酒店離海灘不遠 雖不是正對着海灘但還是能看見 酒店設施雖老了點還算乾淨 房間有免費costa咖啡膠囊 冰箱裏的牛奶和礦水都是免費 15磅/人的早餐也很不錯 海景房此酒店性價比還是非常推薦的 出門就有很多餐廳 上歐姆山的小火車走過去也就2分鐘

Our room was very spacious with a huge bed , 2 comfy chairs & table and a balcony ( also with 2 chairs and a rable)
The bathroom was very spacious and spotless
Spa facilities were fabulous and included a pool , jacussi , sauna , steam room , infra red spa and an holistic room to relax
Breakfast very good and the bar area has beautiful views looking across at Conwy .
Caught a train into Llandudno ( under £2) and station is about 6 minutes walk from the hotel
You can also walk to Conwy which takes about 25 minutes
Would definitely stay there again

The hotel location to the beach access is awesome. Yet the room appear to be smaller than my expectation.
Breakfast was nice and good. Hotel is clean but there are dusts at few areas.
The lift is slow, and quite inconvenient especially at peak times.
Front desk staffs are friendly and helpful at all times Similar with restaurant staffs, all are warm and friendly.

It was a great exercise with friendly reception service and clean rooms. Would strongly recommend a one night stay to a solo traveller, if looking for a place.

レストランがあるので、食事も出来ます
私達は朝食を付けましたが、種類も多く大変美味しかったです
部屋も大変可愛らしく清潔で、ペットボトルの水、ネスプレッソコーヒー、紅茶、クッキーまであり部屋でゆっくりいただきました
コンウィに行く方にぜひオススメしたいです

All staff were friendly and attentive from the time we checked in, to time of our departure.
The Hotel was clean, the room was rreasonably well appointed (not enough tea-bags [3 only] no glasses for drinking water/tooth-brush) and the Spa facilities were great; here the staff excelled themselves and were very helpful and obliging. Unfortunately we couldn't get a dinner reserved for the time we needed, but that was the only thing that could be remotely viewed as negative.
We will certainly stay at The Kinmel manor again.

Ao chegar, o recepcionista era muito útil, a sala estava limpa, as camas estavam confortáveis, achámos a sala muito quente e não conseguimos abrir a sala de janelas 311, não uma vista desta sala.O hotel estava cheio, assim não conseguimos encontrar outra sala. O restaurante NOS serviu UMA refeição de noite, e o nosso empregado era UMA boa refeição.A manhã seguinte, NOS serviu o pequeno-almoço, MAS NOS descobrimos que o bacon e o pudim preto estavam acabados, Como o ovo frito. Mas devemos esperar pelo novo alimento cozido para sair Da cozinha.Eu mencionei isso à empregada.O pequeno-almoço é o único Segundo a nossa estadia.

GGuest UserGreat place to stay to enjoy the many wonders of the Snowdonia National Park.
Staff are very friendly and helpful. The bar is well stocked with excellent local real ales and the food is superb and really good value. Especially good is the Tuesday night Curry and a Pint for £15! Breakfast excellent, served quickly and great value.
Had a slight issue on arrival where I was given a double room instead of the twin I had booked, but they were able to move me without problem. Was also expecting a Mountain View according to Trip.com but didnt get that either.....wasn't bothered in the end as I was out in the mountains all day anyway, but others may be disappointed if that happened to them.
Room was very clean and serviced each day, although the coffee/tea/etc was not replenished and the cups weren't cleaned - possibly an oversight on my particular visit. Again, not a big issue for me but others may be more critical.
All in all a great place to stay and good value for the money.

AAnonymous UserI initially thought the countless reviews mentioning Nathan were AI generated, but meeting him in person proved otherwise! The hotel’s interiors and stunning sea view made it an easy choice after a long search for a cozy place to stay. Nathan is genuinely one of the kindest and most hospitable people you could meet, he treats every guest like a friend and goes out of his way to make your stay special. He even recommends the best local restaurants, which was such a thoughtful touch. The hotel itself is wonderful, but having Nathan there truly made our stay unforgettable. I would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place with top notch service. Thank you, Nathan!

GGuest UserThe location is at a crossroad and it is still a bit far away from the seaside on foot. There is a large free parking lot. The accommodation is a separate entrance behind the bar. I like the design of the spiral staircase very British style. The room is exquisite and comfortable with an old small fan. The restaurant downstairs was fully booked. They arranged for us to sit in the corner of the bar for dinner. The products were very good. I personally prefer the decoration and atmosphere of the bar. It was a very pleasant night! The breakfast on the second day is half a la carte, that is, the cold cuts are self-service and the a la carte hot food is still exquisite and delicious😋... Overall very good, especially recommended to friends who want to experience a bar-type hotel!

GGuest UserOn arrival the receptionist was very helpful, Room was clean , beds comfortable ,we found the room very warm and was unable to open the window room 311, not a very view from this room. Hotel was full so unable to get another room . We had evening meal in the restaurant .food was excellent,and our waiter was very helpful. We had breakfast the following morning, but found that the bacon and black pudding was overdone as was the fried egg. But we should of waited for the Fresh cooked food to come out of the kitchen. Idid mention this to the waitress. Breakfast was the only downside to our stay

- Location: The hotel is right by the ocean and only 20 minutes walk to the pier, which is perfect when you want to take in the view and enjoy your walk.
- Parking: available parking around and infront of the hotel, free from 4pm - 9:59am , paid from 10am - 3:59pm.
- hotel is dog friendly
- amenities is complete, from Elemis body wash, coffee, tea, etc
Not so good things:
- Double room is smaller than the picture, especially the ones on third floor
- Our bed is old and lopsided, I nearly fell down as I was sleeping. So that wasn’t nice at all.

CChristineWhat a treasure! Firstly the host was lovely and had some wonderful information about the house and surrounding restaurants and activities. The location is stunning! Comfy bed and pillows, spotlessly clean bathroom and room, breakfast was delicious and the best we have had in 6 weeks of travel. It's made to order so freshly cooked and there are plenty of options also there's fruit, juice, yoghurt and cereals. We walked to a fabulous restaurant only 100m away. Quiet at night for a perfect uninterupted sleep! Thankyou Sean and Marianne for a wonderful stay!

JjoI had an incredible stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Snowdonia. The hotel offers stunning views that truly capture the beauty of the surrounding landscape. The staff were exceptional—friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with any requests. The location is perfect, offering easy access to local attractions while providing a peaceful retreat. The food and drink options were excellent, with a variety of delicious meals available. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing stay in a breathtaking setting.
