The service was good, standard. The location was great, almost 15 minutes or less from the historic center of the city. While the hotel itself was located inside of a plaza with lots of restaurants and small shops. The best part is that when you stay in this hotel, they give you a small 10% discount on the restaurants found in the same plaza, it was neat to have that. Just one complaint would be the food on their breakfast buffet. Even though the food in flavor was good, the options were limited and the same in every single day, which it sucks if you are staying for more than two days as having greater options like soups or cold salads would be better for travelers.

Good location, extensive well-maintained facilities, cleanly, service and food. The buffets are excellent and good value. The only negative would be that it's a bit corporate and things get dropped along the way, but I guess that expected since it's part of a large organization.

The location is good but the amenities are limited. The service and breakfast are great. I recommend for any fellow travelers with time to ride bear the city.

Facilities: Queretaro old hotel, very cost-effective. Hygienic: The room is large and the facilities are very good. High-rise view is good Service: The service attitude is very good. Environment: Everything is very good, the only thing is that the surrounding area is not good, there is nothing, go to the nearest supermarket about 1.5 kilometers, there is basically no business downstairs. Several attractions to Quretaro are about 2 kilometers away. Safety is the main thing, I didn't go.

スタッフの対応は良く、露天風呂もとても良い。日本人にとっては日本語で説明があるのもありがたく、セキュリティもしっかりしている。唯一洗濯機の利用が無料で嬉しかった代わりに洗濯+乾燥で6時間かかったので利用予定者は注意した方がいい。総じてとても良い宿泊だった。

O quarto não é Muito grande, é suficiente. Instalações: há um cofre de segurança, Muito prático Saúde: sim, satisfação básica Ambiente: a posição geográfica é superior, é o Ponto Mais brilhante, deve ser apreciado 👍 Serviço: Muito bem, recepção e guarda-chuvas são bons.

Son muy amables en recepción y restaurante. Me apoyaron con la reserva porque hubo un problema con las fechas seleccionadas (más por tema de la app). El hotel está algo retirado, se nota que ya tiene unos añitos, se escuchan muchos ruidos si te hospedas en Piso 1 pero… las habitaciones son cómodas. Buenas almohadas, suficientes. El desayuno fue agradable.

O Ambiente sanitário do hotel é geralmente, as toalhas no chão não se sentem suficientemente limpos, têm um Sabor diferente, e o quarto é o mesmo.Os suprimentos de cama ainda são limpos.Além disso, o pequeno-almoço não é Muito rico.

Great hotel in a good location. Will definitely come again the next time I am around.
