A experiência terrível de se apanhar no elevador do hotel há meia hora antes do técnico do hotel ajudou a abrir o elevador manualmente para me tirar e para o meu marido. Estamos muito preocupados que não nos tenhamos pedido desculpas por um julgamento tão terrível! Especialmente, no período de arrepio, não há escuro completo, não há condimento, ou não há muita circulação aérea.

Quase o Melhor hotel local, no Centro Da cidade, a pé Da estação ferroviária e Da famosa igreja europeia são Dentro de Dez minutos.O hotel é Muito tradicional, o quarto é Muito limpo, comparado com muitos quartos pequenos de hotéis europeus, o que é amplo. Os Colegas dizem que eles não são completamente iguais Ao MEU quarto, Como se não fossem todos OS quartos iguais.O restaurante do hotel é também UMA refeição francesa, e a comida é Muito ordenada e Muito vinho. O pão do pequeno-almoço TEM um cheiro de trigo magro, especialmente delicioso, e também um pouco Mais de cansaço, com um pouco de ajuda de 😄.Algumas pessoas têm um incêndio de mesa no aniversário.

Dans l'ensemble nous avons passé un agréable séjour malgré quelques problèmes mais le personnel fut à l'écoute et la politique de l'hôtel commerçant. Le point négatif reste la vue que nous avions de notre chambre (aucune notre fenêtre donnée sur des murs). La literie est excellente et la taille de la chambre correcte, en revanche l'emplacement des WC peut poser problème selon la morphologie des clients. Dans l'ensemble nous avons passé un bon séjour mais je m'attendais à mieux en terme de prestations pour un 4 étoiles

If you are traveling by bicycle, this is the place to go. Secure and covered bike parking in the back yard. Central location right next to the train station yet quiet at night. Amenities are awesome, with pool and laundry facilities. We had a full kitchen it the room. Highly recommended.

A very comfortable and spacious room with facilities to cook. Very clean and I enjoyed a nice continental breakfast.
A word of warning it is not the easiest place to find. I was directed to the block of flats behind the hotel.

非常棒的酒店，房間很大，酒店也比較新，前台接待的先生非常熱情。酒店停車位免費且寬敞。
酒店前面就是一家披薩店，不遠處是奧樂齊超市。據香波堡車程30分鐘，是個中轉休息的好地方。
早飯一般，缺少蔬菜。

Bemol les restos sont pas énormes à mon avis
Et leur resto était plein donc pensez à réserver surtout le week-end
On a trouvé qu’une seule serviette pour la douche et la piscine donc j’ai du insister pour avoir une deuxième. La réceptionniste a accepté de nous en donner.
La piscine devient pleine pendant les heures où c’est accessible mais c’est très bien, propre et moderne

JJames DobleI recently stayed at the Hôtel de Bourbon (the Mercure one) in Bourges, and honestly, it felt like stepping into a little piece of history while still having all the modern comforts you could want.
My room was a classic double, spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The bed was excellent—properly supportive after a day of wandering around—and the bathroom had a great walk-in shower with good water pressure. Everything felt freshly renovated (they did a big update around 2018), with a nice blend of modern touches and the old abbey character. Some rooms overlook the park, which must be lovely in summer.

RRimka850Only critic that I can say is that the entrance that leads to the hotel could be improve, it felt like we were going to get lost in the middle of a jungle 😅.
Other than that, beautiful rooms with a private terrace, very tasty food in their restaurant that we went for the bistro but definitely need to try out the fine dining one next time, even the breakfast was full of choices from French to international style. Stayed for one night with my fiancé but definitely will come back for more!

