Pequenos detalhes, grande carinho. Um detalhe e eu soube que tinha escolhido o hotel certo. Para pegar o trem-bala cedo, eu definitivamente precisava ficar perto da Estação Norte, e os hotéis recomendados pelo Ctrip geralmente não erram! Quando vi que havia picolés locais gratuitos na geladeira, soube instantaneamente que tinha vindo para o lugar certo. A maioria dos hotéis já é boa se oferece água, mas aqui tinha picolés antigos, o que mostra o cuidado e o carinho do comerciante! O hotel é bom, e por esse preço perto da Estação Norte de Shenyang, é muito honesto e acessível. O lobby é grande, os quartos também são grandes, sem cheiro, sem barulho, e há uma academia e lavanderia gratuitas. O melhor é que a água mineral é ilimitada... Na parte de baixo do hotel há uma rua de comida, deliciosa e barata. O serviço do hotel é excelente, o negócio está prosperando! A moça da recepção me recomendou ir para a Zhongjie, e ela estava certa! A estação de metrô fica a 50 metros do hotel, tornando a ida e volta muito convenientes. Na manhã seguinte, caminhei até a Estação Norte para pegar o trem, e levou apenas 10 minutos, muito perto, realmente muito conveniente. Este tipo de hotel, o ambiente, o serviço, a comida, as instalações do hotel são todos pontos positivos. É um must-have, e eu definitivamente recomendo!

The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the service was warm and attentive. The location was convenient, and the front desk staff, especially the ladies, had a wonderful attitude. I'd definitely choose this place again next time and highly recommend it! The public area at the front desk is absolutely stunning for photos! Even though it was a rainy day when I visited, it was warm and cozy indoors, and it's very close to Duan Bridge. It was a really enjoyable experience! 🥰🥰

Good location with Gyms, Karaoke, Shopping centre, Boutique, etc. Will come again.

Location was great 30 seconds walk to train station , pick up point right outside hotel for taxis, good view towards North Korea side and bridge from higher floors. My room was very dated and old with musty smell and signs of age on walls and furniture. The bedroom was no frills i.e. no tissue or tea provided in room. Sheets were clean and ok. The bathroom has a slight smell of pee, and shower area is not separated from rest of bathroom so whole bathroom gets wet during shower. However bathroom is stocked with the usual necessities like toothbrush, soap, hairdryer, towels, toilet rolls which is good. Overall, good value for budget travellers due to low cost. I would not stay here again next time I visit Dandong as there are other similar priced hotels 1-3 minutes further from the train station, but without the view to North Korea.

Room was clean and spacious! Location was central and easy to navigate. The hotel was equipped with Smart AI - ‘Xiaodu’ to control the room settings and robots to send the delivery to our room. The staff was also professional and prompt in their service, their manager was checking in our stay to make sure that we were always comfortable. Recommend!

I recently stayed at Ibis Hotel Dalian and had an excellent stay. Check-in was efficient, allowing me to begin exploring without delay. The duplex room featured a stylish downstairs living area and a cozy loft; the loft was slightly warm but the air-conditioning corrected it quickly. The room was spotless and well-maintained, with comfortable furnishings. Located near Zhongshan Square, it offered easy access to attractions, restaurants, shopping, and night markets. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly. Five stars!

家裡來親戚或者朋友過來大連玩，我們都選這個酒店，在酒店就能看到我家小區，非常方便。酒店暖氣很好，晚上一點也不冷，而且房間非常乾淨，我們小區有在他家酒店工作的，知根知底，非常放心。而且每個房間都有電話，聯繫前台很方便，有事打電話，前台很快就來解決問題了，所以有需要我們還會繼續選擇這裏，非常滿意。

I had a wonderful stay! The hotel is really close to the beach, making it super convenient to enjoy the sea. Its prime location also means easy access to transportation, and there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The hotel's overall decor is simple yet elegant, and the environment is clean and refined. My room was spacious and bright with excellent ventilation and natural light. It was meticulously cleaned, with no unpleasant odors, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a very restful sleep. All the room facilities were new and complete, with plenty of hot water and stable water pressure. The separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom were a thoughtful touch. The soundproofing was excellent, making for a quiet and peaceful environment, perfect for relaxing after a day out. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive; they even contacted us immediately when we left something behind.

We were extremely happy with our stay at this hotel and thoroughly satisfied with the outstanding service. Even though I wasn’t the easiest guest—having to modify my travel plans when my friend joined me during my stay—the manager went above and beyond to quickly adjust my booking multiple times to accommodate my needs. The hotel itself was impeccably clean, beautifully styled, and staffed with many kind and helpful coworkers. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming experience.

The location of the hotel is very good, and the rooms are very clean. There are smart homes in the room, robots for food delivery, and free mineral water. The service of Miss Front Desk is also very good and cost-effective.
