I would like to sincerely thank Mr. Sandeep for his excellent assistance in arranging our travel, and a special appreciation to Mr. Harman, our limo driver, who took great care of us throughout the three days. His dedication, hospitality, and passion for his work were truly commendable. However, there are a few points I would like to highlight for improvement. During check-in, which was quite late at around 11 p.m., we did not receive the usual Taj hospitality gestures such as a cold towel, welcome drink, or a warm welcoming approach. This may have been an oversight, but I hope the team can ensure such details are well taken care of for future guests, regardless of the check-in time. The breakfast experience was overall good, with attentive service. That said, the variety and taste of the food could be further enhanced. Similarly, at the Chinese restaurant, while the food was satisfactory, both the flavor and the portion size left room for improvement. On the positive side, the room was comfortable and well-maintained, meeting our expectations. Overall, we had a pleasant stay, and with a few refinements, the experience could be even more exceptional in true Taj style.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at thisHotel, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I walked in, the warm and welcoming staff made me feel right at home. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary welcome drink. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The hotel's amenities were top- notch. Overall, my experience at Hotel was nothing short of fantastic. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway, and I can't wait to return!

It was convenient for me as it was near the airport. The hotel was very clean & staff very helpful.

The hotel is located in a strategic location. I had a late night check-in and it was a bit unwelcoming since the concierge were chilling on the couch until I had to call onto them. I also called for the concierge twice to assist me with baggages but no one answered the phone for 4-5 times, and when answered no one actually came to assist me until I walked down and informed them again. Rooms a bit old but overall okay.

Recentemente fiquei no Park Inn Hotel e tive UMA boa experiência.Alguns funcionários eram incrivelmente amigáveis e atentos, fazendo-me sentir bem-vindos desde que cheguei. A sala estava espaçosa, limpa e bem equipada, com todas as instalações que precisava para ficar confortável.A localização do hotel era conveniente, perto do aeroporto.

Brilliant clean hotel , breakfast was nice the only problem we had was the swimming pool was out of use And that was the downfall as was looking forward to relax in the pool

This is what i would call a perfect hotel if i can call one... Nothing was amiss and stay was comfortable beyond our expectations. Be it room, be it staff , be it buffet , be it location...just what anyone can expect. Highly recommended and will definitely stay here again

From the moment we arrived at Welcomhotel ITC Amritsar, we were greeted with a warm and heartfelt welcome that set the tone for our entire stay. The staff were incredibly professional, courteous, and always ready to assist with a smile. We were celebrating our honeymoon, and to our delight, our room was beautifully decorated for the occasion. It was luxurious, spotlessly clean, and incredibly spacious — a perfect haven for relaxation and celebration. Dinner was an absolute highlight — a true 5-star experience. Every dish was delicious and beautifully presented. A special thank you to Chef Jaspal, whose culinary skills made our meal unforgettable. The dining staff were extremely attentive, ensuring we were comfortable and had everything we needed throughout. The pool area was equally impressive — clean, well-maintained, and a great place to unwind. We also greatly appreciated the late checkout, which allowed us some extra time to relax and enjoy the hotel’s excellent facilities. A heartfelt thank you to the entire staff. Your kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail truly made our stay special. Having stayed in many hotels in Amritsar over the years, I can confidently say this was one of the best experiences we’ve had. Highly recommended!

Muito amigável e amigável, mas no primeiro dia cheguei cedo de manhã às 07:30 AM ou 08:00 Acho que havia um homem Sr. Anuj que lhe perguntei se era possível verificar cedo no quarto ele me disse que ele tomava um lugar e esperava por 10 minutos e depois Dez minutos, o Sr. Anuj me disse que a SUA sala estava pronta, MAS depois de alguns minutos, o Sr. Anuj Disse que EU tinha que pagar Mais 1500 por check-in precoce, então EU saí do hotel cedo de manhã e voltei para check-in às 16h. Mas posso entender que cheguei mais cedo, então é bom, mas todos OS funcionários do FO e do serviço de quarto também são ótimos. Mas especificamente a senhora que limpa o MEU quarto todos OS dias esqueci-me de perguntar o Nome dela, MAS ELA é Muito boa EM comunicar para fornecer o melhor serviço.

It was a great experience to stay at this property. The staff across the departments is very congenial. Good people to talk on informal topics. Rita, Shrikrishna, Samaresh, Priyanka & Rajiv were very forthcoming in supporting on all the needs. Mr Sunil Jain from Rajoo Engineers was kind enough to enable this fulfilling stay.
