Clean and tidy. Very convenient airport hotel for an early flight or arriving late. A 3 minute walk to the check-in desks. Breakfast was fantastic with a massive selection choice of Asian food. The best we have ever seen and made us wonder why this is only rated a 3 star hotel. Based on the breakfast alone I would give it 5 stars.

Initially, the hairdryer in my room was broken and wouldn't turn on. I tried calling customer service from the room phone four times, but no one picked up. Since I was already running late, I went down to the reception. They said they'd fix it, but after a long wait, it still wasn't done. I asked if there was another hairdryer I could use, but there wasn't. After repeatedly checking back in my room and getting nowhere, I decided to check out. Then, to my surprise, the key was missing, even though I had just used it, and they asked me to pay for it. I left 50,000 IDR and left because I was so late due to waiting for the hairdryer. Just five minutes after leaving, I received a call asking me to pick up a charger I supposedly left behind, but it wasn't even my charger. They also returned 100,000 IDR, my deposit, even though they hadn't given it back when I checked out. It was a bit strange, but I'll only be staying there once. In my opinion, the service was very poor.

We stayed here just for one night before catching the train the next day. The room itself was nice, clean, and the bed was comfortable, which was perfect for a short stay. However, all the rooms open directly onto the main lobby, so it gets very noisy early in the morning. If you’re a light sleeper, this can definitely be disturbing. There’s also a very large dehumidifier in the corridor that makes a constant, unpleasant noise.

O serviço do pessoal era muito decente, MAS a sala estava Muito ausente.A cama estava afundada... Há um cheiro no corredor.O ar condicionado Fez um Monte de ruído. As salas não fumantes estão certamente disponíveis, mas muitos hóspedes estão a desaparecer e se você é infeliz como eu fui atribuído um quarto ao lado de um fumador muito pesado, o fumo dele estava entrando na minha por causa das lacunas na porta de partição.

The importance of welcoming guests who attend by a security guard or receptionist. - The check-in process is smooth, good and requests are fulfilled. - clean and tidy rooms, amenities available. - TV channels are very bad, TV broadcasts are difficult to watch. - the swimming pool was very busy and full, there were no officers on duty, the pool floor was very dirty with food and water waste, there were no officers to clean the area. There are not enough changing rooms for crowded conditions. - The corridor floor is muddy and watery due to visitors. - In the breakfast restaurant, many of the menus are out of stock, there are no seats because it is full of visitors, many people fight over food like village people who never eat well. - the checkout process was good and there were no problems. Hopefully in the future it will be more organized and improved for the better. nice stay in swissbelin, thank you.

I stayed at The Crew Hotel near Kualanamu International Airport for a short getaway, not just for transit. The hotel exceeded my expectations for a stay near the airport. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet—perfect for rest. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I also appreciated the facilities like the on-site restaurant and the convenience store nearby. Although it's close to the airport, it’s also a great base for exploring the surrounding area. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and affordable stay.

Basic room but clean ( not comfy though). Strategic location within walking distance to Plaza Medan Fair and Damri bus station to/fro Kuala Namu Airport. Kakiku massage just steps away. Breakfast is simple but adequate.

Amazing resort hotel in the island. delicious meal & friendly staff, the standard service is so high. I love the pool and secluded garden, location is right on the beach. Strong WiFi connection and all facilities. The individual bungalow has beautiful Balinese art attached. I can't thank you enough for well management hotel.
