"As we had an early morning flight the next day we naturally preferred to stay near the airport the night before. And Youjia Business Hotel seemed to fit the bill. They provide complimentary airport pickup & drop off.
We arrived at the hotel before noon & the pleasant lady at the counter allowed us to check in immediately. This was a big plus to us because we were tired from an early departure.
The room was in an adjacent building next to the check in counter. It was near the lift as per request. The room was clean and was equipped with all the necessities required for a good night’s sleep.
We decided to spend the rest of the day in Qingdao and the lady was nice enough to arrange a metro drop off for us. That was a nice touch. She even personally came to our door to remind us of our approaching airport drop off time. Thank you lady for a good stay."

"My wife and I booked two nights at the hotel in a week and the booking was confirmed to us. Upon arrival at the hotel at the reception desk, the receptionist told us that they would not be able to check us in since the staff had a day off and insisted that we cancel the reservation. At the same time, she calmly registered the Chinese standing next to her. As it turned out later, she was too lazy to work with foreigners and enter the data of our passports. A friend came to her aid, who helped us check into the hotel. It was very unpleasant that due to the fact that we are foreigners, we were denied our own booking. As for the room, it was clean except for an old shower and a non-working fireplace. I do not advise you to stay here as a foreigner and we will not come to this hotel ourselves anymore."

"Hotel is near Tai An high speed railway! About 10mins drive away. Very convenient.
The exact location of the hotel is in a building inside a service area at Level 28, but their reception is at level 1. A nice eatery and convenient store just beside reception. Because of the elevation and luck, managed to catch sunrise and Mount tai from the room! A bonus!
Reception was kind enough for me to check in earlier. Free self service laundry at L28 too.
All are good and the xiao du robot was a great help, everything was automated with just a command.
But on a little down side, the duvet cover has a big tear and a cigarette butt in the washroom."

Service: I was assisted by a tall, short-haired gentleman with glasses who was very responsive and friendly. The airport shuttle was also timely, but I wasn't entirely satisfied with the drivers this time; their demeanor seemed rather poor.
Environment: It's close to the airport, making it ideal for overnight stays before or after late-night flights.
Facilities: The laundry room was as good as ever, though I did find scattered socks on the counter, which is a small detail that could be improved.

The front desk service attitude was also good. The downside is that the room isn't very soundproof, and the TV in the room didn't work. I reported the TV issue to the front desk, but it still couldn't be watched properly. Overall, the experience was decent, and the room price wasn't expensive for a National Day holiday trip.

SSivakumar077The hotel’s location is convenient. It is not very far from May 4th Square, although it is not within comfortable walking distance. One advantage is that there is a metro station directly in front of the hotel, which makes transportation easy.
When I first checked in, I was given a room on the sixth floor. After spending some time there, I noticed a cockroach in the bathroom. I went back to the reception and informed the staff. The receptionist responded by assigning me a different room on the tenth floor. I appreciated that she arranged another room quickly, although I am not sure why that room was not offered initially.
The second room on the tenth floor was cleaner, particularly the bathroom, and overall it was acceptable. The room itself was quite large and had a small window. However, the lighting was not very strong, so the room can feel a bit dim at night. In my view, the room size is larger than necessary and the space is not used very efficiently. A smaller and more compact layout could potentially make the room more practical and possibly allow the hotel to offer it at a lower price.
In terms of amenities, the room included basic toiletries, dental kits, two small bottles of water, two towels, and several hangers. There was also a small table that could be used for working, although it was not particularly comfortable. The bed and pillows were satisfactory, and the pillow was actually quite comfortable. My room on the tenth floor did not have a dedicated cupboard, although the sixth-floor room I initially saw did have one.
Overall, the stay was average to slightly above average. The facilities are basic but adequate for a short stay. The staff were not particularly warm or proactive, but they handled requests when asked. Considering the location and metro access, the hotel offers reasonable value, though there is still room for improvement in cleanliness, lighting, and room efficiency.

XXiaoyudemaolfgI went back to Qingdao to visit my parents, and this hotel was relatively close to their house, but it was a bit hard to find. The navigation wasn't very helpful the first time I went, and I was quite confused, taking a while to find it. The hotel seems to have only been open a few years ago, as it was recently renovated. I hardly saw anyone at the front desk; I had to call them for everything. They didn't proactively come to my room after I checked in, and there was no room cleaning or tidying unless I specifically asked them to. Although the room was less than ten square meters, the facilities were fairly complete, it was clean and quiet, and the bedding was comfortable. However, the bathroom had a strong odor, which I suggest addressing. Also, there were no towels or bath towels, only disposable ones or you could bring your own. Checking out, you just leave your room key at the front desk; it felt like a self-service hotel.

It was my first time in China and I immediately ended up in such a fantastic hostel. The staff were friendly and welcoming. They were always on hand to help. They even invited me to have dinner with them.
They organise regular social events to bring the guests together.
The hostel is very good and they’re always trying to improve the living conditions.
There’s a huge common room with a cinema, a bar, a large work table, sofas and even a selection of different costumes.
The view of the park from the 19th floor is a real treat.