We booked a castle bed room type. In the picture display on the Trip platform, there is a bathtub room type. We were going to live in Loire, but we saw a bathtub. Considering that there are many walks in Paris, the children can rest in the hotel that day. I chose to drive an extra hour to stay at this hotel.
But when I checked in, I found that not only a small attic room, but also no bathtub. I communicated with the hotel through the Trip platform. The reply was that the room was full on the same day and there was no other changeable. This is obviously a wrong logic. Since it shows that the bathtub room can be booked, it should be arranged, on the pretext of full room, since the order is confirmed, it shows that our agreement is established, and the result is to arrange a room type that does not meet our agreement on the spot, which is obviously not in line with the spirit of compliance advocated by Europe. This is a fraud.
I want to give Trip a thumbs up here, I have been insisting on helping us communicate with relevant agents and hotels, and finally reached a compensation agreement.
But the regrettable thing happened again. I found that the air conditioner in our room could not work. I repeatedly communicated with the hotel. The last two air conditioners had a weak wind. We opened the window to sleep a little, but there was an air conditioner buzzing outside the window, which caused me to fall asleep very late.
The next morning, another blow hit. Because I fell asleep late the first night, the child woke up at 10:30 the next morning. The hotel reminded us when we checked in. The breakfast time in the restaurant was 7-10, and the breakfast delivery service could be until 11 o'clock. We communicated with the hotel by phone at 10:45 and asked the restaurant to send breakfast to the room, but until 11:03, there was still no breakfast. Considering the need to drive a long distance to Charles de Gaulle Airport to check in, we really didn't have time to argue with the hotel. I'm so hungry to check out and leave.
The environment of the hotel is good, the so-called castle hotel, the castle is small, but the building is beautiful, there are forests and lotus ponds in the courtyard, there are small frogs on the lotus leaves, the restaurant is open, sitting in the yard to eat, watching the scenery is very comfortable. The hotel also has a small swimming pool. The hardware is good and the environment is very good. The facilities in the room are also very new and the bathroom facilities are of good quality.
The location of the hotel is on the half-mountain side of Tour, the Loire River is under the mountain, and the old town of Tour is also under the mountain, about3.5 kilometers away. Driving down the mountain, you can locate the church of Tur. After the evening, you can park your car in the parking lot between the church and the castle. It is free. There are various restaurants on the side street. There is also a Carrefour open until 10 pm. The street restaurant has French Italian and Syrian dishes. French food is more troublesome. It is not very troublesome to speak French. The price per person is about 20 euros. If you want insurance, go to eat simple Turkish barbecue.

The hotel is very traditional, the rooms are very clean, and compared to the small rooms in many European hotels, this one is spacious. My colleagues said that their room is not exactly the same as mine, as if every room is not exactly the same. The hotel's restaurant is also authentic French food, and the order of eating is very particular, and there is a lot of wine. The bread for breakfast has a strong wheat flavor, which is very delicious and chewy. If you eat too much, your cheeks will be a little tired 😄. There are desktop fireworks for birthdays.

EElsa_Lee25 mins walk to Cathedral. Parking is challenging except for small cars in a secure hotel parking lot for €12 per stay. Local craft beer bistro (Le Croque Bedaine on 153 Rue Colbert) - super friendly owners who are car enthusiasts (Porsche & Japanese sport cars). Nice bar snacks with happy hour till 8pm.

KKeweiyidisaI thought it was pretty good. Aside from the lack of air conditioning and a hairdryer, which was a little inconvenient, everything else was satisfactory. The location is excellent; there's a small entrance next to Tours train station, just a short walk across the street and around the corner to reach the hotel. It's incredibly close to the train station; the next morning, it was only five minutes from my room to the platform. Not only is it convenient to get to the train station, but it's also a 20-minute walk to Tours Cathedral and the riverbank. There's also a light rail station downstairs. The front desk staff were very welcoming, greeting me every time I entered or left. The room was large and spacious. It even had an iron, vacuum cleaner, and the kitchen was fully equipped with a microwave, oven, refrigerator, and cookware. The bathroom was also very large. The only drawbacks were the lack of air conditioning, but thankfully Tours wasn't hot during my stay, and it was cool enough with the window open. There was also no hairdryer, but thankfully my hair is short and dried quickly.
