"I have stayed here many times in the past, and every time I stay it seems like they have made more improvements. 2 years ago you had to ask for water, but it was available if requested, then last year water was on a small display with coffee, tea, and makeup removal kit, now they have added refrigerator with cold water bottles and a display with room temperature water bottles. This may seem small, but everything else is already very nice here, and they are still finding small ways to continue improvement. Staff is always friendly. Hotel is always clean. Hotel lobby has seasonal decorations which are very nice, and are related to Toyohashi area."

"This was by far the most stunning hotel of our trip! As soon as we entered the lobby, we were captivated by the panoramic views of Inuyama Castle, and the surrounding scenery was perfectly integrated. The rooms were comfortable, spacious, and well-designed, with every room offering a fantastic view. We were provided with three sets of sleepwear and yukata, which added a wonderful touch of ceremony – I especially loved the pure linen yukata! The Uraku-en Garden was exquisite; walking through it on a rainy day felt like stepping back into ancient times, truly moving."

"This newly opened hotel was great; everything was wonderful, and the staff were incredibly friendly. "Conveniently located at Fushimi station, short walk away from Nagoya Intercity where the exit with elevator is located. Great for family with many large luggage. Limousine bus from airport is located right at the doorstep. Large family room with 4 beds (1+ meter). Kids love the lounge at Level 6 where they can have complimentary snacks and nice beverages. Nice Christmas decorations and vibe during the stay. Multiple convenience stores are located just 1-2 minutes walk away from the hotel."

This is a relatively new hotel in Nagoya, having opened in the last year of the '3-year period' (likely referring to the pandemic years). It's positioned as a five-star hotel right at the threshold of the Marriott brand, so all its facilities are good, but not luxurious. The hotel staff's English is excellent, and they proactively speak it, which is very convenient – typical of an American chain. I don't know the size of the standard rooms, but the pictures suggest they aren't very large. However, the suite design is incredibly well-thought-out. It's very considerate and convenient for living, both in terms of privacy and usability. The suite is spacious, the internet is good, and it's very clean. The bed and pillows are extremely comfortable, and the corner sofa is very practical. Having two bathrooms is just perfect.

The room is decently sized with a comfortable bed, and the friendly staff and convenient location made our stay great. However, do note that there are no baby amenities (e.g. baby toothbrush, baby shower gel, sponge, etc) provided. Also, for drivers, the parking lot closes at 10 PM, so you’ll need to be back by then. Since we were traveling with a toddler, the early closing time didn't bother us.

The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the subway station, or a 1600 yen taxi ride from JR Nagoya. Although the hotel is a bit old, the facilities are very well-maintained. There's a drugstore and three convenience stores right downstairs, which is super convenient. It's also just a 10-15 minute walk to the shopping district, where you'll find Mitsukoshi, Matsuya, Parco, and other major brands all on the same street.

Reliable wellness night. I choose this hotel because i want a good sleep before long transit next day, and it is exactly what i want. Good sleep, room clean, bed is comfy and have space enough for lay my 2 big lugguages. High floor with very Nice city view, good location walk easily to meitetsu station for chubu airport train. The public bath has very good decoration, smooth and relaxing. All staffs are helpful, the reception staff i've met she explain very clear for all amenity of hotel. The hotel location is near the fish market of nagoya, which we found good sashimi restaurant. And just walk only less than 5 minutes you can access to the unimall, underground mall with lots of local store, which for me it is very convenient for last tax free shopping.

The hotel has a minimalist design and is considered a good hotel in Nagoya. However, the doorman didn't help us with our luggage. Also, when I booked the room, the picture showed the bed against a wall, but the room we actually got had an open vanity behind the bed, which was different from the advertised picture. Since we were on a tight schedule and only staying one night, and we were tired, I didn't bother to discuss it with the front desk. But I really didn't like the design of that room.

The room was spacious and well-equipped, meeting Marriott's standards. However, the service was quite mediocre, and the breakfast was truly unremarkable. I'd personally recommend booking without breakfast, as there are plenty of convenient dining options nearby. I had breakfast three times, and it was the same every day – limited variety and very average taste. The service was also just okay. I even left my hat behind when checking out, and no one bothered to call and ask about it, which definitely didn't meet my expectations for a five-star hotel.

My stay at ESPACIO Nagoya Castle left a lasting impression, primarily due to the incredibly attentive and professional staff! From the moment we checked in, the service was exceptionally warm and welcoming. As foreign guests, we truly felt at home, thanks to their fluent English and Chinese, along with their thoughtful guidance. The hotel's interior is elegantly decorated, exuding an artistic ambiance. Whether in the lobby, restaurant, hot spring, or when staff were explaining room facilities, everyone always had a smile and readily attended to guests' needs. The hotel is conveniently located right next to Nagoya Castle, offering a peaceful environment, though finding dining options on the street at night can be a bit challenging. The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but the food quality was remarkably high! I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for its 100% service and museum-like artistic atmosphere. While it's on the pricier side, it absolutely delivers an unforgettable experience! A huge thank you to all the staff for making our stay so wonderful. We'll definitely be back on our next visit to Nagoya!

This hotel is super luxurious, and the environment is simply amazing. The whole experience was incredibly comfortable. The front desk service was excellent, and the location is fantastic. The entrance is grand, not some small, unassuming place. It definitely ranks as a top-tier hotel in Japan. The toiletries were especially good, with Bulgari shampoo, and a complete set including facial cleanser, makeup remover, body lotion, and toner – absolutely perfect.
