Two hours to check in, terrible service from the young men who attended that night. They were supposed to check out at 3 p.m. We were able to get in at 6 p.m. They charge taxes when the app states they are already included.
They claim to have nothing to do with Trip and that they haven't authorized the hotel's listing on that page.

Pros: fantastic social hostel. Events are held most days (dance classes, football games, cocktail making). Loud music and party held on rooftop is loud (and fun), but couldn't hear it when in rooms (we were on floor 3 of 5). Great location with good food options and 10 minute walk from the subway. Downstairs had a good co-working area and comfy seats with a small but useful kitchen.
Cons: bed sheets were not clean and there were lots of small bugs on the bed. Very off-putting getting into a bug filled bed. It didn't look like this was the case for the other beds in the room so likely not a major issue, perhaps we were unlucky.

Checked in to room 106, wifi signal does not reach the room, was changed to room 102, right next to the lobby. Walls were thin and hear everything from guests walking by to conversations in the lobby. It was tolerable until night time, a young female receptionist had 3 male friends visit her during her shift, that's fine just that I could hear everything. Their conversation began to disturb my stay. I walk out and see a group talking socially in front lobby, the receptionist and her male friends/visitors, when I return to my room, the conversation stopped 10 min later. As thin as the walls were, guests were rather respectful as I surprisingly slept like a baby.

I was checking at a cheap inn near the airport even a little the night before the flight, but this hotel is very beautiful and more satisfied than the price! It is good that the shared room is well separated. However, it was a little inconvenient that the toilet was outside the room.

L'hôtel est sûr avec des portes de chambres blindées et une réception qui veille au grain. Cependant,le quartier est un petit peu dangereux à la tombée de la nuit. Il n'y a pas beaucoup de magasins ou restaurants dans un rayon de 100 mètres.
Il ne fait pas chaud dans les chambres,ce qui est agréable. La chambre est grande,ce qui est pratique.
Le téléviseur offre de nombreux canaux et le wifi,je le répète,est excellent.
Le rapport qualité prix est excellent. Je reviendrai.

Great location, even though there's no parking. You can walk everywhere as it's close to everything. The views from the terrace bar are amazing. When we were there, the Jacuzzi was out of service.

GGuest UserThe facility was very nice and extremely well kept. The staff was attentive and helpful as needed. The room was a little small but not cramped. The included breakfast was always good. They say they have a restaurant, but if you want extra meals, you must negotiate a price, and you pretty much get what they are cooking for the meal, and not have a menu with pricing. The food was very good and the staff was attentive. The security for the facility was very good, as the entrance gate was always locked.
The website photos are accurate.
Luiz was my contact and he was great. We became friends. They even grow their own fruits and vegetables on the ranch.
My only criticism was my computer told me their security for their WiFi was out of date, and needs to be upgraded to the current version. At times the connection was a bit spotty in the room, but overall good.
Overall my stay was very nice. The access to the airport was excellent and the staff was very accommodating to arrange transportation to the airport at a reasonable price. Beware the taxi sharks you encounter at the airport upon your arrival.

GGuest UserYou need to tell the hotel balcony room before you check in, otherwise you may arrange a balcony with windows closed. You have to take a taxi wherever you go, and there are not many restaurants nearby, but it is safer. In addition, there is a small Chinese restaurant on the road next to the right, which is super unpalatable and charges indiscriminately. It is strongly not recommended.
