Gostei muito da minha estadia no Havens Apart Hotel. Os apartamentos são absolutamente lindos, muito limpos e incrivelmente práticos. A localização é perfeita — bem no coração da cidade e perto de todas as comodidades que você possa precisar ou desejar. Também gostei da segurança 24 horas na recepção, o que me deu muita tranquilidade. Sinceramente, não fiquei insatisfeito com nada durante a minha estadia. Eu recomendaria este lugar? Com ​​certeza!

This hotel is amazing ! Firstly I arrived early before check-in time. The friendly receptionist shared that the hotel offers a free safe luggage room (in the lobby area) , where I stored my luggage then went to explore the town. There are many restaurants/coffee shops and the bo-kaap tourist attraction at a walking distance from the hotel. 5-10 minute drive to the V&A water front. 35+ minutes to wine farms & about 25 minutes to camps bay. The hotel was very clean, safe and they served an amazing breakfast. The lobby/lounge also has charging ports

O hotel tem uma localização conveniente no centro da Cidade do Cabo. Os quartos são confortáveis ​​o suficiente para uma pessoa ou um casal jovem. Se você planeja caminhar pelo centro, é bem fácil. Cheguei ao Waterfront caminhando em 20 minutos por ruas movimentadas e não senti nenhum perigo em lugar nenhum. Pequenas lojas e supermercados ao redor do hotel permitem que você cubra todas as suas necessidades diárias. O café da manhã é bem escasso, mas literalmente na esquina da próxima rua você pode encontrar bons cafés onde você pode tomar um ótimo café da manhã por um preço razoável e um supermercado onde você pode comprar comida pronta. Imediatamente à direita da saída do hotel fica a entrada para um lindo parque, de onde se abrem vistas maravilhosas das montanhas. A equipe é receptiva e ajuda a resolver todos os problemas. A única desvantagem é o barulho dos sistemas de ar condicionado vindos do quintal à noite.

Mojo Hotel and Markets has an excellent location, close to the beach and in a very lively area. The hotel is connected to Mojo Market, which has plenty of choices for food, drinks, and beer. There are several bars around, making it easy to enjoy nightlife without going far. Everything is nearby, so it’s very convenient for eating and drinking. The atmosphere is energetic and fun, especially at night. Overall, it’s a great place to stay if you enjoy good vibes, bars, and a central location.

While the locations and hotel cleanliness and families are good, the room doesn’t come with any AC or Heater. So it was very cold in the room on a winter rainy day. The hotel also took R1,000 as deposit by credit card, and returned upon check out. The issue is, credit card company would charge a fee and also due to different exchange rate on different day, I lost almost R 100 when I check out. The hotel should consider waiving the deposit altogether or taking cash as deposit if deposit is required.

Enjoyed our stay at the hotel Delicious breakfast. Clean room but was disappointed that there was no mini fridge or drinking water supplied.

We had a great stay at this place. Location is good - 5 minutes to the quay. There is a stop of the red bus near that is very convenient for the travelers. You have everything in the flat. We didn't expected that there would be cleaning so often. The only thing - it was a bit cold inside in April although there was the heating.

I would like to share my experience of staying in this apartment. We lived there very poorly because it’s a self-service setup with only two plates. If I’m using one plate for something else and my partner is using another plate, I no longer have a plate to prepare another dish. We literally had two plates in the house, as if it were a hotel where they would cook for us—we wouldn’t need more dishes for anything. How can I buy groceries for two plates, with literally one spoon per person and one teaspoon to share in the morning for our coffee, and one cup per person? Additionally, we did not have a broom, and it was very difficult to clean after ourselves. We had to wait for cleaning/maintenance to come for at 10am while we skip the dirt or use a tissue to clean, even though we don’t want to invite anyone in we had to choice , We can’t even scrub the floor on our own; we had to wait until we sleep and wait for them. No shower caps , no toothbrushes to toothpaste to start the stay ,not even little enough to get comfortable when you check in ,,I don’t recommend it for travelers who land late at night , it’s not helpful at all you sleep dirty here until shops open , they run out of heaters and leave you freezing in the room , check out time is 10am so it your flight is 6pm on the same day be prepared to roam around the streets like a homeless while you Stayed a night with them , what happened to 12pm check out time and 2pm as latest ??? My partner was working night shift and had to be kicked out at 10am with his flight at 6pm ! He asked to rest for 2 hours and check out at 12 they charged 50% of room rate for sleeping for 2 hours not even half a day. This apartment is not helpful at all and they prioritize charging you more instead of availing themselves for help , bedsheets are changed after 3 days which means if you on your periods as woman and you mess up the bedsheets you have to sleep with blood for the next 2 days -Why ??? I believe beds should be changed everyday as per the room rate calculations for each day unless they mean we pack our own bedsheets for emergencies…additionally there was a construction that would grill the roof while you sleeping at 8am so again my partner couldn’t sleep after working night shifts WITHOUT A WARNING!!! We regretted staying here and one traumatic issue of plates : I wash after every meal because no extra plates to push for another day , washing using my hands since there was no scrubbing 🧽 . I felt like i didn’t pay enough to stay here .

Minhas alergias foram desencadeadas com coriza e coceira nos olhos, o que tornou a estadia um pouco menos confortável. A roupa de cama estava limpa e a cama era super confortável, com um ar-condicionado/aquecedor confiável. Infelizmente, foi decepcionante não haver academia disponível para os hóspedes. No geral, eu ainda recomendaria este hotel principalmente por sua localização imbatível e ótimo serviço, mas espero que eles considerem modernizar os quartos, fazer uma limpeza completa nos carpetes e adicionar uma academia no futuro.

Отель понравился. Удобное расположение, близко до набережной и остановки туристического автобуса. Рядом несколько магазинов с продуктами. В номере чисто, убирают каждый день, каждый день чистое белье и полотенца. Также каждый день пополняют сахар, кофе, чай, печенье немного. Вода - 2 бутылочки, только в день заезда. Шампунь, гель, мыло - пополняют. На кухне в номере есть все для приготовления пищи: оливковое масло, соль, перец, из посуды - кастрюли, несколько сковородок, нож, ложки, вилки, тарелки, кружки, бокалы, штопор. Есть плита, микроволновая печь, вытяжка, чайник, тостер.  Сотрудники отеля доброжелательные.  Wi-fi работает хорошо. Спасибо большое за всё, нам понравилось отдыхать в этом отеле.
