The room is nice, parking is free, clean and fully equipped. There is a Chinese restaurant nearby called Greater China, and the buffet is 17.9 euros per person. Accommodation is expensive in this place.

Located in the heart of Rovaniemi, it's conveniently situated near two shopping malls and about a 20-minute drive from the airport and Santa Claus Village.
The room was clean and tidy. The only downside was the lack of heating. Check-in information was sent promptly at 3 PM. There's no front desk, so luggage storage isn't available. Overall, though, I'd still recommend it.

The hotel includes breakfast and dinner, with sufficient ingredients, very clean, very quiet, very close to the city, very convenient to go anywhere, worthy of being the number one hotel in Rovaniemi, well deserved

The location of the hotel is very convenient, there is a supermarket nearby, and it is only a minute walk to the Levi Ski Resort. The dryer in the room is very easy to use, and the clothes are dried for about two hours. This is very intimate. I was very excited to meet the Northern Lights that night.

Alles war schön und gemütlich. Nur es hat mir nicht gefallen, dass ich beim Check Out den Müll selber wegschmeißen musste und das Geschirr selber waschen musste. Für so einen Preis erwartet man sowas nicht. Naja egal trotzdem war es schön.

Excellent location, within 10 minutes walk to nearby supermarkets and bars. Bus stop for taking buses to Santa Claus Village and Railway Station is also nearby. Right next to the hotel there’s Beyond Arctic Adventures where we booked our Northern Lights Tour.
Breakfast buffet wasn’t a huge spread but still a pretty good selection overall. No hairdryer in our room, and the heater wasn’t really working. There’s a shared kitchen as well so we were able to cook our own meals.

It may be close to Christmas, and the prices of nearby hotels have all turned over. The overall feeling for me to live in general, breakfast in general, the price is expensive. Blinds for curtains, the street lights outside can penetrate, uncomfortable. The only thing that makes me feel good is that there is a good Chinese restaurant in the middle of the 50 meters. The European restaurant is really not used to eating.

MMok TMSantasport Hotel is an integrated resort with accommodation, trekking, skiing, bike riding, snowboarding and many other winter activities. They have track for all the activities and it was an enjoyable trip to explore the woods during winter.
The hotel has a bowling alley, swimming pool and sauna. It also has a cafe
Checking in and out was a breeze and the staff are friendly and helpful. They attend to all guests need and never fail to impress.
Room size was reasonable and they also have a clothes drying cabinet. Bed is comfy and I had good sleeps. Breakfast was good with quality soread.
Will return to Santasport Hotel if I come for my winter holiday in Rovaniemi.

GGuest UserThe location is within easy access to walk to the river, bus services, and pick up directly out the front for most tours. Staff were friendly and accommodating, room was clean, heating worked, bed was comfy. The breakfast was also good to have as food prices are a little high in general across Finland (particularly for some foreign currency exchanges). The hotel itself though - including the rooms - is outdated. For the price you pay for a room you'd expect something that doesn't seem like it got stuck in the 1970s and never evolved. It's a rabbit warren to get to some of the rooms and at times can have an abandoned feeling.

AAnonymous UserThe environment and facilities are very good and the room is clean. Dinner buffet and breakfast are rich. The room has a northern lights alarm clock. We were lucky enough to see the Northern Lights. The only drawback is that the shuttle bus fare is expensive. The train station costs $30/person one way, and $20/person to the city centre.

MMarianna86I went to Äkäslompolo to run the Nuts Ylläs Pallas 37km and chose the hotel for its proximity to the starting line.
The hotel needs some renovation, but despite the bad reviews it was overall better than I expected. Staff was super helpful and friendly, the bed was extremely comfortable (a must before and after a race), the private sauna was amazing and cherry on top, breakfast was absolutely delicious and with a wide range of choice!

GGuest UserA lovely cosy place to stay, however the location really is in the sticks where transport is limited to around 3 buses to or from the city with the last bus arriving at 7pm. But the room was great and extremely warm in the minus 15 degrees temperature.

ZZuiaijizhoukaorouThe hotel is forty minutes away from the Levi ski resort. The check-in front desk is next to the white church. It is said that new people hold a ceremony here every week. Each single-family villa is surrounded by trees, and the privacy is good. At night, the glass in the small wooden roof can see the starry sky. When you are lucky, the aurora there is clear and clear. In the morning, you open the floor-to-ceiling curtains. The snow scene outside the wide viewing angle is super dreamy. Go to the former staff to respond positively to the email, the chef, Christmas dinner is also very good. Have the opportunity to come back and choose here.
