Hailey bbThe room size is big enough and we cant find any hotel have such a size in Nagoya. All the staff are polite and able to communicate in English. This is exceptional compared to my experience in OMO... in Osaka where I needed to use Google translation app for communication. If you really want me to say any room for improvement, I would advice that the cleaning service. This is not about the 3 days deeping cleaning policy. It is about the slippers where they all threw under the seat or table. And I can also find that there are tissue or snacks under the table after cleaning. Anyway, I like this place and will definitely consider it again next time when I visit Nagoya.

The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the subway station, or a 1600 yen taxi ride from JR Nagoya. Although the hotel is a bit old, the facilities are very well-maintained. There's a drugstore and three convenience stores right downstairs, which is super convenient. It's also just a 10-15 minute walk to the shopping district, where you'll find Mitsukoshi, Matsuya, Parco, and other major brands all on the same street.

Guest UserThe hotel is conveniently connected to one of the exits of Nagoya Station, which was a huge plus for us on both sunny and rainy days—especially since it rained during part of our stay!
I stayed at this hotel twice: once when I first arrived in Nagoya, and again after returning from a 2D1N trip outside the city before flying home. I'm so glad I chose Mitsui both times!
As all the guest rooms are located above the 18th floor, the views were fantastic. From our room, we enjoyed a beautiful bird's-eye view of Nagoya City. In fact, I almost felt like I didn't need to visit the observation deck on the 51st floor of JR Central Towers to enjoy the city skyline!
The service was excellent as well. The hotel kindly stored our luggage while we were away on our overnight trip. When we returned to check in for our second stay, we were pleasantly surprised to find that our luggage had already been moved to our room without us even having to ask. A big thank you to the staff for being so attentive and proactive in preparing everything before we arrived.
Besides its excellent location next to Nagoya Station, there is a FamilyMart and a 7-Eleven directly opposite the hotel. There's also a Mister Donut across the road, where we grabbed breakfast and snacks before heading out each day.
Overall, I honestly have nothing to complain about. The location, service, and comfort all exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely stay here again when I visit Nagoya.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! The cleanliness, facilities, and service are all top-notch. The location is super convenient too, Nagoya has so many great shopping spots! There was a slight misunderstanding at first, but the Chinese-speaking staff at the front desk were incredibly patient and reassuring. A big thank you to them, they were so professional! Overall, a 100% perfect hotel!!

EthanY_The convenience of transportation and dining at Nagoya Marriott needs no further explanation. Let me offer a few valuable comparative insights.
All superior rooms, including corner rooms, are small with no dining table and no separate shower area. If you're traveling with children, I recommend booking a deluxe twin room. If you notify the staff, they will push the two beds together, making a very large bed, approximately 2.4 meters wide.
Deluxe rooms are primarily located on the east and west sides of the building. The advantage of the west side is that the room gets sunlight all day, so clothes hung on the curtain rod are sure to dry completely in a day. The downside is that the train station is below, which might lead to noise. I haven't stayed there, so I can't confirm. The pictures on Ctrip show rooms on the west side. The advantage of the east side is that it's quiet. The downside is that the dining table in the room is a movable one instead of a fixed one, making it slightly smaller. The room only gets sun before 11 AM, but it won't be exposed to scorching afternoon sun. I stayed in an east-side room; please refer to the floor plan I uploaded.
Overall, I recommend it, given the convenient transportation and dining. However, staying at a transportation hub does feel a bit disconnected from local life, being far from residential areas, so there aren't many izakayas nearby. Also, note that the station downstairs closes after midnight. If you return late, you'll have to walk around to the west side of the building to enter the hotel.
Furthermore, the voltage in Japanese hotels is 110V, which isn't enough to power a Dyson hairdryer brought from overseas.

Guest UserThe hotel is great, offering a slow-paced, pastoral lifestyle. The breakfast is semi-buffet with a à la carte menu. There's only one restaurant, a mix of Japanese and Western cuisine, and the food tastes good. The coffee, however, is just average. You get a 10% discount if you pay with your mobile phone.

Anonymous UserThis is more like a service apartment. The room has a stove and even a washing machine, which takes up space in an already small room. The living area feels a bit cramped, with the large bed almost facing the TV directly. The view outside the window isn't great, and I'm not sure if that's because I booked through Trip.com. On the positive side, the VIP lounge on the 18th floor is excellent, with good food and service.

Purple Moon Solo TravelerLocated inside the station, very good.
No chance to control My own room temperature is something that i m somewhat now satisfying.
Got a window that cannot open. Good for viewing, but, cannot open the let the cold winds flow into my room. Yet, hotel air-con is centralised. It means the hotel management decided if today is cold or not. U DON get to decided. Check out photos below as proof.
They send in an extra one fan for me, since I complained not cold enough. Photo shown.
Other than the temperature, all is good.
Many convinient store around. That I know of, Family, 7, lawson. Even McD is not far
Supermarket and a small food court is also inside/atttach with toyohashi station.
Big table, good.
Room space.. . Not quite remembered if I leave my luggage open or not. But, judging from the photo, I must close it after done with my luggage. ( my trip have multiple hotel)
Not bad for a big window for night view 2.

The lobby design was an unexpected delight, with a stylish blend of wood and metal elements creating an industrial yet relaxed vibe. With a bar and a pool table, I honestly thought it could pass for a Moxy – a refreshing departure from the usual stuffiness of traditional business hotels. As a Titanium member, I was upgraded to a large room, which was incredibly spacious compared to typical Japanese hotels. The bathroom was well-designed with a separate wet and dry area, and the Four Points' comfortable bedding had me asleep in no time. Pulling back the curtains to reveal a serene sea view was a rare and wonderful treat for an airport hotel!
Breakfast deserves a special mention! The buffet at Evolution restaurant was laid out like a mini food market. Steaming hot miso soup, fresh sashimi, grilled fish, and natto rice were perfect for satisfying a 'Japanese palate,' while the Western station offered croissants that were perfectly crispy and flaky. Even the fruit was neatly cut and arranged in ice bowls. Enjoying such a rich and exquisite meal before a connecting flight was truly a treat and completely revitalizing!
