Clean and comfy room and toilet. Polite and helpful staff as well who helped us with catching the airport shuttle bus. Good location and near Kaihimmakuhari Station, and a short walk away from an AEON mall. There was also a nice Christmas tree and other decorations at the lobby. One thing to note is that they will photocopy your credit card as a form of deposit.

It was not possible to purchase breakfast and dinner on arrival, so better book in advance.

This is our last stop before going back. Spent a night here. Breakfast is decent. Hotel amenities adequate. Room is clean. Front desk staff is attentive. There’s a limo bus coming from Narita Airport directly to this hotel. It’s convenient and costs 1200 yen one way. Pick this hotel if the limo bus timing is convenient with your outbound flight. ✈️

Chegadas internacionais no Terminal 2, saia por qualquer portão, procure o pilar nº 25 no estacionamento, o motorista segurará uma placa e aguardará os passageiros. Aeroporto - hotel cerca de 20 minutos. Haverá uma parada no meio do Narita Airport Hotel, não desça do ônibus errado, também haverá transmissões chinesas no ônibus.
Serviço de transporte: Descobri que também há um serviço de pick-up na estação de trem JR. Veja a foto para detalhes. Nunca tirei

🌟A sala é definitivamente grande o suficiente. Não há problema em abrir duas caixas grandes. O papel higiênico da sala é o mais grosso que encontrei na minha vida.
🌟Existem dois Lawsons no primeiro andar, o maior funciona 24 horas por dia e pode reembolsar impostos, e o menor só funciona até às 11 ou 12 horas
🌟Há uma área onde são exibidas animações da Disney no lobby
🌟O hotel tem um ônibus de ida e volta para a Estação Maihama JR e a Estação Disneyland Seaside
🌟Você pode reservar ônibus para Haneda e Chengten na recepção

Este é o hotel mais próximo da Disney Bayside Station e ainda oferece transporte gratuito. O serviço deste hotel é excelente e as instalações são ainda melhores. Há fliperama, minigolfe, balneário, academia (aluguel gratuito de calçados) e lindos jardins e capelas. Existe também uma piscina interior aquecida com jacuzzi. A seleção de comida no Grand Café é muito boa e é uma ótima maneira de começar o dia:) O quarto que recebemos oferece uma vista deslumbrante do mar que vale cada centavo que pagamos. O quarto também é muito espaçoso e bem equipado. Estadia altamente confortável, recomendada para visitantes da Disneylândia/mar!

The hotel lobby is stunning, and it's incredibly convenient to get to, with a direct bus from Haneda Airport's bus stop number 5. It's actually right next to Bayside Station on the Disney Line. Even if you miss the hotel shuttle, it's just a short walk to the Disney Line. The staff are warm and polite, and the hotel's dinner buffet is excellent value for money with a great variety of dishes. We were late coming back from the park and decided last-minute to have dinner at the hotel, and the buffet was open until 10:30 PM. The rooms are much larger than those in the city, clean, tidy, and comfortable.

Fabulous. Staff were excellent, recently renovated throughout….lovely. Situated atop a hill with ocean views. Onsen superb. Only problem - wish we could have stayed longer. Travel long distance by bike and have stayed at other Mercures - this was the best one so far. Highly recommended.

A sala é espaçosa, a mala pode ser totalmente desdobrada, o equipamento do banheiro é novo e há um microondas no primeiro andar do lobby para aquecimento. Seria mais conveniente se a sala tivesse mais cadeiras e pratos para micro-ondas.
O hotel também tem um ônibus que pode ir para a Estação Shin-Urayasu, Disneyland e DisneySea. O pessoal da recepção na porta, o motorista do transporte e o pessoal do hotel têm uma excelente atitude de serviço. fique novamente. Obrigado.

GGuest UserI forgot to take pictures, but there's a direct airport bus from Narita Airport that drops you off at Shin-Urayasu Station, which is super convenient. You'll find convenience stores, a subway station, and a mall, all within easy reach. And for Disney, it goes without saying, the hotel makes it incredibly easy to get there and back. Breakfast was delicious too 👍🏻

SSharon Tang (Sharon 852)It was ok, too expensive though. I got the family room, the room was big, but the bathroom especially the sink area was cramped, especially for how much the room cost. Small fridge but no freezer. Microwave all the way down in the lobby/foyer, that was annoying. There's a free shuttle bus to/from Shin-Uryasu metro, and also to Disneyland/sea. Its 10 min to the metro, but its about 25 min to Disneysea, because the shuttle stops at the metro and Disneyland first. Although apparently it also takes 25 min by taxi, according to the staff? Not sure. so just be aware, because I booked this hotel originally thinking it was a lot closer than it is to Disneyland. To get into town, its more direct to get to Tokyo station rather than Ueno if using public transport. There is a beautiful nature park right across the road though, that is good for children. You can pay to get the limousine bus to narita from there.

GGuest UserStaying at the Hilton Tokyo Disney Resort was an absolutely fantastic experience, exceeding all my expectations! The location is superb, with a complimentary shuttle bus making it super convenient to get to and from the parks. Our room was spacious and spotless, and the playful design absolutely delighted my kids. The staff were incredibly warm and attentive, and breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The whole atmosphere felt magical yet comfortable. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time we visit Disney. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserWe stayed on the 7th floor and the view from our room was absolutely incredible. The hotel itself was stunning, with comfortable beds and a beautifully designed bathroom.
The complimentary breakfast offered such an impressive variety that I genuinely didn’t know where to start. The location is ideal just a two‑minute walk to the station and getting to Disney couldn’t have been easier. It’s a straightforward route with four clear stops, so there’s no way to go wrong.
The staff were amazing throughout our stay. Service in Japan is exceptional, and the Sheraton Grande truly reflects that standard. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

AAnonymous UserRelatively good, very good location for visiting disney parks. Overall good large room, only thing is it is a bit of an old hotel and the rooms do show age. Also, I tried both the restuarant and the breakfast buffet both, a bit too expensive for what is provided so wouldn't recommend. Nice view out of rooms too.

CCOOKIE SHUMy stay was absolutely delightful! The room was spacious, bright, and designed with a modern minimalist style that created a relaxing atmosphere. The bathroom amenities exceeded expectations-premium toiletries and even a Dyson hairdryer, a thoughtful touch that elevated the experience.
The bedding was plush and comfortable, and cleanliness was impeccable-every corner was spotless. The location was ideal, especially convenient for early flights or late arrivals.
Staff were warm and efficient during check-in. Overall, this hotel delivers excellent value, comfort, and convenience. Highly recommended!

The room is spacious and features a bathtub, which is perfect for kids to soak and have fun playing with their little rubber duckies.
However, it would be great if the hotel could offer more food options in the evening, especially after the parks close.

MMilixiaonvshiA bit dated, but the bedding was decent. The shuttle driver was really nice, helping with luggage on and off. It's quite good value for money in Japan, and the morning airport shuttle service was a great convenience. It saved me the hassle of waiting for a taxi, as a cab from the airport to the station would have cost around 160 RMB, which is quite pricey.
