The hotel is in a super great location, just a 5-minute walk from Providence train station. The hotel receptionist was very nice to help our check-in process very fast. The washing machine and dryer facilities are located on the 7th floor. 30mins use cost $2 (need to change quarter coins at reception. Detergent is also available at reception costing $2). The room is large and cozzy, comfortable and extremely big king size bed. The sofa bed is not that comfortable but the blanket is very comfortable. Japanese supermarket Maruichi is just a 7-minute walk distance, where sells frozen, fresh food, grocery, and ready to eat sushi and rice. The hotel staff suggested to go to Trader Joe's, which is 1 mile away, to have more fruits and vegetable choices. The 7-Eleven runs 24hrs just right at the corner, so shopping is very convenient. The breakfast has a wide range of variety: cereal, bagel, toast, pancake, juice, coffee, fruit, yogurt, sausage, fried or boiled eggs. It only takes 10 minutes to walk from hotel to Brown University and RISD. There are many steep slopes along the way, but the view of the city from the commanding heights is very beautiful. We stayed here for one night to attend my brother’s graduation ceremony at RISD. The hotel is conveniently located and very clean as its a new facility in the town. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would recommend people to stay.

Although not so much these days, I have traveled a lot for work and it's nice to have a place to call home when you're on the road. I'm not a picky person and I really do not have specifications for what I look for when it comes to a hotel but the one thing that I do desire is a feeling of home and safety. The location was perfect and I was in the area that I was familiar with, but even if I wasn't enough familiar place, I still felt safe. The staff was very friendly and it was easy to navigate the building. Honestly loved my room, it had everything I needed and helped to become my temporary office apartment. The bed was incredible, perfect for someone who's been walking and traveling since 4:00 in the morning. The lounge chair in my room was also the most comfiest one I've ever been in and I ended up using that at the desk. They gave you a very nice office desk chair but I'm a very big person and I was afraid of breaking it, so it was a very pleasant surprise to have that alternative option. The gentleman at the front desk gave me a lot of information and suggestions for food based on restaurants in the area, they also gave me a discount coupon for a restaurant chain that I really love! It was honestly a very pleasant experience and I only wish I could have stayed longer, I definitely will go back to that location in the future when I'm working in the area. It was perfect for me and I would honestly recommend others to stay there if you're looking for a place for the night or an extended stay!

The breakfast was great. The room was decent however, it was not the suite I booked, but luckily the support team at Trip.com were extremely helpful and understanding.

The hotel I found near the school was very big. I forgot my luggage when I left. Fortunately, the staff called to remind the hotel and the message communication between Trip.com was very timely. 👍

This “boutique” hotel was NOT inexpensive. The front desk staff was welcoming and helpful. Unfortunately the building itself lacked everything needed for a comfortable stay. The room was so dark it was impossible to read. There was no room for two people to place toiletries in the bathroom. There was no closet or dresser, so if one is staying for more than one night it would be difficult to store clothing. There were exactly two hooks on the wall and four hangers! Worst of all….. the mattress was so uncomfortably soft that my husband slept sitting up on a hard chair. Perhaps some would find this hotel charming, ……not us.

Breakfast is ordinary, homemade waffles, milk bread, beef patties, location is relatively partial, if the speed is fast, you will miss the intersection, suitable for driving for one night, near the road, there is no close place to eat and stroll

The hotel location was great although may be better for singles than families since the night life was great! The cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The indoor pool looked older and not kept up with an unsteady ladder. The bathrooms looked as if they don't get a good cleaning ever, and there was hair on the bedsheets when we arrived. I honestly expected more from this price range of a hotel.
