When we first arrived to check in, the property looked a bit run down. I typically base my stays on photos and reviews, and since this place had an 8.2/10 rating with good reviews and pictures, I felt confident booking it. For something described as a boutique hotel with a spa, I was expecting a more upscale feel. That said, check-in itself was very smooth and easy. Finding our room, however, was confusing. The layout isn’t very clear, and we had trouble figuring out which way to go. We were on the second floor, and there’s no elevator—so be prepared to carry your luggage up a full flight of stairs. Once we finally got to the room, it was very large and spacious, which was a nice surprise. The king bed was comfortable, although it only came with three pillows. Unfortunately, the furniture felt worn and a bit outdated, and the AC unit had a noticeable buildup of dust. There was also no water provided in the room, which would have been appreciated. One of the biggest disappointments was the pool being closed—especially since it was still 89 degrees at night. That would have really made the stay more enjoyable. Overall, the pictures online don’t accurately reflect the current condition of the property, which was disappointing.

Já me hospedei no hotel Flamingo quatro vezes e, pelo dinheiro gasto desta vez, a experiência me fez desistir completamente. Não havia chá nem café no quarto, nem água potável (nem mesmo uma garrafa). Cobraram uma taxa de ”resort” cara por dia, sem nenhum ”resort” de verdade. A comida é cara em todos os lugares do hotel. O único ponto positivo é a localização. O entretenimento é antiquado. Quer dizer, Wayne Newton. Ele ainda está vivo?! Toalhas pequenas, grandes o suficiente apenas para crianças. Esta viagem foi a parte mais cara da nossa volta ao mundo e não voltaremos. Eu adorava o Flamingo, mas mesmo no quarto para não fumantes, eu conseguia sentir o cheiro de cigarro vindo do ar-condicionado. Tive que pagar a mais porque o horário de check-in era muito tarde e chegamos às 14h, e como meu quarto não estava disponível quando fiz o check-in, tive que pagar por um quarto superior. Embora o quarto que me deram não fosse um quarto ”reformado” como a recepcionista havia dito, acabei pagando 500 dólares australianos a mais. Não estou nada satisfeita e ansiosa para ir embora de Las Vegas por causa dessa estadia decepcionante.

O preço do hotel que me pediram para pagar na recepção é um pouco diferente do que o Trip.com mostrou. Fiz check-in neste hotel duas vezes, mas acho que em ambas paguei mais do que o preço do Trip.co. Tirando isso, tudo estava ok. Hotel agradável e enorme.

O hotel atende bem a proposta : bom conforto para uma boa noite de sono , um bom chuveiro , banheiro limpo e bem iluminado : localização perfeita para quem está em Las Vegas . As camas são super confortáveis e limpas . Achei os funcionários muito bem treinados e receptivos

The room was only ok. No hot water in bathroom sink. 1 pillow per person, had to ask for towels. Only 2 for 4 people. Casino reeked of cigarette smoke at check in. Restaurants ok. The best thing was the price and location. Workers were helpful and friendly too.

Meu namorado e eu voamos para Vegas para o meu aniversário, e passamos uma semana maravilhosa no Rio Hotel, o quarto era maravilhoso, eu gostei de tudo! Vista da janela (estávamos no 8º andar), banheiro limpo, arrumação veio todos os dias no mesmo horário

The hotel was good and decent for the stay we had, the room wasn’t the best, and the view was definitely not worth the price since we had air conditioner unit views and white globe with no lights to it too (yawn 🥱 a missed opportunity). If you’re into gambling, or not so much, this is an okay place to stay. We aren’t gamblers but we still managed to find some fun. The cool thing about the hotel is that there are three casinos connected to each other with Silverland being in the middle. We spent more time at Circus Circus playing the games there and earning tickets to win simple prizes. There is much for entertainment there in the forms of gambling, night clubs, and kid games. Food around is pretty reasonable where you don’t have to leave the complex, which is great! However more than two days here might be a bit too much and possibly boring after that if you’re not a gambler. Luckily we were only passing through and less than a 40 hour stay here for us was perfectly fine!

Estava limpo pelo preço e o serviço era bom, como fornecer toalhas e pessoal de limpeza. Não senti nenhum incômodo, pois consegui entrar em contato com a equipe pelo aplicativo.

It's amazing what you've done with the old hotel!!!!!! It is IMMACULATE and QUIET! The foods are FANTASTIC!!!!! You have fuly changed all the areas! It's like a new building!!!!! BUT! ROOM INFO! My room did NOT have a central ceiling light fixture with a fan. It did NOT have an ALARM CLOCK. It did NOT have a microwave. MY SHOWER: (1) door was on rollers, the other was FIXED. BUT. The plumbing stuff to turn on the water AND the shower were behind the fixed glass window, SO you have to get INTO the shower and go to the fixtures and turn it on then turn the shower on WHILE you were standing UNDER it! Whenever you turn on a shower, the old water still in it is usually chilly and THEN it warms up. DIDN'T LIKE IT AT ALL!!!!!! OTHER than that, everything else was excellent!!!!! THanks! JP

A localização deste hotel é muito boa, em frente ao Caesars. Todas as atrações básicas podem ser alcançadas a pé. O quarto tinha preços razoáveis, era bastante limpo e a cama era muito confortável, mas o ar condicionado aqui nos Estados Unidos era muito barulhento. Não há água mineral/máquina de café/chaleira/produtos de higiene pessoal, mas há uma geladeira~ No geral está tudo bem!
