makes you wake up with the sunrise, not letting much space for a good rest; breakfast not so good. I think for one of the highest prices in town, the could improve.

Se você TEM tempo, compra bilhetes especiais para Entrada privada para algumas Das cavernas Mais especiais.A visita regular leva 2 horas.O hotel TEM UMA área de lavagem, um BOM pequeno-almoço e um excelente pequeno-almoço.

The hotel design is outstanding but it is not easy to spend your life in practical. The room number in both at key card and in front of the room is difficult to read. The rest room have no place to hang your towel and cloths. The light in the room is very dim. The very well hotel design did not match with the paper cups they provided for drinking any drinks in the room. Ceramic mug is not too expensive to provide for guest to use as other hotel. The kettle should be cleaned up or replacing with new one. It don’t think it is expensive or there is many method to clean up this stain in the internet. Staff is helpful but very few only one person at a time. The way to the breakfast room is very complicated with no any sign. What I like most is breakfast room. Very relax deign and various food option.

Hotel is well located with food streets a stroll away. Manager at the hotel, Sam, speaks good English and has gone out of his way to provide advice on places of interest, help book private tours and tips about places of interest in other cities we are heading to.

Just 10 mins walk from the main train station. The hotel is amazing, befitting its international brand name. The layout of the bed, tables, internal decor, cleanliness, the thought put into the buttons for control of lighting, plus the placement and availability of sockets is in line of what I would expect for ”Hilton”. It has on-screen monitoring (in the room) of the laundry and dryer, negating the need to physically stay in the laundry room. Love the breakfast ! It has lamb and beef steak for breakfast. Good varieties of fruits, yoghurts and Chinese cuisine. I wonder why Hilton doesn't have similar hotels for other silk road cities such as Dunhuang or Jiayuguan. The reception staff is prompt and helpful in directions. Probably the only downside I can think of is lack of proper restaurants near or inside the hotel. We had to take a taxi or walk in 3 km (in -10C freezing cold) to get to the nearest mall. However, there is a mid-size convenient store adjacent to the hotel (across the traffic light junction). Would absolutely recommend this hotel. Worth paying the premium.

Além do Lanzhou Hyatt, este é o hotel mais satisfatório em que fiquei até agora durante minha viagem a Gansu. Além disso, o hotel não me pediu para escrever um comentário. Dá-me a impressão de um antigo hotel de quatro estrelas. Embora as instalações e o estilo não sejam dos mais modernos, os detalhes em todos os lugares são impressionantes. O travesseiro de trigo sarraceno também vem com fronha descartável, e o escalda-pés vem com bolsa de água quente. Os lanches entregues em dois dias podem ser vistos que são atenciosos. O entusiasmo do garçom era moderado e natural, educado, mas não excessivo, o que fazia as pessoas se sentirem confortáveis. Tive uma impressão particularmente boa do tio que veio me buscar. O preço principal é tão acessível que fiquei um pouco preocupado se eles estavam perdendo dinheiro.Tive uma impressão particularmente boa de Zhangye durante esta viagem.Voltarei na próxima vez.

As instalações são completas e o serviço é excelente. Ao visitar Dunhuang, é imprescindível hospedar-se em um hotel tradicional como este para vivenciar verdadeiramente a cultura local. Principalmente por ter sido recentemente renovado, as comodidades básicas do quarto são de primeira linha. As toalhas são excepcionalmente grossas e macias, o fluxo de água quente é forte e há condicionador disponível para acalmar cabelos embaraçados e ressecados. O chuveiro possui um grande piso de mármore antiderrapante. A paleta de cores do hotel imita os pigmentos minerais dos murais de Dunhuang, e a chave do quarto é uma lembrança única. Na minha primeira noite em Dunhuang, minha garganta estava irritada devido ao ressecamento, e quando reclamei, a equipe imediatamente trouxe um umidificador para o meu quarto. Depois de explorar as Dunas Cantantes, eu estava coberto de areia, e lavar as mãos não foi suficiente. A lavanderia self-service me limpou instantaneamente, provando que lavar as mãos realmente não remove as bactérias. Estava um frio de rachar lá fora, mas o lobby tinha água quente, café e biscoitos — perfeito para explorar as Grutas de Mogao e Yulin e depois desfrutar de uma boa refeição no mercado noturno. Este hotel também fica perto do mercado noturno, fazendo jus ao seu estatuto de marco histórico. Com certeza voltarei a Dunhuang com a minha família no próximo ano e reservarei este hotel novamente.

This hotel ended up being so much better than i expected. It was very affordable. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is so clean and the rooms are spotless, comfortable and nicely decorated. The security was very kind and attentive as well. I really enjoyed my stay here.
