Excelente servicio por parte del staff, la ubicación es excelente para hacer turismo en familia y las tarifas muy accesibles; sugiero inviertan en renovar las instalaciones y mi única queja fue el suministro de agua caliente el cual a veces daba problemas de manera frecuente.

Transfer to live here, health is general, the facilities as a whole look is still a normal hotel, that is, there is a musty smell in the room.
The space is not large and the twin room is crowded.

From arriving at the hotel, my family and I felt super welcomed.
The hotel is beautiful and smells delicious. You get a free voucher for a drink at the roof top bar and a lovely jasmine smelling towel. These are some small but really nice touches. We had Lyon as the welcoming staff at the lobby, he is not only handsome but also very helpful and kind haha.
The hotel is REALLY well located near the malecón de miraflores, which is on the coastline. It is a nice place to jog in the morning or walk around. There are bars and restaurants nearby in a very lively street.
The hotel roof top bar has music and Latin nights Thursday to Saturday night, and I think it is open for adults 5-11pm. Kids can go before 5pm and enjoy the rooftop infonity pool. It is small but it has a lovely view.
The room we had was enough for 4 of us. We did not try breakfast but it looked nice.
The gym could be improved with some small additions. There are no yoga mats, dumbbells or kettlebells but one multi-purpose machine, and also a walking and bicycle machines.
Unfortunately I did not take too many pics, I am sharing the few ones I took.
I would definitely stay there again.

Fica bem no centro da cidade. Há bicicletas por perto, o que é conveniente. Eles também servem um coquetel grátis todas as noites! Excelente! O ambiente e a atmosfera são muito bons! A cozinha pública é muito útil, e os quartos também têm cortinas. É um hotel muito bom hoje em que fiquei em todas as Américas. É realmente excelente aqui, e os preços no Peru são muito baratos. uma noite.

GGuest UserThe location is excellent and safe. Breakfast is very good and is changed every day. There are 2 big supermarkets near. Staff is nice and helpful. My bed was a bit old and not comfortable though.

VVinpearlIf you want to remember this city at first glance, then stay in the JW Ocean View Room. It's perched on a rock, and down below you you can see Haidian Avenue, the shopping mall complex, and the surrounding affluent neighborhood where people stroll in the evening. We arrived at the hotel quite late, but still managed to catch the sunset. Lima is a city where there's no bad food, and it has amazing ingredients. I've never seen asparagus this thick before, and the corn was enormous. It's not genetically modified; it's the yang energy of this place that nurtures its ingredients.

GGuest UserVery friendly! We arrived in the morning and had not had time to check in. The buffet was almost over, so we went to eat the buffet first. The service attitude was also very good. The location was also good. It was just under renovation, the whole corridor had a smell, and the facilities in the room were also very old. In summary, the software was very good, and the hardware was average.

VVegeThe location is excellent, only a 10-minute walk from the bus to the airport, and there are many choices of restaurants, convenience stores, and cafes nearby. The soundproofing is good, I slept well, the room was super clean, the wooden floor was clean even under my bare feet, and the breakfast was rich in choices. I will stay here again next time I have the chance.
