When we first arrived to check in, the property looked a bit run down. I typically base my stays on photos and reviews, and since this place had an 8.2/10 rating with good reviews and pictures, I felt confident booking it. For something described as a boutique hotel with a spa, I was expecting a more upscale feel.
That said, check-in itself was very smooth and easy.
Finding our room, however, was confusing. The layout isn’t very clear, and we had trouble figuring out which way to go. We were on the second floor, and there’s no elevator—so be prepared to carry your luggage up a full flight of stairs.
Once we finally got to the room, it was very large and spacious, which was a nice surprise. The king bed was comfortable, although it only came with three pillows. Unfortunately, the furniture felt worn and a bit outdated, and the AC unit had a noticeable buildup of dust. There was also no water provided in the room, which would have been appreciated.
One of the biggest disappointments was the pool being closed—especially since it was still 89 degrees at night. That would have really made the stay more enjoyable.
Overall, the pictures online don’t accurately reflect the current condition of the property, which was disappointing.

Nunca passei tempo no jogo******.

Graças a Deus.
The hotel was good and decent for the stay we had, the room wasn’t the best, and the view was definitely not worth the price since we had air conditioner unit views and white globe with no lights to it too (yawn 🥱 a missed opportunity). If you’re into gambling, or not so much, this is an okay place to stay. We aren’t gamblers but we still managed to find some fun.
The cool thing about the hotel is that there are three casinos connected to each other with Silverland being in the middle. We spent more time at Circus Circus playing the games there and earning tickets to win simple prizes. There is much for entertainment there in the forms of gambling, night clubs, and kid games. Food around is pretty reasonable where you don’t have to leave the complex, which is great! However more than two days here might be a bit too much and possibly boring after that if you’re not a gambler. Luckily we were only passing through and less than a 40 hour stay here for us was perfectly fine!
The grand view at Las Vegas was more than I expected! The two bedroom room was very spacious and felt like a home away from home. I was able to get a workout in the gym in the morning, showere up and then hit the hot tub all by 8:30am since the weather was very good during my visit. It is a 10 min drive from the strip which is a big time saver. Will definitely book again in the future
The place was kind of loud.
Also, the Trip.com app *clearly* stated that there would be no additional fees upon arrival. BS. There’s a $45 resort fee and you’re stuck paying it. I raised hell and got the $45 refunded by Trip.com

