There is a kitchen-table where you can drink tea cafe, warm your food, cook something simple, eat Administrator Lali is attentive, friendly, charming and hospitality. Very clean and spacious room. Near to restaurant and Kazbegi town. Awesome view of mountain from our room. The host is friendly and give good information about local transport. We have a pleasant stay in Axien Hotel and I recommended the hotel.

5日間の滞在。 日本で流行っている「おこもりステイ」のような雰囲気で、誰からも邪魔されずゆっくり過ごすことができた。ホテルを予約すると朝食に加えて、一日一度の貸し切りスパ&サウナがついてくる。また、夕食はレストランとして利用もでき、近くで運営されているシャトームフラニのワインに合わせたジョージア料理を楽しむことができる。 ★ロケーションについて トビリシからタクシーで40分（40ラリ程度)ほどで到着。 タクシーの運転手が村で見るところがないというが、牛がそこら辺を歩いていて飾らないジョージアの姿をみることができる。また、周りの住人も親切で人懐こいジョージア人の気質を感じる人ばかりだった。 ホテルから10分くらい歩くとシャトームフラニがあり、ジョージアワインのワイナリーを見学することもできる。(要予約) 希望する場合は到着時にレセプションに予約をお願いすることもできる。 タクシーを使えばムツヘタを観光することもできる。(30ラリ程度) ★サービスについて レセプションは非常に親切で、どのような要望も回答してくれる。また、掃除も丁寧に行われており館内やテラスがいつも綺麗に整備されている。 夕食時のレストランも利用したが、洗礼された味でシャトームフラニのワインとよく合う味付けにされていて是非一度利用するのがおすすめ。 サウナは、フィンランド式で自分でロウリュして室温を上げる事ができて気持ちが良い。スパは風呂と水風呂が準備されておりサウナに入ったあとに利用すると良い。 おすすめとして、早目の時間にチェックインを済ませること。ぜひスパやレストラン、そしてシャトームフラニのワインを楽しんで贅沢なお泊りにしてほしい。
