Este hotel é um bom lugar para viajantes. O quarto é grande e confortável, com móveis chineses tradicionais e serviço de alta qualidade. Quando cheguei lá, fiquei atraído pela beleza do Rio Tuojiang. Deste quarto, posso apreciar a paisagem das montanhas baixas e das nuvens, as lojas e os turistas caminhando pelas estradas estreitas. Um delicioso café da manhã é servido após as 6h30. Você pode comer macarrão, ovos, vegetais, salsicha, arroz. Há também leite, leite de soja e mingau. Tomei um café da manhã completo hoje. Da próxima vez, escolherei este hotel maravilhoso.

We stayed two nights at the Grand Hyatt Changsha in a spacious deluxe king room with a sofa bed on Level 57, offering half river view and half city view. Unfortunately, the weather was foggy during our stay, so the scenery was hidden. The location is fantastic — Hisense Plaza (with Wenheyou) is right next door, and popular attractions like Wuyi Square, Pozi Street, and Du Fu Pavilion are all within a few minutes’ walk. Front desk service could have been more responsive when I tried to book an extra room for my sister on the first day. The front desk staff told me that the walk-in rate would only be available between 9–10am the next day. She took down my phone number and promised to call me back, but I didn’t receive the call until after 2pm the next day. Luckily I had reserved online in advance.  The true highlight was the housekeeping team — always smiling,warm, attentive, and thoughtful. They prepared children’s slippers and a toothbrush for my child, provided extra bottled water without being asked, and even left us a handwritten note saying they had discarded our unfinished cold tea and coffee and cleaned the cups for safe use. These small touches made our stay very comfortable and memorable, despite the foggy weather.

Instalações: Medianas. O 'jardim' do hotel é praticamente inexistente, apenas um pequeno terraço degradado e mal conservado no terceiro andar (foto 2)... O quarto com vista para a montanha não vale a pena, pois há muitos prédios pequenos em frente, bloqueando qualquer vista (foto 1). Higiene: Aceitável. Ambiente: Aceitável, com muitos lugares para comer nas proximidades. Serviço: O 'serviço de mordomo' peculiar precisa de um bom treinamento; não deixe que a 'peculiaridade' se torne um ponto negativo. Eu queria dar nota 0 para o serviço, mas, graças à intervenção da Trip.com, a situação foi razoavelmente resolvida. O café da manhã é bom.

New hotel, spacious room, amenities available. Complimentary use of washing, drying machine. Breakfast is good. Can be better in regards to juices. Walking distance to a few mall and supermarkets.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and attentive, and the amenities were excellent. I had a smooth, enjoyable stay and would definitely return.

I ordered food late at night and there was no robot to deliver it to the room, so I called the front desk if they could bring it to the room. They refused and told me to get it myself. After going to the lobby I see the receptionist talking to the assistant, both of them are clearly not busy. Sure, I can get the food myself but when I'm paying the price for an Intercontinental hotel I would expect top tier service. And I've had hotel assitants bring the food to my room in chinese hotels that costs less than half the price of this one. Besides that, the hotel looked nice, and the room was good. The location is not really great if you plan to walk anywhere, but with a taxi it's acceptable. The view is pretty good if your room is facing south. Facing north (even with river view) it's not that spectacular.

Definitely the best hotel in Changsha or perhaps all of Hunan. The view from the 86th-93rd floor is the best part; suggest to book a river view to ensure you get at least a partial view of the river and of Juzizhou. The room is quite large as well, with a huge bathroom. Shower in particular is really big. Also has a bathtub with a view as well. Facilities wise, there is a pool and a gym, etc. but not as high up as as the actual hotel. Then there are the hotel restaurants and bar, which unfortunately I didn't have time to try out. There is also the IFS mall below which has everything you need. For me given the price it's an amazing bargain considering prices for similar hotels in places like Shenzhen or Guangzhou.

這次入住體驗十分滿意，整體各方面都很出色，值得五星推薦。酒店地理位置優越，交通便捷，周邊餐飲、購物配套齊全，出行辦事都非常方便。大堂裝修簡約大氣，公共區域乾淨整潔，環境安靜雅緻，整體氛圍讓人感覺舒適放鬆。房間打掃得乾淨細緻，無異味無雜物，床品柔軟舒適，睡眠質量很高。衞生間整潔清爽，熱水供應穩定，洗漱用品品質不錯，空調、網絡等設施運行良好，使用起來十分便利，隔音效果也很好，夜晚休息不受外界干擾。服務人員態度熱情有禮，前台辦理入住退房高效快捷，遇到問題諮詢都能耐心細緻解答，服務貼心周到。早餐品類豐富，食材新鮮，口味適中，能滿足不同需求。 整體性價比超高，無論是商務出差還是休閑旅行都很適合，入住感受温馨又舒心，下次出行

The stay was pleasant and offered good value for the affordable rates, with facilities that met expectations; however, the breakfast arrangement could be improved, as the limited options are not very friendly for foreign guests. Staff xiao song was very supportive

Embora Wyndham não esteja na cidade antiga, o hotel tem um ônibus para a cidade antiga. Você também pode caminhar pela trilha em 5 minutos para chegar diretamente ao primeiro ponto de check-in a jusante. No dia do check-in, a jovem no escritório frontal, Anna Li Qin, arrumou cuidadosamente um quarto no mesmo andar e mais tarde ajudou a arranjar um veículo para nos levar à estação ferroviária de alta velocidade.
