特別表揚的前台2號上早班的高高的個、微胖型的小姐姐，客服工作做的很好，雖説是四星級酒店，她的言、行、舉、動、以本人的驗是經過培訓過的合格員工，3號夜班的前台工作人員，還需加強哦，客人來了，最起碼的禮儀禮節都沒做到，坐着不動，辦完手續後，房卡直接放在枱麪，人坐着也不起身，有點像領導跟員工辦事一樣。

This was one of the best Hotel experiences I have ever had! Also, this was one of the best food experiences I have ever had. The accomodation is situated near the mountain landscape and the nights are quiet and peaceful. I have gotten a great rest from the big city here. The hotel runs a restaurant in the first floor, which is quiet famous in the local area (for a good reason it is!). The dishes were amongst the best I have eaten in the country! You will enter the hotel through a tea and wineshop with a wonderful a**osphere.. The couple that runs the hotel is very kind, helpful and joyful. They gifted me tea and fruits for my further traveling and made me feel welcome during my stay. If I am ever back in Dengfeng, I will know where to go! Thank you for the great stay! :)

The location is easy to find, just inside the city wall, there is no elevator, the room is not big, the washbasin is also very small, there is no place to put glasses and watches, it is recommended to install a shelf on the wall for simple storage, the indoor table is also very small, not enough to put things. The view outside the window is amazing, and the window is the Lijing door. The sound insulation effect is not bad, the price is moderate, Sprite, Coke, and mineral water are free to drink at the front desk, there is also a kitten house at the door, the two little cuties are very lively, the corridor design is also very comfortable, and the nearby catering and transportation are very convenient. Among the hotels in this location, it should be considered relatively good, recommended!

Pros: 1) very friendly and accommodating front desk, they gave us extra water bottles, gave recommendations for restaurants, and responded quickly to my questions on wechat 2) great location 3) clean rooms 4) pretty good selection for breakfast 5) stored our luggage for free 6) they gave us some snacks as gifts when we checked out Cons: 1) our rooms weren't ready for check in when we arrived even though their check-in time is advertised as noon (but it's because their checkout time is at 2pm, so if the previous guest hasn't checked out before noon, it is impossible to get your room at noon); but they can store your luggage for you at the front desk so it is a minor problem if you don't need a room right away 2) there was construction work at the front entrance of the hotel, so we had to walk through a bunch of debris and loud noises; this shouldn't be a problem once the construction work is done, but it was still a surprise for me Overall, the place is great for the price, location, and service.

The room is clean and tidy, and the area is quite large. The service staff is warm and thoughtful. When I came back from the trip, I asked for two more bottles of water. The lady handed it to me very happily. There are many places to eat around, and the transportation is convenient. It is not too far from Yingtianmen. There are not many rooms on each floor, so it is relatively quiet.

The hotel is located in Anshang town - very close to the ticket office, food street, bus station. From the 3rd floor balcony you can take full view of the mountain range and cable car line to Phoenix ridge. The staff don't speak much English but they are so kind and helpful. The only minus point is no elevator.