Very Good
GGuest UserExcellent stay! They offer free luggage storage, and it's quite convenient to get there from the airport. The room was spacious and clean. Plus, there's a restaurant and convenience store right downstairs, which is super handy. The front desk staff were also very friendly.
GGuest UserI recently stayed at MGM Grand, Las Vegas, and had a great overall experience. The property is huge, lively, and perfectly located on the Strip. Rooms were clean and comfortable with great view from the room, and despite the crowds, everything was well managed considering it was Christmas holidays . we stayed in the suite room in MGM tower.!
A special mention to the help desk staff—they were extremely cooperative, polite, and genuinely accommodating.
Overall, a classic Vegas hotel with great energy, good service, and professional staff. Would happily stay here again.
TTriciaMy husband and I came to Hilton Lake Las Vegas to spend our 7th wedding anniversary. Check in went very smoothly. Shortly after our check in we received a complimentary bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries. It was a very welcoming surprise which we genuinely appreciated. We had booked a couples massage at their spa and were very pleased with their services. It was quite relaxing and exactly what we needed! Our room was very clean and quiet. We ordered in room service for breakfast and the food was very much to our liking! We’ve stayed at this resort several times prior and have always been pleased with our stay there. We will definitely be back!
GGuest UserI stayed for two nights. On the first night, I arrived early in the morning and there was an on-duty staff member, an older gentleman who provided excellent and very attentive service! He was very meticulous and patient, and I even gave him an extra tip out of gratitude. My second stay was four days later, and the front desk staff, compared to the gentleman who checked me in on the first night, was less satisfactory in terms of service. The hotel room itself was good, but the soundproofing wasn't great. Overall, I'm still quite satisfied.
YYerJoshAmazing experience in The Venetian, it was our first time and you have to consider some great points to know why is the best hotel to stay in Las Vegas:
1. Amazing location
2. Direct Access to The Sphere concerts and Events
3. The Parking lot is easy to access in and out
4. Access to the Rooms are very close to the parking so you don’t need to walk too much
5. Access to food court are really close to the access to the rooms and that is amazing!
6. The Venetian gondolas attraction are really good and the whole decoration around is simply amazing!
7. The Rooms are recently renovated and the Deluxe Kings rooms have the option to see the Sphere and the rooms in the opposite side will see The Strip! So everyone will have a really nice view!
8. Easy access to the Las Vegas Strip Boulevard!
9. If you are planning to attend the CES, the largest technology event in the world you will have access to the Venetian Expo! So is the best place to stay during that event
GGuest UserI was a little worried when I exited the freeway and immediately found myself driving through a large homeless encampment. However, it was confined to that one block. The hotel itself does not have homeless hanging outside or milling around.
There is a parking garage, but if your vehicle is taller than 68” you won’t be able to use it. Instead, you’ll have to park in the immediate adjacent covered spaces (none available when we got there at 10:00); but there’s another outdoor lot that was never full on the other side of the hotel- accessible by foot by either walking through the casino or outside about ½ block. Your hotel room key will get you in and out of the outdoor lots and garage.
Hotel staff and security are very nice and helpful. The hotel was very clean, but I have asthma so walking through the smokey casino was difficult. I forgot that Vegas is still stuck in the 70’s when it comes to indoor smoking.
We had a room on the 9th floor. There are 4 good sized elevators that arrive quickly and they are clean and don’t smell.
Our room was clean, but no coffee maker and no microwave. There is a small mini fridge- really small. There’s a hairdryer on the wall by the sink. Adequate water pressure in the shower. Enough counter space on both sides of the sink for bathroom items. Shower has soap, shampoo and conditioner dispensers- I forgot to let management know that the conditioner was pretty much jammed, but I was able to get some out with a lot of pumping.
Queen beds were comfortable. Very thin “blanket” so if you’re with someone who cranks the AC up, you’ll need a better blanket. The AC unit was a bit loud but I usually have white noise playing to get to sleep so it was good for me. Our room overlooked the freeway and industrial area so we did have freeway noise- again not an issue for me. I liked the shutters instead of drapes. Floors could do away with the carpeting in the rooms.
We didn’t watch any television but there is one.
Surrounding area: Mob Museum is across the street. So is Fremont Street which has some of the oldest hotels and Binions where you can take a photo with a stack of money- I think it’s 1 million dollars.
The California Hotel across the street caters to Hawaiians. You’ll find great Hawaiian food there.
They also have the pool for Main Street use- can’t comment because I didn’t use it.
What I learned today when we headed home is that there’s a Costco (needed gas) 5 minutes away & the escape rooms that my friend said we should check out (we didn’t have time).
There is a fantastic breakfast place 2 blocks down that is always busy. Hash House. If it’s packed, go to the bar to order takeout. Takes 15 minutes and you can grab a table in the food court 100 feet away.
YYayayayayaThis hotel was the best I slept in during my 10-day business trip. Maybe I was just too tired. The beds here have poor rebound; the middle sags, so it's more comfortable to sleep diagonally. The hygiene is good. However, there's nothing provided – you have to buy water, and it's 1.5 times more expensive than outside! They don't list prices, but everything is definitely 1.5 times the outside price. It's connected to three or four other hotels, so it's huge and easy to get lost. There's a big temperature difference between day and night. The shower water here felt normal; it didn't have that slippery, hard-to-rinse-off feeling.
GGuest UserThe Westgate is a tired, old hotel a with high “resort” fee for nothing more than a pool. When you first walk in you are hit with a strong floral scent to mask the decades of cigarette smoke that clings to everything. Food options are minimal. No free in room coffee. Found dead bugs in the bathtub. I stayed at the Westgate because my son had a sporting event in the hotel’s convention area, next time I’ll stay at the hotel across the street.
GGuest User- check in and check out Q was so long.
- room not provide any bottle water and slipper, probably this is the practice in USA.
- the room are quite run down, my finger got cut by the damages water tap. Called to the front desk to asked for a plaster, but never shown up. Good luck if u got the room in Resort Tower, room 6235.
- staff at Concierge and luggage drop off area are friendly.
- choose Royal Tower if ur trip is gonna to rely on Uber. Bcs there is where the rideshare pick up point.
Cchenchen TaipeiWe stayed for three nights, paying $2773 per night. The room was incredibly spacious, and the bathroom was huge as well. The shower only had a rain showerhead, and turning it on was quite unusual; you had to pull it out firmly. The hot and cold water came from the same source, and at first, I thought it was broken and there was no water. My husband, somehow inspired, gave it a strong pull, saving me from calling the front desk to change rooms. My only minor disappointment was being assigned a room facing the parking lot with no view, but overall, at this price, there's nothing to complain about.
The location is excellent. You can walk south to New York-New York and north to The Venetian. There's a connected walkway to Paris and Horseshoe. Horseshoe is usually the pick-up point for Grand Canyon day tours, and staying in the Bordeaux Tower, we could leisurely walk to the pick-up point in a maximum of 15 minutes.
There are many great eateries near the hotel. We tried Taco Bell, Dirt Dog, Giordano's, and Panda Express (I personally love Panda Express and ate there twice!).
I originally wanted to visit many casinos, but then I realized that the casino interiors on the Strip are mostly similar, essentially shopping malls, with the grander facades only at the entrance:
☑️ Flamingo Hotel: I'm utterly fascinated by Bugsy Siegel's story. The hotel is filled with flamingos and pink everywhere. Every flamingo image made me a little sad, thinking about Bugsy Siegel being murdered by his own people and how desperate his girlfriend must have been to lose him.
☑️ The Venetian: The main entrance replicates Venice's St. Mark's Square. We had just returned from Italy, and the recreation was quite accurate. There's even a small canal in the shopping area where you can take a gondola ride.
☑️ Caesars Palace: You must see the three-story spiral escalator. Riding down from the top, facing the statues, gives you an immersive feeling of traveling through ancient Rome. My husband said it felt like facing a final boss in a video game.
