De quem é esse quarto? Dorme no chão no estilo de dormir 2 pessoas. É um futon compacto para quem procura um lugar fácil para dormir e relaxar. Na verdade, quem vem sozinho pode ficar aqui. Não é assustador, é seguro, não é perigoso. Porque está frio. A equipe também é adorável. Natureza amigável, gentil, tem geladeira no quarto. Há uma TV, mas não a vimos. "Hotel Sun Plaza is right next to Shin-Imamiya Station, making it incredibly convenient for exploring Osaka. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and there’s even a robot at the front desk! They also welcome guests with a refreshing ice candy. The hotel offers free daily breakfast vouchers (toast and croissant), unlimited complimentary drinks, free earplugs, towels, laundry facilities, vending machines, and a relaxing common area with pleasant background music. One of the highlights is the free Japanese public bath (sentō/大浴場), which is great after a long day of walking. The rooms are simple but well equipped, with a fridge, TV, hangers, adjustable dim lighting, and double-window insulation that keeps the room surprisingly quiet. Smoking and non-smoking options are also available. The location is fantastic for sightseeing—Tsūtenkaku Tower and Tennoji Zoo are about a 5-minute walk away, while Namba and Dotonbori are easily reachable on foot or by train. There are also plenty of Japanese, Indian, Chinese, and other restaurants nearby. For the price, Hotel Sun Plaza offers excellent value and a very convenient base for exploring Osaka. "Quarto novo, muito limpo, linda vista, dá para ver a cidade. Fica no 9º andar, mas a sala de jantar ainda não está pronta. Existem apenas 4 conjuntos de mesas. Alguns dias não há lugares suficientes. E há pouca luz e parece escuro O banheiro ainda tem uma placa acesa. Quando você sai do elevador, dificilmente consegue encontrar a entrada. Você tem que empurrar a porta para olhar antes de entrar, mas outras partes são boas, o pessoal da C/N é muito simpático."

"## Recommended Points: Incredibly kind and helpful staff! Within walking distance of Tsutenkaku Tower, close to the station. New and clean facilities. ## Access: Approximately a 5-minute walk from Shin-Imamiya Station and Dobutsuen-mae Station. It's a straightforward 5-minute walk along the road from JR Shin-Imamiya Station and Osaka Metro Midosuji Line/Sakaisuji Line Dobutsuen-mae Station. While it's not the safest area, there's traffic even at night and convenience stores nearby, so the path to the hotel isn't dark. I felt safe walking even close to the last train. ## Luggage Storage: Available. Even before check-in, if you ask at the 2F front desk to store your luggage, they'll keep it in the cloakroom next to the front desk. They lock it and the staff handles putting it in and taking it out, so you can store it with peace of mind. You'll receive a numbered tag when you drop it off, and just hand that tag to the staff when you pick it up! ## Breakfast: Optional (880 yen?), until 9:30 AM. I didn't add it, so I don't know the details, but there's a breakfast notice in the elevator, so I assume you can add it if you wish. It's a buffet style in a space that's open as a lounge outside of breakfast hours, and it didn't seem particularly large. ## Details: Check-in is until 10:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM (with an additional charge of 1000 yen per hour for extension)! Check-in time is a bit early, so if you're attending a live event or similar, please be mindful of the time! The front desk is open until 12:00 AM, so you won't be able to check-in if you arrive after midnight. Above all, the staff were incredibly kind and friendly throughout my stay! I had different staff for luggage storage, check-in, and check-out, but they were all genuinely kind, which I found very impressive. I'll definitely want to stay here again the next time I visit Osaka. There were quite a few international guests (from Western countries), but it was quiet when I visited; in fact, my own luggage might have been the noisy one. It's very quiet at night, so be careful when coming and going. Bath towels, face towels, and toothbrushes (?) can be borrowed for free for the first time, I believe. There's information about this at check-in, so just ask if you want them then. There were four shower rooms on my floor. During peak hours, they were sometimes full, but usually became available within about 10 minutes. However, the shower rooms are shoe-free zones, but I noticed a high probability of international guests entering with their shoes on. It wasn't so dirty that it bothered me much, but if you're using it barefoot, it's a bit concerning. Perhaps the 'no shoes' sign is placed on top of the shoe rack by the entrance, making it hard to notice. While aesthetics are important, I think placing the sign on the floor would reduce the number of people entering with shoes on. Overall, it was a really great hostel! If I go to Osaka again, I'd definitely like to stay here!"

Its location near Daikokucho Station makes it convenient to go anywhere, and it's close to Namba, with attractions and shopping centers all around. The front desk service was exceptionally attentive, especially a young Japanese female staff member who was meticulous in her service, spoke Chinese, and had a particularly radiant smile – the slightly plump one. Superb!"

"This hotel is located near Shin-Imamiya Station, close to a large Don Quijote shopping center, making it very convenient for buying souvenirs. The rooms are new, and the bathroom features a separate shower and toilet, which is quite rare. The first-floor common area is spacious, with a coffee machine and luggage scale available.
