This hotel is in a good location, with first-class facilities, spacious and comfortable rooms, and modern and elegant decoration. Everything was great, the location was great for Arena Mty, except the prices of the products inside the hotel were ridiculously expensive. Everything else was great.

El cuarto tenía una vista impresionante del Cerro de la Silla, todo estaba muy limpio. La locación es perfecta, justo en el centro de la ciudad. Si vuelvo a Monterrey me encantaría quedarme ahí de nuevo.

The room is large and very clean! The hotel does not provide toothpaste toothbrushes and slippers, you need to bring your own! In addition, although it is breakfast included, the meat breakfast needs to pay an extra 310 pesos, which is not cost-effective and slightly pitted. Love Lei!

I couldn't sleep because of the noise of the building next to the hotel. It was noisy for about 4 days because of the noise until dawn. The building next door seems to be a restaurant, but the sound of the event event is too loud for the music, and it was not soundproof. ...

This hotel's breakfast, lunch and dinner are very good. It is highly recommended. A hotel with a great price/performance ratio. I have stayed twice. The only biggest problem is that the WIFI is not good, the Internet is too bad, and the towels are very old.

GGuest UserLocated 5 minutes away from downtown Monterrey and right by a medical center, this hotel has a lot to offer. I was here for an eye exam and it was such a convenience staying right next to the center. Instead of going out for something to eat, I was able to Uber Eats the food to the hotel. Front desk is very accommodating and friendly. Room is clean. I would definitely stay again!

GGuest UserThe hotel is conveniently located, there is a free shuttle from the hotel to the airport, 5 minutes drive. The rooms are quite spacious, with a comfortable bed. The water pressure in the shower was not very good, there was no hot water. The breakfast is average.

But, you can't open the window in the room. That means there's never any fresh air, which is very noticeable＞＞ a big minus 👎
