"Ao fazer o pedido na plataforma, anotei que queria um quarto para não fumantes e silencioso. Ao fazer o check-in na recepção, também enfatizei que deveria ser providenciado um quarto para não fumantes. Quando entrei no quarto , o banheiro cheirava a fumaça de cigarro e havia um cigarro fumado pela metade deixado por um hóspede no armário da TV. , e pediu à recepção para mudar de quarto. O café da manhã da manhã seguinte terminou às 10h30. Quando cheguei lá às 9h45, não havia mesa limpa. Pedi ao pessoal de serviço para pegar a comida depois de limpá-la. Não havia comida em muitas áreas de coleta de refeições. Vários locais para bebidas nem tinham copos. É compreensível que durante o Festival da Primavera não haja tantas pessoas trabalhando como de costume, mas o departamento de limpeza e o restaurante não estão vinculados? "I recently stayed at the Venice Waterworld Hotel in Shijiazhuang and, unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. The hotel feels quite outdated and in need of renovation. The rooms were dark and old, with furnishings that seemed worn and tired. One of the biggest issues was the air conditioning—it was old and lacked a proper thermostat, making it difficult to regulate the temperature. Additionally, smoking is permitted throughout the hotel, which was a major downside for me as a non-smoker. The smell of tobacco was pervasive in the hallways and common areas, making the stay less comfortable. Breakfast lacked food for its guests. They were not being topped up according to the people who were in the restaurant. While the location may be convenient for some, the overall condition and policies of the hotel make it a poor choice for travelers who prefer clean, modern, and smoke-free accommodations. If I return to Shijiazhuang, I will definitely look for a different hotel. Rating: ★★☆☆☆ (2/5) – Below Average, Needs Improvement"

"The shower was clogged (completely, the water didn't drain), so I tried to use the bath, and there the showerhead didn't work, so we couldn't do the most basic thing of taking a shower in our room. We didn't try to change rooms because we found out after midnight and were too tired to deal with complaining and packing and moving to a different room. However, this is not acceptable. I would expect this thing in a cheap hostel, not in a fancy hotel."

"Hotel bem localizado com ótimo atendimento e sempre disponíveis em ajudar. Acomodação espaçosa. Piso de carpete e instalações um pouco desatualizada funcionando tudo em ordem. Cama e chuveiro perfeitos. Deixam amenidades diariamente, inclusive água. No meu apto não possuía geladeira. Como estava frio, não me fez falta. Café da manhã chinês que mais parece um almoço com muitas opções. Tem serviço de lavanderia e guarda volumes que usei, muito bom. Tive que retornar a cidade e fiquei nele novamente. Recomendo."

"I think the design is pretty amazing. I came here during winter, it ok, pretty cold. The location to other aranya attractions are not within walkable distance, however you can always arrange free unlimited rides direct to the location with the hotel staff. The entire concept of Aranya is very special. Ok, the hall is cool and nice. I booked the Party Room which can easily fit 8 people. Scenery I believe is none, but its comfortable, if you got more than 4 people staying, remember to request more towels for shower, only got 1 toilet available. Beware of your head, everyone knocked on their heads when heading to bed as shown in the pic. The warmer is super efficient.. we sweat during the winter im the room."

"Coming from Beijing, I only visited the Dream of the Red Chamber Drama City, and this hotel is very close to it, plus parking is super convenient. My overall stay was excellent. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was good. The front desk staff were very welcoming, the location is excellent for getting around, and it offers great value for money. I'll definitely prioritize staying here again for my next trip."

"I don't normally bother to write reviews, but this place is truly deserving of one. Our stay at Anaya was amazing to say the least. The place was so beautiful and serene, rivaling many of the luxury ryokans in Japan but with their own modern twist. We stayed in the queen room, and it’s fairly simple but more than adequate and comfortable. The in-room drinks and snacks were delicious, and they provided an additional special treat each day, which was an experience on its own. There wasn't a television, but we never felt that there was a need for one. It was a place where you can truly focus on unwinding and take things slow, but when needed, the Wi-Fi speed is sufficient for streaming on your own devices. The hotel is unique where you can just do everything within their compounds without needing to travel anywhere else. We really loved the Japanese bookstore, which is a must-visit, and spend some time admiring the garden next to it. They provide activities as well, so you will never feel like there is nothing to do. The spas are also highly recommended, which in fact warrants a trip all on its own even if you do not stay at the hotel. One of the spas is a re-purposed factory, and it's a truly unique experience which will appeal to architecture enthusiasts. Food was a little pricey, but you have a lot of options, and the ones we had were great. They even had their own provision shop for you to stock up on snacks and drinks. One of the main factors that truly elevated our experience was the exceptional service from Zhi Hui. She went above and beyond to share her personal contact in order to make sure we were well taken care of, answering our questions promptly and making arrangements for us. She even followed up with us after our departure to make sure we arrived at our next destination safely. The other staff around the hotel, including the restaurants, were also very friendly and helpful. There was even a sweet young lady selling what they harvested from the mountains as well as small snack stores, one of which was operated by a very friendly lady selling Japanese-style desserts. Our interactions with the people all felt really genuine and sincere. The experience wouldn't have been so wonderful if it weren't for our very pleasant experience with the people working in and around the hotel. They normally use a multi-seater buggy to ferry guests around, but when we were caught in the rain, they actually arranged a car to pick us up instead. Anaya Lanya Hotel is simply extraordinary, and we cannot recommend it enough."
