Hotéis 3-Star em Osaka Prefecture, Japan

"The hotel is very easy to find, located in Shinsekai right next to the metro station—perfect for traveling and finding great food. The room is clean with a nice window view. On the first floor, there are microwaves and a luggage scale, which are extremely useful. One minor caution: the bathroom floor near the bathtub is sloped and slippery, but it’s okay once you put the floor mat down. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Osaka."

"The room was incredibly tiny and cramped; there wasn't even space to walk around once my 28-inch suitcase was laid flat. Plus, there were hairs on the carpet from previous guests – I have no idea how they clean this place. They don't even provide paper cups, which is something even the budget Marriott properties in Kyoto offer. And with only two washing machines for the entire hotel, you have to queue forever. The front desk apparently has one ********* guy who speaks Chinese, but otherwise, the experience was pretty bad. The location, however, is quite convenient."

"Value and Booking: We secured an excellent promotional rate by booking approximately one month in advance, making this our most cost-effective accommodation in Japan. The average daily cost was approximately $100 AUD (or $65 USD), representing superb value for money. Accommodation (Standard Double Room Non-Smoking): Space Constraint - The room size is extremely compact. Guests traveling with two large suitcases will find the floor space severely limited, which can impede movement and even obstruct the bathroom door access. Bathroom Configuration - The unitized bathroom/toilet is notably small, reminiscent of an airplane lavatory configuration. While clean, this is a unique space constraint that future guests should be aware of. Cleanliness and Maintenance - The room was clean and well-maintained overall. However, we did observe minor signs of wear, specifically light mildew/molding on the window seals and in some room corners, which could be addressed. Pest Control - We were relieved to find no evidence of bed bugs during our stay, despite hearing general reports of issues in other cities in Japan (like Osaka). Service and Guest Experience: The hotel service was outstanding. We were traveling with a two-year-old child and requested an early check-in to accommodate a mid-day nap. The hotel staff were highly accommodating and facilitated an early entry, which significantly improved our experience and is greatly appreciated. Target Audience Note: As the name suggests, the hotel seems to cater primarily to business travelers over leisure guests, which may influence certain expectations regarding room functionality versus amenities."

"It is just a few meters from the OCAT so it is very convenient for travelers with big or manny luggage. The hotel check in is self service but simple so it is easy to navigate. The rates are reasonable. The room we got was quite small. There's not enough space to open 2 luggage so I recommend getting a bigger room. The room is clean and the bed and pillows are comfortable. The bathroom is clean and complete with toiletries. We will stay here again but we'll choose a bigger room. Thank you Apa!"

"I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained but abit small, but it was more than enough for my solo trip. One of the best parts was the location, walking distance approx 8mins from Metro Namba Station exit 28, and the hotel was just right in front of the station, which made travelling around Osaka extremely convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful, and overall the stay was smooth and enjoyable. I would definitely choose this hotel again!"

"Our family vacation would not have been great without this hotel. Location is perfect! We were very satisfied with the customer service the hotel provided and appreciate the effort and kindness from the staff! I’ve stayed at multiple mystay hotels and they never disappoint."
