Hotel localizado dentro do Centro Comercial Plaza Madeira. Difícil achar pois a entrada é pelo Shopping (?) ou pela garagem privada em baixo do shopping. Pouca informação e difícil de entender como chegar a recepção pela garagem. Até o Waze se embaralhou para achar o hotel. Sobimos 2 ascensores e entramos em porta com campainha, corredor estrito e depois um terraço a descoberto. Daí uma porta de vidro pesada para acessar pelo lounge de eventos. Piso todo de cascalho (pedra) com rolamento difícil das malas com rodas. Apesar da maratona (jogo escape) o hotel é boutique como visual bonito e com uma café da manhã de um 5 estrelas. Se melhorassem a chegada para recepcionar os clientes como é costume nos Hotéis 5 estrela ficaria um Luxo só. o aquecimento da piscina no Terrace seria uma mais valia.
Quartos limpos e minibar ”on demand”. Gostamos até do robô que recolhe os pratos e utensílios do café.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Lido area; great restaurants around the hotel and the airport bus stops right outside the hotel (return cost 8 euros)! Staff really friendly also and the team arranged a little surprise for my partner s birthday also. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast buffet was really good too with lots of choices. Hotel amenities were good too. All in all a great hotel. We also enjoyed the 30min walk to the old town from hotel but appreciate this may not be for everybody…though plenty taxis and the local bus route are a skip and a hop away.

Thanks to the beautiful and enthusiastic Miss Erica at the front desk, we have a perfect experience. Everything is very beautiful. The location of the hotel is super good. There are many delicious restaurants when you go out. There are four swimming pools here, one of which has a swimming pool directly to the sea. It’s so beautiful. ～ Very cost-effective

The heated swimming pool on the top floor of the hotel is a highlight. Going to the top floor to see the night view at night is very beautiful. The location of the hotel is great.

The hotel that left a deep impression will have a chance to come back. The hotel is in a great location, close to the edge of the cliff. Invincible sea view. All kinds of swimming pools are suspended on the edge of the cliff at different heights. There are sea water, natural water temperature and heated water temperature, which enjoy great value. There are 2 large restaurants, and the rest of the outdoor restaurants, bars, and salons are so many that they have stayed for a few days and have not found out. The big restaurant buffet has a cabaret show in the evening, and the male and female singers play piano. There are tabloids in the hotel, 6 languages, English and American languages, and there are American and British versions. Service staff gentlemanly, friendly and friendly. Different restaurants with a variety of flavors to choose from.

Everything was fantastic, hotel location, services and design of the hotel. I enjoyed the 2 nights there. Unfortunately the welcoming was not good for me as I waited for 3 hours and 20 minutes. Yes I came early before the check in time which is 2 Pm and I came at 11:50 and the front deck staff ( Eduard ) confirm to me that my room will be ready at 2 pm but till 3:10 pm only I got to my room after I esclate my issue to the front deck manager ( Peter ), the problem was not about the time I lost, but the attitude of front deck staff as he is looking to my face multiple times and he didn’t come to say sorry that your room not yet ready just to apologizing…

The Royal Savoy undoubtedly occupies the best location for the leisure traveller. Since 2004, when it first opened on the site of the original Savoy Lido, this hotel is popular with all ages, newcomers, and regulars year after year.

We were very comfortable at the Pestana Grand Hotel. The guests were 60+ , which did not disturb us.
The food could be a little more spiced and after a week half-pension it was enough.
The mattresses were very soft at first, but I did so well. The internet is very weak, but somehow everywhere on the island, not enough to work m.E..
All in all was but a super relaxing week U d in the evening there was almost always life music (for the older semester:-) )

NNia TravelsA beautiful beachfront hotel that is perfect for romantic getaways and a cheaper alternative, yet still luxury, to standard 5 star hotels. Location wise the hotel isn’t great as it’s very remote from the strip/city centre and taxi prices are not particularly cheap in Madeira. The rooms are spacious and stunning, well worth it with a great selection for the breakfast buffet and plenty of restaurants/options for dinner. A lovely love band/musician plays every night which is also great. Overall a wonderful stay with much friendly staff, however if you are looking to do much sightseeing in Madeira, this hotel is not the best option unless a significant amount is left for travel.

JJaneShGreat hotel! We really enjoyed our holiday at the hotel. It's a whole city! There's a promenade and several swimming pools. The food is top notch! You can have a buffet, you can go to restaurants, and there's even a coffee shop with delicious coffee! We spent our evenings at the bar, drinking delicious cocktails and dancing. There's a beautiful trail nearby - Cape Sao Lourenco. There's a shuttle to Funchal, which is very convenient. We'll definitely come back again!

GGuest UserThis was a great experience, my room included a spa wet circuit which was very relaxing. The views from hotel were amazing and the staff was very attentive and friendly. The location was very convenient and close to the town center. It was an excellent and relaxing hotel stay.

AAd rianExcelent choice for our stay in Madeira. The hotel is located in a natural botanical garden - some will count this as a minus, but I disagree. On our arrival, at 2AM - Bolt cost was 25USD (31kms).
Excelent service, very clean, lots of activities and friendly staff.

JJoe97Since it was all-inclusive, we were able to eat and drink at one of the restaurants. The restaurant I recommend is an Italian cafe called VELA DI CANALE.
They offer all-you-can-eat hot pizza, and if you time it right, they'll even bake you your own pizza with your favorite toppings. The pool was spacious and we were able to relax. I'd love to stay here again.
