"The facilities are modern, and the room service is attentive. The front desk attendant, Ms. Zhao (or Wei), has a sweet disposition and is very effective at resolving guest complaints. She deserves a thumbs-up! 👍🏻 As for any other dissatisfactions, I won't bother mentioning them."

"I would love to stay again. i have stayed in lot of hotels in ereen city. I would say it is the best one."

"Place was clean and a lot of things were new in there. I really enjoyed talking to the owner of the place. The front desk workers were nice people. The only thing that was bad was that the room that they gave me had a light in the bathroom that was not working. I had to use my cellphone light to take a shower because the bathroom was dark."

"The hotel was very dirty, the elevator carpet was quite dusty. Offers a breakfast with a wide varieties of choices"

"Easy to get to right off the highway, and parking is convenient. There aren't many dining options nearby, though; you have to go about 1-2 kilometers out. But Erenhot isn't a big city anyway, and it's not far from the national gate. The hotel itself is clean."

"What initially drew us to this place was the breakfast the owner advertised, and it truly lived up to its reputation. The food selection was rich and comprehensive, and the ingredients were incredibly fresh and substantial, really showing the owner's dedication. What touched us even more was when our child suddenly got an upset stomach during the night and soiled the bedding. We fully expected the first thing to be discussed would be cleaning compensation. Instead, from the front desk staff and the housekeeping lady to the owner, everyone's immediate concern was our child's well-being. They meticulously asked if medication was needed, completely disregarding the material loss. This genuine human kindness was incredibly precious. Not only was our stay comfortable and the food delightful, but we also felt truly cared for. It was a rare and heartwarming experience during our trip, and I genuinely recommend it. 👍👍👍"

"Excelente hotel de fronteira, limpo, perto da estação e em um local conveniente para visitar a cidade.A cidade é famosa por Dinosaur Square."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A perfect score! My stay at Baiyindalai Hotel was excellent overall, with meticulous attention to detail in every aspect: 1. Location: The hotel is in a great location, with easy access to the city center. Restaurants and supermarkets are readily available nearby, and taxis are readily available for errands and other outings. The hotel has its own parking lot, so parking is no problem, especially convenient for those driving. 2. Service: The front desk staff were friendly and efficient, handling check-in and check-out quickly and efficiently. Especially noteworthy was the prompt response from front desk staff, Gao Guojun, who provided excellent service. The hotel also has a food delivery robot, making the service experience novel and thoughtful. There was no sense of indifference or perfunctory service; they were genuinely kind. 3. Cleanliness: The room was meticulously clean; the floor was dust-free, and the desks and windowsills were spotless. The bedding was smooth and dry, with no odors. The bathroom sink, toilet, and shower area were all clean, and the drainage was unobstructed with no backflow of water. The public areas, including the corridors and lobby, were also kept tidy, making for a very comfortable stay. 4. Breakfast: The buffet breakfast offers a wide variety of choices, including hot Chinese dishes, porridge, steamed buns, and cold side dishes. The ingredients are fresh, the hot dishes are kept warm, and the taste is home-style and palatable. You can eat your fill and feel comfortable. The breakfast tables are also cleaned up promptly. Overall, it's very cost-effective and suitable for business trips or short stays. I will definitely choose this place again next time. Highly recommended!"

"This hotel offers great value for its price. Breakfast is not provided (as mentioned during booking), and I don’t think they have a restaurant. However, there’s a Mongolian restaurant right next door, and KFC — which also serves beef! burgers — is within walking distance. The room was spacious, and the beds were comfortable — not too soft, not too firm. I had a good night’s rest before continuing my trip. Essentials like toothbrushes, shampoo, bath gel, and towels were all provided. Oh, and the heated toilet seat… my bum was very happy! The hotel is just a few steps from the airport shuttle bus station. Be sure to check the departure times in advance — otherwise, you might need to negotiate a taxi ride, as I did. The only minor issue was a faint lingering smell of cigarette smoke. I kept the window open overnight, and by morning, the smell was gone. Closing the window warmed up the room again. I do wish the management would designate a non-smoking wing, if not an entire floor, to make things more comfortable for non-smokers. Overall, a good stay, and I’d be happy to recommend it."

"The hotel location on the center of city and really good to shopping. But I felt need to upgrade the hotel towels."
