Hotéis 3-Star em Lisbon District, Portugal

From start to finish Dom Carlos Park did not disappoint. Helpful staff took our bag up stairs on arrival. Storage was available until our room was ready, map was given when requested to help us find our bearings. Room clean with fridge with selection of minibar which could be purchased, safe was also available. Towels were large and fluffy. Bed comfortable, with lovely pillows, black out curtains to help sleep. Room service used first night with excellent food . Breakfast was excellent good range of food. It was occasional busy and we were asked to wait in the lounge area but again well looked after and as soon as space was available we were taken in to wait. Hotel is in a good location, a gentle walk down the avenue liberdade everyday to where the action is, such as Rossio Station where we caught the train to Sintra. Great hotel would stay again. Stayed before but was worse this time. Bed and pillows were really poor and wouldn't come back because of that. It genuinely gave me back pain and affected my sleep The room was also too hot. The internet was sufficient  The breakfast is and was good and the value for money was decent Location is useful - Bolt to the airport costs less than 5 euros. 

This hostel is located about 3km walk from the center city, but does have some close by attractions (such as the Jeronimo's Monetary) The room is extremely small, if you seat on the edge of the bed and try to stretch your legs, you'll most likely hit the wall. We had our room replaced, as the first room had zero privacy for the toilet and the second room gave the illusion of privacy (as you can see in photos) We've not seen any of the management, as everything is done thru WhatsApp to contact them and they will respond. Breakfast was OK, it had a bit of choices but there was more cakes and cookies then actual food.

Fantastic location with fantastic staff. The staff was very helpful with directions and helping me find whatever I needed whether it was sightseeing advice or late evening travel supplies like soda water. They went above and beyond.

This is my second time staying here and I love it over and over again. The breakfast ladies were super fun and kind and funny. The cleaning ladies as well they were very accommodating.. i have a suggestion that if people like me stays more or around 10 days, would you please offer on maybe the 7th or 5th day to change our bedsheets and also pillowcases? The cleaning ladies did offered but it was on my second last day so I don’t think she should waste extra sheet if im leaving tomorrow.. but yeah her asking feels good .. its the little things that count.. anyway .. shower is great .. toilet is always full of toilet papers .. kitchen can be better but still good in my opinion.. maybe put bigger notice for people to clean after themselves .. cos some people just pretend to be blind .. the washing machine maybe need to be deep cleaned weekly or every 2 weeks .. else .. i love it here

When I saw the hotel in a NGO, I was scared, but when I arrived at the site I was glad with care, care and zeal for the environment and everything that is done there. The rooms are enough for a short stay: clean and comfortable. The hotel is in front of the beach and I made a very pleasant walk around. If you are looking for an accessible place for a short stay, go without fear.

On the first night, the room provided did not match my original reservation, and it was only on the second night that I was moved to the correct room. However, The staff were exceptionally attentive and eager to assist. The room itself was spacious, with strong water pressure, and body lotion was provided. For breakfast, there were egg tarts available on some days, though they were slightly too sweet for my taste. Overall, the breakfast selection was quite comprehensive and offered almost everything one might wish to have. In particular, the male staff member in the breakfast room provided excellent service and took great care of the guests.

The hotel is good in terms of rooms and facilities. The free luggage storage before and after check-in was a great advantage for us. Buses pass in front of the hotel, and there's also the Intendente metro station. The metro makes it very easy to get to the city center and the airport. The staff at the reception were also very helpful.

Lovely little studio with great facilities for a short stay. It's quite small ....or cozy if you prefer but has most things you need. The staff at reception over the road were friendly and although the area isn't the prettiest there are some good cafes & bistros nearby and its right next to the Metro.
