Check in was easy, night shift front desk, Nicole, is friendly and helpful. Whereas the morning crews don’t seem to like their job, can’t see any smile during the day.

The front desk was nice enough.
We were confused and thought it was a Jacuzzi suite. It was a jetted tub and it was disgusting.  There was hair and ***** hairs in the tub. It was disgusting and even the jets were gross. Nothing was clean! We didn’t even want to take a shower. So disappointing. I really wanted to take a Jacuzzi.

This place for phenomenal for our honeymoon. This hotel has a ton of character and charm. The rooms were clean and well take care of. The hotel staff was also phenomenal. I’m so happy we stayed here for our wedding night.

This site forced me to prepay yet the hotel still charged me for my stay. Had to call to have it reversed. What is the point of prepaying on this site? I will never use Trip.com again.

Esta teria provavelmente sido um BOM Lugar para ficar.O problema que tive era o Trip/Expedia. Como estava procurando um Lugar para ficar para um encontro com o Dr., de alguma forma nesse site, a data terminou errada e não me apercebi, porque estava correta em todos os outros motéis que eu tinha olhado, mas ...
Eu sabia que EU tinha de estar lá para UMA Noite não reembolsável, não apanhei a data errada até que EU a tivesse aprovado. Eu olho para as opções de contato e eles tinham uma lista que disse data incorrecta, OK, não deve ser problema, vou mudar a data e ficar lá. O site disse que tinham de contactar o comerciante, OK, EU posso ver, EU sabia que a noite que EU precisava ficar era Mais cara, MAS EU estava bem com isso. Eu não Quero ficar lá apenas para mudar a data. Eu estava Na cidade, então EU parei no motel e falei com o gerente e disseram-lhe que eles não podiam mudar isso SEM a aprovação de Trip/Expedia hmm, eles devem ser o ”mercador” EM vez do hotel. Então EU ”donei” o custo de um quarto a UMA empresa, então viagem/expedia para o que vale a pena não vou usar você novamente para qualquer viagem.

GGuest UserThis probably would have been a great place to stay. The issue I had was with Trip/Expedia. As i was looking for a place to stay for a Dr. appointment, somehow on this particular site the date ended up being incorrect and I didn't notice as it had been correct on all the other motels I had looked at but...
I knew I had to be there so signed up for a non-refundable night. Didn't catch the incorrect date until after I had approved it. I looked through contact options and they had one listed that said incorrect date, ok should be no problem, I will just change the date and still stay there. The site said they had to contact the merchant, ok I can see that, I knew the night I NEEDED to stay was more expensive but was ok with that. Got a message saying the merchant wasn't going to allow me to change as it was a non-refundable night, I wasn't trying to not stay there just change the date. I happened to be in the town so I stopped at the motel and talked with the manager and was told that they couldn't change it without the approval of Trip/Expedia hmm guess they must be the ”merchant” rather than the hotel. So I ”donated” the cost of a room to some corporation. So Trip/Expedia for what it's worth I will not be using you again for any travel.

GGuest UserThis is one of 2 places we stay for our annual Christmas shopping trip so we’ve stayed several times in the past because of the value. The furniture in our room was beaten up and needs replaced, the water pressure in the shower was bad and water wasn’t hot enough for me, but we managed. All in all, this is a good place to stay if you’re not picky about decor as it was clean, just needs some updating. We’ll most likely stay here again since it’s suite type rooms giving extra space to wrap the gifts I buy and the price is decent.

GGuest UserThe location is ok, just on the route of the free shuttle bus on the day of the conference in May. On the first weekend of May, hotel prices across the city almost doubled. Room size: 2 people are enough, one person is enough. Overall not bad.

RRachelRooms were fantastic and clean. Pool and hot tub were very nice. Only thing about the pool is that the water wasn’t as warm as I feel heated pool should be. Hot tub didn’t seem to get very hot.
The first receptionist that checked us in was very friendly and helpful (Friday February 16th 6pm). The receptionist that came on later that night and worked the next evening was rude, didn’t smile or greet at all. She looked like she wanted to be anywhere but here. Waited over 30 minutes at the counter for her to get dollar bills. Have no idea where she was as she wasn’t at the counter.

CCalvin1I had a wonderful stay at this studio hotel. The room was modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed with everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The kitchenette was especially convenient, and the space felt cozy without being cramped. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location made it easy to explore the surrounding area. Overall, it was a relaxing and hassle-free experience I would definitely stay here again!
