It was in September 2024. Rested for 2 weeks.
1. Location. Priority of which. To the center on foot in a hurry 25-30. Enjoy. All along the Gulf shore. Beauty. Nearby the shop - 3 minutes. Restaurant - 10 minutes on foot. The area is quiet. Who needs the plates and music is not here. Who needs silence and peace - choose this place.
2. Take the room on the top floor with the view of the bay (required!!!). Sea and mountains. The view is amazing! Every time a new picture. Not boring, but surprises again and again.
3. Hosts. Rarely will you meet such joy and kindness. Any request, wish is fulfilled immediately, with a smile. Everything is resolved. Just good! Machine and Juri - great thank you! And to everyone who helps you, of course, thank you too!
By the way, it was necessary to shift the time of the trip - agreed instantly. Early entry - too decided without problems.
4. Comforts. Everything is available for a long rest and for a couple of days to go. Kitchen (wish a microwave, but can be done without it), dishes. Normal sauna in the room. Good bed with excellent mattress. Live 2 weeks without home problems.
5. The hosts will always help with the transfer, will tell on the tours, will find a guide (we had Marco - a beautiful, cultural, intelligent person. Thank you for a separate!).
As a result. Choose these apartments. You won't regret it.

The hotel is right by the Adriatic Sea. It has been rebuilt from many houses. The room types are different. There are nearly 30 square meters and only 18 square meters. The environment is first-class, the service is thoughtful, and the small surprise: the local refrigerator sticker was sent when checking out!

The hotel is outside the city of Kotor. The view does not see the Kotor Bay but it is very clear to the Tivat airport and the Tivat Bay. There is also a port mountain gro view. There is a very clean air on the hill. People with a car may prefer. The environment is excellent. The service staff are also very enthusiastic. I especially like their ”Do Not Disturb” policy. Even if you don't hang a ”Do Not Disturb” sign, they won't knock on the door to ask if you want to clean. They won't start cleaning until you leave. I particularly like this. There are hidden options for breakfast. You can ask the waiter for eggs Benedict. They are not available on the table outside. The hotel has its own small pier, which is convenient for heading out to sea. Go to the Blue Grotto and go directly. Although the hotel reservation is a bit expensive, you have to spend money for the convenience. There is also a resident performance every night, and the atmosphere is very high. The property is well-placed if you have a car – roughly ten minutes in either direction to Tivat or Kotor Old Town. Just be aware that the approach is via very narrow lanes, so confident driving (and a smallish car) is a plus.
Although the building is relatively new, the overall impression is more functional than polished. The staff were pleasant enough, but housekeeping felt a little on the half-hearted side – things like topping up shower gel or toilet paper only happened when requested, and bed linen wasn’t changed despite being obviously soiled.
If you’re looking for somewhere budget-friendly and manage your expectations, it does the job. Just don’t come expecting boutique-hotel standards.
