Avevo prenotato questo hotel perché vicino al centro e dotato di spa con sauna. Il reparto spa era in manutenzione da giorni (hanno detto). Molto caro il pasto in camera e la colazione (circa €20), che ho scoperto non inclusa nel soggiorno. Per cui non ho mai mangiato in albergo.
Il personale gentile e disponibile a fornire ogni indicazione dovesse necessitare per il soggiorno.
L’ubicazione di questo hotel è abbastanza centrale.
La camera è silenziosa ed il letto comodo… ho dormito molto bene.

Rooms are clean and relaxing, One negative that the water heater in room has a bad smell , wish the hotel will change it 👍🏻

Отель расположен возле трассы, если только переночевать огромный плюс, не заезжать куда-то и тратить время на поиски, но если вы привыкли к тишине, то это минус. Завтрак обычный, что-то особенное не ждите. Номер просто огромный, здесь 5+, но вот в ванной минус где-то подтекает вода возле унитаза. В остальном всё приемлемо.

Mein Urlaub war sehr angenehm und erholsam. Besonders die schöne Aussicht hat jeden Tag zu etwas Besonderem gemacht. Die Zimmer waren sauber und gut gepflegt, was für viel Komfort gesorgt hat. Das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal hat den Aufenthalt perfekt abgerundet.

The hotel was very enjoyable. It is in the center, 5 minutes from the main square, cafes, restaurants, shops, pharmacy all around. The hotel helped order tours, staff polite, kind, responsive. Swedish table for any taste.

MMs. TRAVELLERI was very very disappointed with the hotel. It is my second time, my first time I was extremely happy with everything and decided to book again , but this time I was completely annoyed. Unfortunately, I found the hotel in a very unpleasant situation but a big plus for its staff and their efficiency specially the reception guys . A big thank you to them.
Let us state the positive points, check in and out was quick and efficient. location is good. The employees are very attentive and efficient. Breakfast is great. Cleaning is done on daily basis. There is a spa and pool down but this time I didn’t use it so can’t say much. The view from the balcony is fabulous. The location of the hotel is excellent.
Now lets talk about the room. Everything is old and not maintained well. Bedsheets, bedcover, pillows and pillow cases all are old and all have spots on them. On my arrival my bedsheets, bedcover & pillows had different spots on them . I immediately called the receptionist and everything was changed. Ac doesn’t work well. The toilet flush is broken & doesn’t work well. The carpets are old . I can’t say anything about towels for I never use hotel’s towels.
I love this hotel but I was very disappointed with the situation that I saw when I stayed 4 days this time.
Overall its ok & passable.

GGuest UserI had a wonderful stay at Residence Inn Trabzon. The hotel is perfectly located with a cozy and welcoming atmosphere that made my visit to Trabzon even more enjoyable. What truly stood out was the outstanding hospitality of the staff. A special thank you to Ahmed for his constant support, attentiveness, and kindness throughout my stay. I also want to sincerely thank Lina, the manager, for her professionalism and warm attitude—she ensured everything was smooth and perfect.
Additionally, I want to give a shoutout to the evening shift receptionist (I wish I remembered her name) for her helpfulness and friendly demeanor. She was always welcoming and ready to assist with anything, making my evenings at the hotel even more pleasant.
If you’re visiting Trabzon and want a place where you’ll feel genuinely cared for, Residence Inn Trabzon is the perfect choice. Huge thanks again to Ahmed, Lina, and the entire team for making my stay so memorable!

Located in the middle of the city away from the traffic
We investigated all the reviews before booking, we had some worries mostly by the noise of the nearby airport..
It came out that it was part of the fun
The noises are not that horrible especially if you close the sound proof windows..
However the air traffic wasn't that heavy and the kids enjoyed the observation of the planes,
The hotel was perfectly clean, breakfast was very rich and variant and reflect the Turkish heritage with Int'l components..
Staff were very nice and supportive, with very polite approach, the whole atmosphere in trabzon was very amicable and welcoming
Definitely will stay there again

FFRLOUYI 88We had a great time The staff were so friendly and helpful, it was social, and we met some amazing people during our stay. I loved the roof top terrace and the rooms were nice and big, and the breakfast was yum. My only issue was the location, all the restaurants near by are very overpriced and touristy, so you do need to be prepared to walk a bit out of the area for a cheaper meal. But then again, it is close to all the main attractions, so depends what you're looking for! Overall, I woul
